Abstract
一种铰链结构用于连接折叠式便携式电子装置的盖体和本体,包括主轴、压簧、壳体和销,主轴一端设置卡固端,壳体为一端开口的中空柱体,壳体上开设滑槽,滑槽的中线倾斜于壳体的轴线,压簧和主轴容置在壳体内,压簧一端抵持壳体,另一端抵持主轴,销的一端固设于主轴,另一端伸入滑槽中,并可在其中滑动,壳体和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体其中一方卡固,主轴的卡固端和另一方卡固。该铰链结构通用性强且由其自身限定便携式电子装置盖体张开和闭合的角度。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明是关于一种铰链结构,尤其是关于一种用于手机、PDA(PersonalDigital Assistant,个人数字助理)等便携式电子装置的铰链结构。
【背景技术】
目前,市场上所销售的便携式电子装置,如手机、PDA等,多为折叠式结构,即包括盖体和本体,采用铰链将盖体和本体可旋转的铰接在一起。
业界较常采用的一种铰链结构为扭簧式,即采用扭转弹簧为主要元件,达成盖体和本体的一定开合功能。美国专利第6,493,542号所揭示的铰链(请参照图3所示)即为此类型的铰链结构。该铰链包括壳体91、弹簧92及主轴93。壳体91为一端开口的中空圆柱体,其一端设端部912,用以与手机盖体配合,壳体91内在封闭端开设带内螺纹的孔914。弹簧92两端向外延伸出两卡持端922、924。主轴93一端设具外螺纹的固定端932,另一端设凸缘部934。弹簧92容置在壳体91内,卡持端922、924分别由壳体91两端伸出,卡持端922与壳体91配合,另一卡持端924与手机本体配合。主轴93插入弹簧92内,固定端932旋入壳体91的孔914内,该铰链结构即装配完成。装入手机壳体后,端部912与手机盖体配合,卡持端924和手机本体配合。手机盖体闭合时,弹簧92具一定预扭力,盖体通过其他卡合结构,如磁铁,吸附或卡合于本体。需使用手机时,将上述卡合结构释放,盖体即在弹簧92的扭力作用下开启。上述铰链结构结构简单,操作方便。但其缺点在于,弹簧92的卡持端924与手机本体配合,需在本体上设置特殊结构,因而通用性较差。整个铰链结构所受扭力由端部912和卡持端924承受,而卡持端924体积很小,则要求该卡持端924具较大强度。采用此种铰链结构的手机,盖体和本体打开的角度通常由盖体和本体的结构限定,而盖体开启时的冲击力也由盖体和本体承担,易对其产生磨损,因而影响手机的寿命。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种通用性强、由其自身限定张开和闭合角度的铰链结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明铰链结构包括主轴、压簧、壳体和销,主轴一端设置卡固端,壳体为一端开口的中空柱体,壳体上开设滑槽,滑槽的中线倾斜于壳体的轴线,压簧和主轴容置在壳体内,压簧一端抵持壳体,另一端抵持主轴,销的一端固设于主轴,另一端伸入滑槽中,并可在其中滑动,壳体和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体其中一方卡固,主轴的卡固端和另一方卡固。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明铰链结构通过主轴卡固端及壳体和手机盖体及本体配合,通用性强;通过壳体滑槽限定主轴转过的角度,从而限定手机盖体张开和闭合角度,不需通过手机壳体限定,因而在手机开启时不会撞击和磨损手机壳体。

【具体实施方式】
本发明铰链结构用于折叠式便携式电子装置。
请参照图1和图2所示,本发明铰链结构包括主轴1、两个销2、压簧3及壳体4。
主轴1为阶梯状柱体,一端为非圆柱状的卡固端12,用以与手机盖体配合,另一端为抵顶端14,抵持压簧3的一端,主轴1上开设两个销孔16,销孔16的轴线和主轴1的轴线垂直。
销2为圆柱体,其一端容置在主轴1的销孔16中。
压簧3为柱状弹簧,其一端套设并抵持于主轴1的抵顶端14,另一端抵持壳体4的一端。
壳体4为一端开口另一端封闭的中空圆柱体,其外侧的一端设置卡固部42,用以和手机本体配合。壳体4上开设两个与壳体4中空部分相贯通的滑槽44,滑槽44的中线倾斜于壳体4的轴线,滑槽44一端部到另一端部相对壳体4的轴线转过约160度。
装配时,先将压簧3放入壳体4内,再将主轴1插入壳体4中,压触压簧3,使其具一定预压力。调整主轴1相对壳体4的角度,使其销孔16对准壳体4的滑槽44,将两个销2分别穿过滑槽44,插入销孔16中,销2和销孔16为过盈配合,因而销2固定在主轴1上。这样,整个铰链结构就装配成一个整体,如图2所示。
将上述装配好的铰链结构置入手机本体和盖体的连接处,使主轴1的卡固端12与盖体配合,壳体4的卡固部42与本体配合。当手机处于非使用状态,其盖体相对本体闭合时,盖体通过其他卡合结构,如磁铁,吸附或卡合于本体。此时,销2位于壳体1的滑槽44靠近压簧3的一端,压簧3具一定预压力。需使用手机时,将上述卡合结构释放,销2在压簧3的推顶作用下在壳体4的滑槽44中滑动,并带动主轴1转动,手机盖体即相对本体开启,当销2滑到滑槽44的另一端部,主轴1停止转动,手机盖体即达到打开位置。
Claims (10)
1.一种铰链结构,用于连接折叠式便携式电子装置的盖体和本体,包括主轴、压簧和壳体,壳体为一端开口的中空柱体,压簧和主轴容置在壳体内,其特征在于:该铰链结构进一步包括销,其一端固设于主轴,主轴一端设置卡固端,壳体上开设滑槽,滑槽的中线倾斜于壳体的轴线,销的另一端伸入滑槽中,并可在其中滑动,压簧一端抵持壳体,另一端抵持主轴,壳体和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体其中一方卡固,主轴的卡固端和另一方卡固。
2.如权利要求1所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述主轴开设销孔,销的一端容置在该孔中。
3.如权利要求2所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述销和主轴的销孔为过盈配合。
4.如权利要求3所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述销孔的轴线和主轴的轴线垂直。
5.如权利要求4所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述主轴的卡固部为非圆柱状。
6.如权利要求5所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述壳体外侧设卡固部,壳体通过卡固部和便携式电子装置的盖体和本体其中一方卡固。
7.如权利要求6所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述壳体滑槽一端到另一端相对壳体的轴线转过约160度。
8.如权利要求7所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述壳体滑槽贯通于壳体。
9.如权利要求8所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述壳体另一端封闭,压簧一端抵持该封闭端。
10.如权利要求9所述的铰链结构,其特征在于:所述压簧为柱状弹簧。
