Description

轴向通风器的弹性橡胶安装框
本发明涉及一种弹性橡胶安装框,用于权利要求1所述的设备房屋的墙上固定轴向通风器。
德国专利第32 10 164 C2号揭示了一种弹性合成材料制成的支撑框架,其可在墙洞上安装轴向通风器,然后再将其连接到建筑物中的电路即可以进行冷却了。所述支撑框架呈长方形,其每个对边都有向外突出的卡头,通过所述卡头可以将所述支撑框架插在墙上相应的棱角内,在所述支撑框架内可以安装长方形的通风器机体,并可通过两侧的卡头将其加以固定。
此外,德国专利第34 29 993号揭示了一种长方形的橡胶框,通过所述橡胶框可在建筑物的墙上固定轴向通风器,其轴向外边设有凸起的边框,可包住通风器的外边,嵌住各个安装用的凸起销子。在所述橡胶框的另外一边设有环绕的沟槽,用来挂住墙洞上的安装用销钉。
本发明的目的在于,提供了一种用于轴向通风器并使其生产和安装都很简便的橡胶框,其可以在制冷设备通风器运转时有效地减缓震动,避免从墙壁上产生噪音。
从本发明权利要求1中给出的技术方案就可实现该任务。在下列要求中,介绍了该发明的其他内容。
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例作出进一步描述。

该发明主要采取的是具备相应硬度的橡胶材料,一方面是便于保证通风器在墙上的稳固性,另一方面是为了足够的柔软性,便于减小传输到墙上的气流震荡。参照图1和图2,所述橡胶安装框上设有一个环绕的外边2,通过所述外边2的一边可以固定设备元件4,另外一边可以固定外边6。其中,轴向通风器(图未示)通过固定边安装于边框内,其内部宽度要符合安装边的宽度,以便于设备元件4和外边6能够嵌入安装边内,并用这种方式固定住通风器。为避免设备元件4与墙面发生接触,要在安装边的另外一面安上凸起的结子8,以便挂上通风器的安装边。通过各点连接,从而减少了接触面积,进而大大降低了空气传输到墙面的噪音。
在设备元件4的使用面内各安装有一个蘑菇状凸起10,用于将所述橡胶框固定在墙上,在墙上也设有相应的孔洞,此外还设有一个主要孔洞用于排放通风器的气流,所述孔洞最好设置成细长形状,以便减轻所述凸起10的传输功能。每个凸起10上设有一个Fuβ零件12,其长度要符合墙面的相应厚度,便于将通风器固定在上面。在本实施例中,所述蘑菇状凸起10的顶部14为截锥体,以便更容易地穿过固定用孔洞。固定用孔洞直径要符合Fuβ零件12的直径,以便能够将边框定在墙上。参见图3,在本实施例中,凸起10内穿设有轴向钻孔16,用于固定防护网。
在拐角处,外边2安装进凸起18,可以减轻轴向通风器的凸起在边框内的张力。
参照图1和图2所述,人们可以辨认出,近似于正方形的安装边框在还未安装时向外拱出略呈桶状,而排气孔20并非圆形的,而是在边框四角范围内有个外切线段落22。边框在支撑通风器的外边时,各个拐角被向外拉伸,使得边框材料得以延伸,以致于在安装状态下的边框不再是正方形的了,所述向外拱也即不存在了,同时,排气孔20也就接近圆形了。通过材料变形伸张,通风器的固定又一次得到了加强。
在图3中的截面图中示出墙面上的零件24,从中可以看到固定安装框的情况。人们可以看到,在墙面24上除了排气孔20以外,还有个更小的安装孔26,通过所述安装孔26可以将从设备元件4伸出的蘑菇状凸起10穿过其颈部或Fuβ零件12,从而使顶部14设置到墙面24的另外一面,安装孔26的边缘被嵌入Fuβ零件12的沟槽中。将通风器安装好后,将其安装边设置在凹形弧28内,所述凹形弧28由设备元件4、内边2和固定边6组成。所述固定边6被接在墙面上的结子8上,而不是接在设备元件4上。
在图3中进一步展示了防护网30,用塞子32安在蘑菇状凸起10的钻孔16中,再将塞子32的对钩面安装在弹性橡胶材料中。
参照图4、5和6中所示的截面图,可以更清楚地看到图1至3介绍的零件组合情况。图7展示了从设备元件4伸出的蘑菇状凸起10与Fuβ零件12、截锥形顶部14和钻孔16的组合连接。在此,结子8的表面形状也更清楚了。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于固定冷却设备轴向通风器的橡胶安装框,用插槽安装并用零件固定在墙面上,其特征在于:所述固定用零件为蘑菇状凸起(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安装框,其特征在于:所述凸起(10)的蘑菇顶部(14)向外变细呈截锥状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的安装框,其特征在于:所述蘑菇顶部(14)内穿设有轴向钻孔(16)。
4.根据权利要求所述的安装框,其特征在于:所述安装框起拉伸作用的连接元件(18)至少有一个在边上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的安装框,其特征在于:所述连接元件(18)设置在四角形的边框内。
6.根据权利要求所述的安装框,其特征在于:所述四角形边框在未安装时呈圆桶形轮廓。
7.根据权利要求6所述的安装框,其特征在于:根据排气孔(20)所设定出的边框(22)的内部轮廓为圆形。
8.根据上述权利要求之一所述安装框,其特征在于:所述结子状凸起(8)连接在安装边靠墙一侧的安装位置。
