Abstract
An internal steam engine comprises combustion chamber, inlet pipe and outlet pipe, whereon the outlet pipe installed a sealed steam generator. The steam generator is linked to a water source by pipes, one-way valve, magnetic valve and water inlet pipe. The steam outlet is linked to a steam nozzle by a pipe on which there is a volume adjusting valve, one-way valve. The steam nozzle is linked to the engine inlet pipe. The water will be steamed by the heat from the engine outlet pipe, then the steam will be injected into the engine inlet pipe then to the combustion chamber to save 20-30 % oil consumption and decrease exhaustion up to 30-60%.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an internal combustion steam power machine.
Background
Long-term research at home and abroad shows that the addition of certain water in diesel oil and gasoline can save fuel, improve the octane number of oil, and greatly reduce CO, NO and HC in exhaustXReducing particulate emissions and soot. According to this principle, a water supply device using electric spray has been designed abroad, which has a certain effect but is too high in cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an internal combustion steam power machine which is simple in structure, long in service life and low in pollution.
The internal combustion steam power machine of the invention includes combustion chamber, intake pipe, exhaust pipe, it features that the steam generator is set on the exhaust pipe, the steam generator is a sealed container, the steam generator is connected with water source through connecting pipe, check valve, electromagnetic valve, intake pipe, the steam generator is also connected with steam nozzle through another steam connecting pipe, the steam connecting pipe is equipped with steam flow tuning valve, check valve, the steam nozzle is connected with the intake pipe of the internal combustion engine, the steam generator is also equipped with safety valve and blow-down valve.
The internal combustion steam power machine of the invention is to send water from water source into a steam generator through an electromagnetic valve and a water inlet pipe, and heat the water by utilizing the radiant heat of an exhaust pipe of an internal combustion engine, so that the water is heated to form steam, and the steam enters the air inlet pipe of the internal combustion engine through a steam nozzle, is mixed with mixed steam of the internal combustion engine and then enters a combustion chamber for combustion. It uses the heat radiation of traditional internal combustion engine, heats the liquid water in the container, and makes it become controlled high-temperature steam, the high-temperature steam with a certain volume enters the cylinder, after further heat absorption, the volume expansion, molecule cracking, and simultaneously enters the CH compound in the cylinder to make double decomposition reaction, under the condition of high temperature and high pressure in the cylinder, the carbon (C) with low heat value in the fuel and the oxygen in the steam form carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H) with high heat value2) The chemical reaction equation is as follows: due to CO and H2The calorific value is higher than that of a CH compound, and the ignition point is lower, so that the energy-saving effect is obvious. Because the density of the water vapor entering the cylinder is large, the volume is rapidly increased after the water vapor further absorbs heat, the kinetic energy is increased, a larger driving force is easily formed for the engine, and the effect of increasing the power is achieved. As can be seen from the redox reaction equation, the main components of the discharged material after combustion are carbon dioxide and water vapor which do not cause air pollution, and the residual hydrates thereof, and the water vapor discharged after combustion is easily mixed with the residual incombustibles in the fuel to form hydrates to be discharged, so that the pollution of the lubricating oil is prevented, the service life of the lubricating oil is prolonged, and the lubricating strip is used for lubricating oilThe improvement of the parts delays abnormal abrasion of the engine and reduces thermal abrasion of the engine. It can save oil consumption by 20-30%, reduce emission by 30-60%, and has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
