Abstract
确定纸浆悬浮液中纤维浓度或粘度的转矩或剪切力传递装置,该装置可测量两同心轴(9,11)之间的角度差,其中的外轴受驱动保持转速不变,而经一测量体(5)受悬浮液中当前阻力转矩影响的内轴与外轴弹性连接,从而所生成的角度差随作用在测量体(5)上的转矩而变。该装置包括一不管该转矩多大把该内轴或测量轴(11)置于零位的反馈系统,该系统包括一环绕两滑动支撑在作为外轴的一空心轴(9)的该端上支撑点(20)中两极靴(19)的电磁反馈线圈(18),同时每一极靴(19)与测量轴(11)连接,从而由一传感器(12)生成、决定于当前角度差的电流输入线圈(18)的绕组(23)中,该电流生成其强度决定于在线圈(18)中流动的电流的一磁场(25),极靴(19)与反馈线圈的极性相反的磁部件之间有一间隙(24),该反馈线圈把极靴(19)与测量轴(11)一起复位在一预定设定点上,该电流大小为当前剪切力转矩的度量,该剪切力转矩可转换成合适输出信号。
Description
本发明涉及按照力平衡原理工作的比方说纸浆浓度或粘度的转矩传递器的一种反馈装置。
在处理工业中长久以来使用剪切力转动传递器测量在其它介质中的纸浆悬浮液或纯粘度。其基本原理是,在一介质中迫使一测量体转动,然后测量测量体或常被称为传感器上所生成的阻力转矩并把该转矩转换成反映当前纤维浓度或粘度的输出信号。
实现上述类型测量的一种普通方法是测量两同心轴之间的角度差,其中的外轴受驱动保持转速不变,经测量体受阻力转矩影响的内轴与外轴弹性连接。两轴之间的角度差随测量体上的转矩而变。在控制工程中这称为运动平衡原理。但是这一系统的明显缺点是材料老化和/或腐蚀、温度等会影响到该系统的特性,且为了能记录下迅速的进展,该系统的自然频率必须很高,从而灵敏度降低。该系统还多多少少是非线性的。如使用不管所生成转矩多大把内轴置于零位的反馈系统且测量把内轴置于零位该系统所需作用在该轴上的力,发生上述缺点的风险会大大降低。在控制工程中按照力平衡原理工作的这一反馈系统将变得更为线性,其响应时间决定于该系统的带宽。
上文所述反馈系统就转矩测量来说并非有什么新意,今天出现了较复杂而效率低的电磁系统。一个复杂之处是其磁化部件必须使用高质量软磁材料。这些材料得制作成在铁的磁化曲线中剩磁最小,即对于相同安匝数(ampere-turn)向上向下磁化的磁通系统的差别尽可能小。理想的情况是该系统给出的反馈力只决定于安匝数。在测量最终阶段示出的所有其它东西如剩磁都不精确。所述材料成本较高、难于机加工、需要在硬钎焊合金中作费时的热处理。为防腐蚀得作表面处理;对于不同实施例和尺寸,难于获得合适的材料。
本发明的一个目的是尽可能减小剩磁,另一个目的是可在该机电装置中使用市场上常见、功能普通的容易机加工的结构钢。本发明的另一个目的是提供一重量轻、效率高的精确、紧凑的系统。
本发明提供的转矩传递器的反馈系统可极好地在满足上述目的的同时实现其功能。尽管磁化部件使用常见的结构钢,但在电磁铁磁场中转动的测量轴上的极靴造成的涡流把剩磁减小到比现有系统低的水平。因此,生产成本降低。由于使用一个反馈线圈而不是通常的两个反馈线圈,因此重量减轻。该双极靴设计由于极靴与电磁线圈之间间隙两边上的传递面很大,因此得出一静态和动态都平衡的系统。从而效率大大提高,与现有系统比较效率提高两倍。
下面结合附图详细说明本发明,附图中:
图1示出应用本发明的一剪切力传递器的一典型结构;
图2示出一检测系统;
图3示出本发明一电磁反馈装置;
图4为图3磁路的A-A剖面;以及
图5为示出该反馈系统结构的局部剖视的立体图。
图1示出一转矩或剪切力传递器,包括一焊接或以其它方式装在一过程管上的连接件2。在从一过程管3流出的测量介质4流过的该连接件2中,传递器1上有一测量体5和一螺旋桨6,该螺旋桨确保测量体5始终处于测量介质中。一电动机7经与螺旋桨6和测量体5分别直接和间接设置在的一空心轴9连接的传动装置8驱动螺旋桨6和测量体5。空心轴9与测量轴11之间的弹性连接10使得所述两轴9、11在介质4作用在测量体5上的剪切力/转矩变动时产生一角度差。一传感器12检测所述角度差后把获得与当前设定点相同的角度信号值所需的反馈力转换成合适信号后输入本发明反馈系统中的电磁线路中。
可以不同方式检测空心轴9与测量轴11之间的瞬时角度差。图2示出另一通常使用的实施例,在该实施例中,其上有若干齿14的一圆盘13装在空心轴9上,其上有相同数量齿的一圆盘15装在测量轴11上。一用作检测装置、包括一光源和一和光检测器的光传感器16不断通过测量两齿盘之间的光孔的差测量所述两轴之间的角度差。
如上所述,巨大的优点在于能在转矩传递器中使用力平衡原理而获得一反馈系统。图3示出本发明该装置的端视图,图5示出其局部剖视的立体图。图4为在该反馈系统的电磁部件上剖取的剖面图。该系统包括一环绕两极靴19的电磁反馈线圈18。极靴滑动支撑在支撑点20上。每一极靴除了最靠近电磁铁的部分,在其支撑点20的另一侧上有一平衡部,该平衡部的重量和重心使得离心力不影响到所述系统。支撑点20装在空心轴9的该端上,每一极靴经一拉杆21和一装在测量轴11一端上的传动臂22与测量轴11连接。其强度代表光孔17大小、从而代表空心轴9与测量轴11之间角度差的一电流在该电磁线圈的绕组23中流动。如上所述该角度差为所测介质作用在测量体5上的剪切力转矩的度量。除了光孔17大小随剪切力转矩变动外,反馈线圈的磁部件与极靴19的磁部件之间的间隙24也随之变动。电流在绕组23中流动时磁部件中形成力的磁场25。该力的磁场25的强度决定于在绕组中流动的电流和极靴磁部件和反馈线圈之间的间隙24。间隙24两边的磁部件的极性相反,互相吸引。电流越大,吸引力也越大,反之亦然。转矩/剪切力瞬时增加时,间隙随着光孔17按比例地变动同时增加,传感器12增加反馈线圈18的电流,力的磁场25的强度提高,把极靴19拉回预定设定点。由于极靴19经拉杆21和传动臂22与测量轴11连接,因此测量轴11返回其原位。但此时输入绕组的电流由于剪切力转矩提高而提高。电流大小为剪切力转矩的度量,然后转换成所要求的输出信号。
Claims (3)
1.确定纸浆悬浮液中纤维浓度或粘度的转矩或剪切力传递装置,该装置可测量两同心轴(9,11)之间的角度差,其中的外轴受驱动保持转速不变,而经一测量体(5)受悬浮液中当前阻力转矩影响的内轴与外轴弹性连接,从而所生成的角度差随作用在测量体(5)上的转矩而变,其特征在于,一不管该转矩多大把该内轴或测量轴(11)置于零位的反馈系统,该系统包括环绕两个滑动支撑在作为外轴的一空心轴(9)的该端上支撑点(20)中的极靴(19)的电磁反馈线圈(18),同时每一极靴(19)与测量轴(11)连接,从而由一传感器(12)生成的决定于当前角度差的电流被输入到线圈(18)的绕组(23)中,生成了力(25)的磁场,其强度决定于在线圈(18)中流动的电流,极靴(19)与反馈线圈的极性相反的磁部件之间有一间隙(24),该反馈线圈把极靴(19)与测量轴(11)一起复位在一预定设定点上,该电流大小为当前剪切力转矩的度量,该剪切力转矩可转换成合适输出信号。
2.按权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,每一极靴(19)经拉杆(21)和一装在测量轴(11)一端上的传动臂(22)与测量轴(11)连接。
3.一种用按权利要求1所述的反馈系统把一转矩和/剪切力传递器中的测量轴不管当前转矩的大小复位到零位以及测量该反馈系统把测量轴置于零位上所需作用在测量轴上的力的方法,其特征在于,由传感器(12)输入到电磁反馈线圈(18)的绕组(23)中、代表空心轴(9)与测量轴(11)之间的当前角度差的电流在该系统的磁部件中生成一磁场(25),该力的磁场的强度决定于在该线圈(18)中流动的电流和极靴(19)的磁部件与反馈线圈(18)之间的距离或间隙(19),从而间隙(24)两边上的磁部件的极性相反、互相吸引,转矩和/或剪切力瞬时增加时,间隙(24)随着两轴之间的角度差按比例地变动而同时增加,传感器(12)增加反馈线圈(18)的电流,力的磁场(25)提高,把极靴(19)拉回预定设定点,同时测量轴(11)返回其原位。
