Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method for realizing a teleconference.
Background
Conventional switches also typically support a "conference call" service, but this is usually accomplished by requiring the originator (i.e., the conference moderator) to use a relatively cumbersome set of dialing operations on the telephone.
Taking a tandem conference call as an example, the basic implementation principle is as follows: a conference initiator with conference call authority registers participants one by one through dialing, and starts a telephone conference system by dialing after the registration is finished; after the participants ring and pick up, the multi-party conference is realized.
The specific implementation steps are as follows:
registering the participants: for example, the conference initiator dials 42 × k × DN # on the telephone terminal; wherein k is a group number of the conference and takes a value of 0-3; DN is telephone number of conference participant; after the registration is successful, the initiator listens to the new service registration tone.
Starting a conference: the conference initiator dials 43 x k # on the telephone terminal; all parties participating in the conference ring at the same time, and after the calling-off, the initiator and the participants listen to the conference calling sound. Only when all registered subscribers are off-hook can a conference call take place.
Revoking a single participant: the conference initiator dials #42 k DN # on the telephone terminal and listens to the new service for muting. When the conference participant with the number of DN is cancelled, the cancelled participant is not invited to participate in the next time the conference call is summoned.
Revoking all conferees: the conference initiator dials #421 x k # on the telephone terminal and listens to the new service to silence. Canceling all conference participants invalidates the registered set of conference calls.
As can be seen from the above description, the process of the conference call mode in the prior art is tedious; when the number of conference participants is large, the workload is larger; and no good user interface is available, so that the conference initiator can conveniently control the conference and inquire the conference information.
With the increasing development of Next Generation Network (NGN) technology, new services developed based on NGN are becoming more and more abundant, and it becomes possible to implement a conference call by using strong control capabilities of devices such AS Application Servers (AS) in soft switch and intelligent Network.

And the client analyzes the response message after receiving the response message, and displays the current conference call state on a client interface.
Step S14, after the teleconference is established, the host can control the teleconference according to the requirement, and the control mode comprises the following steps:
the first method is as follows: the moderator queries the conference status.
The host initiates a request for inquiring the conference state through the client, and the request message is forwarded by soft switch or directly sent to AS by adopting SIP INFO message. The request message contains the corresponding command code, SIP INFO assignment identification of the conference request, identification information of the host or UC number and password and other information. The contents of the inquiry conference state request message are contained in the SIP INFO message body in an XML format.
The second method comprises the following steps: the moderator invites one or more users to join the conference.
The host sends out a request for inviting other people to join the conference through the client, the request message adopts SIP INFO message to be forwarded by soft switch or directly sent to AS., the request message contains a command code corresponding to inviting the user to join the conference, SIP INFO message assignment identification of the conference request, a meeting place identification, identification information of the host or UC number and password, identification information of an invitee or UC number or number list and other information. The request message content is contained in the SIP INFO message body in XML format.
The third method comprises the following steps: the host kicks out the participants.
The moderator sends a request for kicking out the conference participants through the client, and the request message is forwarded through the SIP INFO message through the soft switch or directly sent to the AS. The request message contains a command code corresponding to the request of the kicked-out conference participant, an SIP INFO message assignment identification of the conference request, a conference identification, identification information or UC number and password of a host, identification information or UC number of the kicked-out participant and other information. The request message content is contained in the SIP INFO message body in XML format.
Step S15, AS receives the above requests from client, first authenticates the host, if the authentication is not passed, then does not respond to the request; and if the authentication is passed, responding to the request of the client and returning a corresponding response message to the client.
For the conference inquiring request, returning a conference state inquiring response message, which comprises the following steps: the AS searches the appointed identification information or UC number AS the host conference, returns the response message through SIP INFO or SIP 200OK, and transmits or directly sends to the client through soft switch, the response message includes: and inquiring a command code corresponding to the conference state response, assigning an identifier, meeting place state information (such as successful creation, unsuccessful creation, ending and creating the conference and the like), conference information (conference identifier and the like), and conferee information (numbers and states of conferees and the like). The response message content is contained in the SIP INFO message body in XML format. And the client analyzes the response message after receiving the response message, and displays the query result on the client interface.
For the request of the invitation meeting participant, returning a response message of the invitation meeting participant, comprising the following steps: the AS calls the invitee into the meeting place through the soft switch, returns a response message through the SIP INFO or the SIP 200OK, and forwards or directly sends the response message to the client through the soft switch, wherein the response message comprises a command code corresponding to the invitation meeting party response, an assigned identification, an invitation result (such AS system abnormity, no called number, busy called, no response of the called, unavailable access of the called and the like) and information (number, state and the like) of the invitee. The response message content is contained in the SIP INFO message body in XML format. Because the host can invite multiple persons to join the meeting place simultaneously in one request, and the off-hook response time of each invitee is different, each invitee returns one response when returning the result, and the AS returns the state of the invitee to the client. And the client analyzes the response message after receiving the response message and invites a result on a client interface.
Returning a response message of the participant who kicks out to the request of the participant who kicks out, comprising: the AS disconnects the conferee with the designated UC number, returns a response message through SIP INFO or SIP 200OK, forwards the response message through the soft switch or directly sends the response message to the client, and the response message comprises a command code corresponding to the response of the kicked conferee, an assigned identifier and a kicked result (such AS successful kicking, abnormal system, nonexistence of conference identifier and the like). The response message content is contained in the SIP INFO message body in XML format. And the client analyzes the response message after receiving the response message, and displays a kicking result on a client interface.
In step S16, the host may initiate a request for the host to end the conference through the client, and the request message is forwarded through the SIP INFO message via the soft switch or directly sent to the AS. The request message contains a command code corresponding to the conference ending request, an SIP INFO message assignment identifier of the current conference request, a conference identifier, identifier information of a host or information such as a UC number and a password. The contents of the originating moderator's end of conference request message are contained in the SIP INFO message body in XML format. If the client initiates a request for the host to end the conference, the AS authenticates the identity of the host and then executes the step S17; otherwise, go to step S14, the host continues to control the initiated conference.
And step S17, the AS disconnects all the participants, releases the meeting place resources and sends a meeting ending response message. The response message contains the command code corresponding to the conference ending response, the same assigned identification as in the conference initiating request, and conference ending result information (such as conference ending success, conference identification absence, etc.). And the client analyzes the response message after receiving the response message, and displays the conference ending information on the client interface.
According to the above description, the invention is based on the NGN network architecture, realizes the telephone conference service through the client, the soft switch and the application server, can allow the conference initiator to utilize WEB and other forms on the PC, can send out the conference request, inquire the conference state, invite the participator, finish the conference and other operations through mouse click and other actions, and is convenient to operate.
The request/response message among the client, the soft switch and the AS uses the SIP INFO message AS a main bearer, and can expand more conference control commands according to the service requirement by utilizing the characteristic of strong expansibility of SIP signaling.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
