由GB 799 382A已知一种具有上述特征的电动机。在这种电动机中设置一个环用于补偿定子叠片和轴承套之间的长度公差,该环在套筒纵向上被部分或完全地压缩。
发明内容
因此本发明的任务在于,提供一种前面所述的电动机,其中长度公差通过另外的方式和方法得到补偿。为此规定,间隔套筒在其背离定子叠片的端部具有波形的、向外开口的、在套筒纵向上可压缩的圆周槽,所述圆周槽在套筒纵向上被部分或完全地压缩,以补偿定子叠片和轴承套之间的长度公差。

有利地,波形圆周槽的横截面设计为大致半圆形。优选间隔套筒在其背离定子叠片的端部在波形圆周槽的前面具有一带有矩形横截面的圆周槽。
矩形圆周槽的深度约等于波形圆周槽深度的一半。
在一个有利的实施例中,间隔套筒在套筒纵向上开有切缝。
在使用根据本发明的间隔套筒制造的电动机中,波形圆周槽在套筒纵向上受到了部分或完全的压缩,用以补偿长度公差。

具体实施方式
根据图1,特别是用于水下应用的电动机1具有一圆筒形外壳2,一圆柱形定子叠片3设置于该外壳内。定子叠片3由一间隔套筒4固定,该间隔套筒4由一插入外壳2内的轴承套5固定。轴承套5借助于螺钉6固定在外壳2内。轴承套5支承着转子轴7。
如图2和3所示,间隔套筒4在其端部上具有一个横截面为矩形的、向外开口的圆周槽8,两个横截面大致为半圆形的、向外开口的、波形圆周槽9和10与圆周槽8邻接。另外,如图2所示,矩形圆周槽8的深度约等于波形圆周槽9和10深度的一半。
图3示出间隔套筒4在套筒纵向上开有切缝。
在安装电动机1时,将定子叠片3插入外壳2中直至一个未示出的止挡为止。接着将间隔套筒4这样插入到外壳2内,使圆周槽8至10背离定子叠片3。
如图1所示,为了补偿存在的长度公差,紧接着将波形圆周槽9和10通过作用到间隔套筒4端部上的压力沿套筒纵向相应地压缩。
具有矩形横截面的圆周槽8由于其形状而没有受到压缩,并因此为挤压工具和轴承套5提供了一可靠的支座。
为了拆卸电动机1,可以在去掉轴承套5之后对开有切缝的间隔套筒4进行压缩,以使其能够容易地移出外壳2。

Claims (5)

1.电动机,包含:一圆筒形的壳体(2);一圆柱形的定子叠片(3);一间隔套筒(4),定子叠片(3)被插入壳体内,并且定子叠片在一端通过止挡且在另外一端通过间隔套筒被固定在壳体内;以及被固定在壳体内的轴承套(5),该轴承套固定间隔套筒,其特征在于,间隔套筒(4)在其背离定子叠片(3)的端部具有波形的、向外开口的、在套筒纵向上可压缩的圆周槽(9,10),所述圆周槽(9,10)在套筒纵向上被部分或完全地压缩,以补偿定子叠片和轴承套之间的长度公差。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动机,其特征在于,波形的圆周槽(9,10)的横截面设计为大致半圆形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动机,其特征在于,间隔套筒(4)在其背离定子叠片(3)的端部、在波形的圆周槽(9,10)的前面具有一带有矩形横截面的圆周槽(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动机,其特征在于,矩形圆周槽(8)的深度约等于波形的圆周槽(9,10)的深度的一半。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动机,其特征在于,间隔套筒(4)在套筒纵向上开有切缝。
