Technical Field
The present invention relates to a leg massage machine capable of stimulating the legs, particularly the lower legs, of a person receiving a massage.

Detailed Description
The object of providing a leg massage machine with less movement of the legs which can be fixed to the massage machine by a person who receives a massage simply sitting on the leg moving forward is achieved by: the leg massage machine comprises at least a pair of shin-rubbing massage heads for pinching and rubbing the lower leg of a person to be massaged placed on a foot massage mechanism from the left and right direction by a drive device, wherein the shin-rubbing massage heads of the leg massage machine are provided at positions separated from each other on the rear side so that the person to be massaged can be inserted into the leg from the rear side.
Example 1
Fig. 1 to 8 show a first embodiment of the present invention.
Reference numeral 1 denotes a leg massage machine, and the leg massage machine 1 is composed of a 1 st case 15 and a 2 nd case 16.
The 1 st case 15 is composed of a sole protective cover 17 for covering the sole massage mechanism 7 capable of supporting the sole (not shown) of the foot 14 of the person receiving the massage from the lower side DW and the front side FR, and an instep protective cover 18 for covering the upper side UP of the sole protective cover 17 and protecting the back of the foot 14.
The 2 nd casing 16 is composed of side partitions 20 and 20 provided on both sides of the rear side RR of the 1 st casing 15, and a center partition 19 provided between the side partitions 20 and at a center position having an appropriate distance from the side partitions 20 and 20. Openings 21, 21 are formed between the central partition 19 and the side partitions 20, respectively, so that the person receiving the massage can insert the leg 12 from the rear side RR to the front side FR. The openings 21, 21 have a width allowing a user to insert the right leg 12R and the left leg 12L, respectively.

The driving device 2 of the 3 rd sole massage head 27 for the left leg 12L will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8. The driving device for the right leg 12R is bilaterally symmetrical to the driving device 2 shown in fig. 7, and therefore, illustration and description are omitted. A feed screw 31 is screwed to a hollow drive shaft 30 which is driven by a rotational driving force of a motor not shown through a worm rotation shaft, a helical gear, and the like. The feed screw 31 is provided with a variable-side tilt shaft 11a serving as one side of the tilt shaft 11. The drive shaft 30 supports thereon a fixed-side tilting shaft 11b serving as the other side of the tilting shaft 11, a roller 8, and a gear 32.
The roller 8 is provided on its outer surface with a plurality of suitable projections 9, the roller 8 being arranged in a position to rest the bottom of the heel 14a of the person to be massaged. The convex portion 9 has a convex shape that can generate a higher contact pressure with the sole of the heel 14a of the person receiving the massage.
A stopper 33 is provided at an end of the feed screw 31 to stop the rotation of the feed screw 31. Normally, the feed screw 31 rotates together with the drive shaft 30, and when the brake 33 is operated, the drive shaft 30 rotates as it is, and the feed screw 31 stops rotating, and the variable-side inclined shaft 11a assembled to the feed screw 31 moves in the left-right direction. In short, the distance between the fixed-side tilt axis 11b, which does not move in the left-right direction, and the variable-side tilt axis 11a, which moves in the left-right direction, changes. The brake 33 may be either electromagnetic or manual.
A pair of shin massage heads 3, 3 are attached to the variable-side inclined shaft 11a and the fixed-side inclined shaft 11b so as to sandwich the leg 12, particularly the calf 13 of the person receiving a massage from the left and right. The shin-kneading massage heads 3, 3 are supported in a state of being inclined along the variable-side inclined shaft 11a and the fixed-side inclined shaft 11b, and the shin-kneading massage heads 3, 3 are repeatedly operated between a position close to each other and a position apart from each other in accordance with the rotation of the drive shaft 30, so that the leg 12 of the person to be massaged can be moved to the front side FR and inserted between the shin-kneading massage heads 3, 3 in the unfolded state, and can be placed on the upper surfaces of the 1 st to 3 rd foot massage heads 25 to 27 such as the roller 8. The bottom part of the toe 14b, the sole and the heel 14a of the foot 14 of the person receiving the massage can be stimulated from the lower side DW, and the lower leg 13 can be pinched and kneaded from the left and right directions.
The shin-kneading massage heads 3, 3 are constituted by: left and right symmetrical arms 10, which are rotatably supported at lower end portions thereof by bearings B along the tilting states of the variable-side tilting shaft 11a and the fixed-side tilting shaft 11B, are provided at separate positions and form an opening 21; kneading plates 36, 37 supported at the upper end of the arm 10 to be inclined with respect to the drive shaft 30; and an air bag 5 formed at the upper end of the kneading plates 36, 37 and capable of massaging the lower leg 13 of the person to be massaged by repeated pressurization and depressurization with air. An elastic body having cushioning properties may be provided on the inner side of the air bag 5, i.e., on the side facing the lower leg 13 of the person to be massaged.
A foot massaging head 6 capable of massaging the instep of the foot 14 of the person receiving the massage and the side surface of the foot 14 is formed separately from the shin massaging heads 3, and the foot massaging head 6 is coaxially supported by the 2 nd foot massaging head 26 to protect the surface (instep surface) of the foot 14 of the person receiving the massage. The foot massage head 6 is not integrated with the shin massage heads 3 and 3, and therefore can be removed as appropriate.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the setting angles of the shin massage heads 3 and 3 can be freely adjusted. That is, the arm 10 whose lower end portion is supported by the variable-side tilt axis 11a and the fixed-side tilt axis 11b can be tilted from the foremost position shown by the solid line in fig. 5 to the rearmost position shown by the two-dot chain line by the variable-side tilt axis 11a and the fixed-side tilt axis 11 b. The angle adjusting member 35 of the arm 10 is provided on the sole guard 17. As shown in fig. 6, the angle adjusting member 35 has a plurality of (5 in this embodiment, directly below and facing the front side FR) appropriate engagement recesses 35b formed in an arc-shaped recess 35a centered on the axial center 11aa of the variable-side inclined shaft 11a and the fixed-side inclined shaft 11b (the axial center of the fixed-side inclined shaft 11b is not shown in the drawing), and a ball-bearing-shaped engagement piece 35c that can be engaged with any one of the engagement recesses 35b is freely engaged with and disengaged from the engagement recess 35b by a coil spring 35 d. Reference numeral 35e denotes a member supported by a pin 35f vertically extending from the lower end of the arm 10, and the engaging piece 35c is freely inserted and withdrawn, and the coil spring 35d is housed therein. Therefore, the arm 10 can be swung back and forth and can also be swung left and right, and the stop position shown by the solid line in fig. 5 is set as the maximum spread position of the arm 10 in the left and right direction, and the maximum spread position in the left and right direction does not stop at the position shown by the two-dot chain line in fig. 5.
The air bag 5 is described with reference to fig. 3 and 4. The bag 5 is provided with a safety mechanical valve (not shown) which allows air to be discharged when a pressure equal to or higher than a predetermined pressure is generated in the process, because the air supply source 38 and the pressure regulator 39 which allow air to be discharged and discharged have a pipe line set by the hose 40. The air bag 5 is provided not only on the surface facing the kneading plates 36, 37 as described above but also includes an air bag 5a provided on the surface facing the foot massaging heads 6, 6.
The operation of the structure of embodiment 1 will be described below.

According to this embodiment, the foot massaging heads 6, 6 for massaging the foot 14 of the recipient are formed separately from the shin massaging heads 3, and the shin massaging heads 3, 3 are detachable from the coupling 43, so that only when the foot 14 is to be massaged, the shin massaging heads 3, 3 integrated with each other can be detached through the coupling 43 to perform the massage. the shin-rubbing massage head is provided at a position spaced apart from the rear side so that the feet of the person receiving the massage can be inserted from the rear side; wherein,
the foot massage machine is composed of a 1 st shell and a 2 nd shell;
the 1 st shell is composed of a sole protection cover which covers the sole massage mechanism capable of supporting the sole of the foot of the person receiving massage from the lower side and the front side, and an instep protection cover which covers the upper side of the sole protection cover and protects the back of the foot;
the 2 nd shell is composed of side partition boards arranged at two sides of the rear side of the 1 st shell and a central partition board arranged between the side partition boards and at the central position with a proper distance from the side partition boards; openings are formed between the central partition and the side partitions, respectively, so that the user can insert the feet from the rear side to the front side.

an air bag capable of massaging the lower leg of the person to be massaged by repeatedly pressurizing and depressurizing air is provided on the surface of the shin-massaging head facing the lower leg of the person to be massaged.

a foot massaging head which can massage the instep of a person receiving massage is formed on the foot massaging head and is not integrated with the shin massaging head,
the shin rubbing massage head can be taken down.
5. The foot massage machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
a foot massaging head which can massage and receive the dorsum of the foot of the masseur is formed integrally with the shin massaging head.
6. The foot massage machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein:
the sole massage mechanism can massage the soles of the massaged people.
7. The foot massager of claim 6, wherein:
the foot massage mechanism supports a roller having a projection part capable of stimulating the foot of a person receiving a massage, and a tilt shaft which is supported concentrically with the roller and rotates synchronously with the roller to move the arm of the shin-kneading massage head left and right, and which is rotatable.
