Abstract
本发明涉及一种微米糖参百仙铁皮石斛王养阴消疲豆奶粉制备方法,它是在各种传统豆奶粉中加入经高科技气流超细粉碎加工的微米党参粉、微米百合粉、微米仙人掌粉、微米铁皮石斛粉、微米鳖甲粉及蜂王浆冻干粉、低聚糖粉原料组合加工而成。使其在具有明显益气养阴作用的同时,还具有抗疲劳、增强免疫力等功效。使阴虚火旺的中老年人能在获得丰富的蛋白质、维生素、矿物质和活性酶等几十种营养物质的同时,还因添加了被誉为“中华九大仙草之首”的铁皮石斛微粉成分,使其更强化了豆奶粉的益胃生津,滋阴清热的保健作用。因此,本发明不愧是专为全世界阴虚火旺的中老年人设计的具有中国特色的保键益寿之上佳养阴消疲豆奶粉。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明属于医药保健食品领域,具体涉及一种微米糖参百仙铁皮石斛王养阴消疲豆奶粉制备方法。
二、背景技术
目前国内豆奶粉制品市场中分别具有滋阴润肺或抗疲劳或增强免疫力功能的豆奶粉逐渐增多。但仍缺乏采用经高科技气流超细粉碎加工的由微米原料配成的并适合阴虚火旺的中老年人服用的同时具有养阴消疲和增强免疫力功能的豆奶粉制品。因此,设计出一个具有以上特色的更适合阴虚火旺的中老年人服用的养阴消疲豆奶粉产品,也就成了目前市场上实际需求。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的,就是设计出一种微米糖参百仙铁皮石斛王养阴消疲豆奶粉制备方法,一种尤其适合阴虚火旺的中老年人服用的具有养阴消疲功能的豆奶粉制品。它是在各种传统豆奶粉中加入经高科技超细粉碎加工的微米党参粉、微米百合粉、微米仙人掌粉、微米鳖甲粉、微米铁皮石斛粉及蜂王浆冻干粉、低聚糖粉原料组合加工而成的具有养阴消疲功能的豆奶粉制品。
本发明配方中的党参,据《食疗中药药物学》书中介绍:它具有补中益气,健脾益肺。适用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴等症。而百合也据《食疗中药药物学》书中介绍:具有养阴润肺,清心安神的功效。可用于阴虚久咳,痰中带血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚等症状。据现代药理研究证实:百合所含的生物碱(秋水仙碱)能抑制癌细胞的增殖;并有止咳,化痰和平喘的作用;还有耐缺氧和抗疲劳的作用;其它还具有一定的镇静和抗过敏的作用。本发明配方中的仙人掌,据《中药大辞典》书中介绍:它具有行气活血,清热解毒的功效。能治心胃气痛,痞块,痢疾,痔血,咳嗽,喉痛,肺痈,乳痈,疔疮,汤火伤,蛇伤等症。目前市场上已作为时尚营养保健蔬菜推广服用。而鳖甲据《食疗中药药物学》书上介绍:它具有滋阴潜阳,退虚热,软坚散结;尤适用于阴虚火旺,劳热骨蒸、虚风内动、闭经、疮疡久不愈合等症的治疗。本发明配方中的铁皮石斛粉,据《食疗中药药物学》书中介绍:它具有益胃生津,滋阴清热的功效;用于阴伤津亏,口干烦渴,食少干呕,病后虚热,目暗不明等症。本发明配方中含有蜂王浆冻干粉成份,根据《功能性食品》(第一卷)书中介绍:蜂王浆经科学试验证实是一种能促进增强人体机能,延长人体寿命并对机体的多种功能有调节作用,对多种疾病(包括肿瘤)有预防和辅助治疗作用的天然补品。本发明中的低聚糖成份,也根据《功能性食品》(第一卷)书中介绍:它有益于人体肠道有益菌——双歧杆菌的生存繁殖等;因为,肠胃消化功能是人的后天之本,人体的肠胃功能减弱,往往是因有益菌生存环境的破坏而造成的,故加入被誉为双歧因子的低聚糖,可帮助人体吃得好,排得顺,达到及时吸收获得各种营养和排出各种毒素的目的,促进人体进入良性循环的健康美丽的状态;并更能起到特殊的协同排毒养颜的作用。特别是本发明中的奶粉是多种营养成份的混合物。比如牛奶粉中富含蛋白质和矿物质、糖类、酶类、生物素等数十种营养物质。特别是本发明中的奶液原料一般都采用牛奶作为主要原料,它的牛奶是属多成份的营养混合物。牛奶为双相乳液,分散相为呈悬浮状态的液滴、胶束,连续相为多种成份构成的溶液。牛奶液中富含蛋白质如酪蛋白、β-乳球蛋白、α-乳白蛋白、乳浆蛋白、优球蛋白、脂肪球膜蛋白质等;富含矿物质如:钙、镁、钠、钾、磷等,富含水溶性维生素如A、B1、B2、B5、B6、B12、C、E、K、PP等;还含烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、胆碱、肌醇等;还含脂肪酸、磷脂、亚油酸等及含其他糖类、酶类、生物素等营养物质。本发明中的豆原料一般最常采用的是黄豆(俗称:大豆)。根据《食疗中药药物学》所载,黄豆(又据《食鉴本草》所述)其功能与主治——健脾宽中,润燥消水。治疳积泻痢,腹胀赢瘦,妊娠中毒,疮痈肿毒,外伤出血。其化学及营养成分——含丰富的蛋白质,其中含人体必需的多种氨基酸,尤以赖氨酸含量高;含多量脂肪,其中主要有不饱和脂肪酸(亚油酸、油酸、亚麻酸等);并含磷脂、钙、磷、铁、钾、钠、镁、锰、铜、锌、硒、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2、B12,维生素C、E,烟酸、叶酸、胆碱、大豆黄酮苷、大豆异黄酮等成分。据药理研究它具有:1、抗癌作用——动物实验和流行病学研究均表明大豆制品中异黄酮的抑癌作用涉及多种肿瘤如人的胃癌、乳腺癌、肺癌和直结肠癌;大豆异黄酮有明显的抗肿瘤的作用,特别是与激素相关的肿瘤,如乳腺癌和前列腺癌。2、对心血管系统的作用——大豆蛋白可降低胆固醇,其中起主要作用的成分是大豆异黄酮;异黄酮对其他动脉粥样硬化相关因子也有影响,可抑制凝血酶和血小板活化因子诱导的冠状动脉舒张,并能抑制动脉平滑肌NO的生成,抑制细胞间黏附分子(ICAM-1)及血管黏附分子(VCAM-1)。这些因素共同作用使受损动脉壁渗出减轻及炎症程度减轻,抑制动脉粥样硬化形成。3、雌激素样作用及对更年期综合症作用——青春期妇女食用含有异黄酮的大豆蛋白,卵泡期延长,月经周期推迟。异黄酮对妇女更年期出现的许多与激素减退相关的疾病如骨质疏松、动脉粥样硬化、血脂升高有一定预防治疗作用。4、对免疫系统的影响——大豆异黄酮具有提高非特异性免疫功能。5、抗炎作用——早在几千年前的中国文献就记载了大豆有治肠炎的作用。
因此本发明在各种传统豆奶粉中加入经高科技超细粉碎加工的微米党参粉、微米百合粉、微米仙人掌粉、微米鳖甲粉及微米铁皮石斛粉及蜂王浆冻干粉、低聚糖粉原料组合加工而成的养阴消疲豆奶粉,必将为全世界阴虚火旺的中老年人起到更大的保健作用。
现介绍一种微米糖参百仙铁皮石斛王养阴消疲豆奶粉的配方及制备工艺流程如下:先用传统炮制及粉碎方法加工好党参粉、百合粉、仙人掌粉、鳖甲粉及铁皮石斛粉,再采用超细粉碎设备加工粉碎;使所粉碎的微米党参粉、微米百合粉、微米仙人掌粉、微米鳖甲粉及微米铁皮石斛粉的药物颗粒粒径达到1-150微米之间备用;在每100g养阴消疲豆奶粉中含有35-85%豆浆粉、5-35%奶粉和1-15%200-500目党参微粉、1-10%200-500目百合微粉、1-20%200-500目仙人掌微粉、1-10%500-1000目鳖甲微粉及1-15%200-500目铁皮石斛微粉;最后再加入1-15%蜂王浆冻干粉和4-20%低聚糖粉;其原料百分比相加总量之和为100%;经充分搅拌均匀灭菌后,将养阴消疲豆奶粉分20-30克小袋包装。
本发明豆奶粉的奶粉和豆浆粉原料,是采用各种牛、羊、马、骆驼等动物的奶液中的一种制成的奶粉和用各种大豆、赤豆、绿豆等豆类中的一种经水磨干燥而制成的豆浆粉作原料。
本发明的配方中所采用的低聚糖是包括低聚乳果糖、低聚木糖、低聚异麦芽糖等中的任何一种。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)、因在本豆奶粉中含有党参微粉成份,它具有补中益气,健脾益肺。适用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴等症。

四、具体实施方式
现将实施列的一种微米糖参百仙铁皮石斛王养阴消疲豆奶粉的制备工艺流程详述如下:先用传统炮制及粉碎方法加工好党参粉、百合粉、仙人掌粉、鳖甲粉及铁皮石斛粉,再采用气流超细粉碎设备加工粉碎;使所粉碎的微米党参粉、微米百合粉、微米仙人掌粉、微米鳖甲粉及微米铁皮石斛粉原料的颗粒粒径80%以上达到100微米以下备用;在每100g养阴消疲豆奶粉中含有75g大豆浆粉、10g牛奶粉和1g500目党参微粉、1g500目百合微粉、2g500目仙人掌微粉、1g1000目鳖甲微粉及1g500目铁皮石斛微粉;最后再加入1g蜂王浆冻干粉和8g的低聚木糖粉;其原料百分比相加总量之和为100%;经充分搅拌均匀灭菌后,将养阴消疲豆奶粉分30克小袋包装。

1、一种微米糖参百仙铁皮石斛王养阴消疲豆奶粉制备方法,其特征在于:它的配方及工艺流程是先用传统炮制及粉碎方法加工好党参粉、百合粉、仙人掌粉、鳖甲粉及铁皮石斛粉,再采用超细粉碎设备加工粉碎;使所粉碎的微米党参粉、微米百合粉、微米仙人掌粉、微米鳖甲粉及微米铁皮石斛粉的药物颗粒粒径达到1-150微米之间备用;在每100g养阴消疲豆奶粉中含有35-85%豆浆粉、5-35%奶粉和1-15%200-500目党参微粉、1-10%200-500目百合微粉、1-20%200-500目仙人掌微粉、1-10%500-1000目鳖甲微粉及1-15%200-500目铁皮石斛微粉;最后再加入1-15%蜂王浆冻干粉和4-20%低聚糖粉;其原料百分比相加总量之和为100%;经充分搅拌均匀灭菌后,将养阴消疲豆奶粉分20-30克小袋包装。

3、根据权利要求1所述的一种微米糖参百仙铁皮石斛王养阴消疲豆奶粉制备方法,其特征在于:本发明所采用的奶粉和豆浆粉原料,是采用各种牛、羊、马、骆驼等动物的奶液中的一种制成的奶粉和用各种大豆、赤豆、绿豆等豆类中的一种经水磨干燥而制成的豆浆粉作原料。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种微米糖参百仙铁皮石斛王养阴消疲豆奶粉制备方法,其特征在于:本配方中所采用的低聚糖是包括低聚乳果糖、低聚木糖、低聚异麦芽糖等中的任何一种。
