Abstract
本发明涉及一种杀虫剂,特别涉及一种以植物提取物除虫菊素为活性成分的乳油制剂的杀虫剂。本发明所述的杀虫乳油主要由以下重量百分比的成分组成:除虫菊素2~15%,烷基苯磺酸盐1.5~60%,增效剂4~30%,乳化剂10~20%,抗氧剂0.1~5.0%和余量的溶剂。本发明所述的杀虫乳油,采用两种杀虫机理,对多种害虫有良好的防治效果,具有高效广谱、微毒、无残留的特点,由于有封堵害虫气门的杀虫特性,可在除虫菊素乳油中加入一定比例的水,搅拌均匀,便可直接适用于大田或宾馆、酒店、食品加工等需消杀害虫的场所或家庭。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀虫剂,特别涉及一种以植物提取物除虫菊素为活性成分的乳油制剂的杀虫剂。
背景技术
中国专利申请01145597.7公开了一种“天然除虫菊素乳油制剂”,它是一种天然除虫菊素乳油制剂。其特征在于用精制天然除虫菊素原药,加入原药中除虫菊素含量的0.2-0.7%的BHT或鞣质酸,充分搅拌混匀后,再加入原药中除虫菊素含量的6-10%的PB或华细辛素搅溶,再加入原药中除虫菊素含量的10-30%的乳化剂,再加入适量石油醚得不同除虫菊素含量的系列天然除虫菊素乳油制剂。本发明具有高效,无残留,除虫菊素在自然界中分解成水和二氧化碳,毒性极低,本发明的大量生产,能逐步替代对人类产生极大危害的有机氯类、有机磷类等高毒农药。但是,上述申请存在杀虫机理单一、最好只能在晴朗的天气下使用以及在大田中使用成本高的弊端。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种使用条件不受限制的、以天然植物杀虫剂和化学杀虫剂配合使用具有较好药效且无毒的杀虫乳油。
本发明所述的杀虫乳油主要由以下重量百分比的成分组成:除虫菊素2~15%,烷基苯磺酸盐1.5~60%,增效剂4~30%,乳化剂10~20%,抗氧剂0.1~5.0%和余量的溶剂。
在本发明所述的杀虫乳油中还可加入重量百分比为3.5~5.0%的氮酮,氮酮的作用为对昆虫体表强渗透;5.0%~15%的助溶剂,如:二甲苯、石油醚等;本发明所述的增效剂可为增效胺、增效醚;所述的烷基苯磺酸盐为碱金属烷基苯磺酸盐,如烷基苯磺酸钠等;所述的乳化剂可为聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯类和山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯类乳化剂,如:吐温-80、司盘-80等;抗氧剂可为对苯二酚、连苯三酚、异丙基甲酚、BHT(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚)、丹宁酸;所述的溶剂为已知溶剂,如:煤油、石蜡油等。
本发明所述的杀虫乳油在除虫菊素乳油中加入化合物烷基苯磺酸盐,增加了农药的杀虫机理。除虫菊素为触杀型农药,对人体毒性极低,无残留,除虫菊素渗透入昆虫体表,通过干扰昆虫的神经系统使昆虫的生理机能受到抑制而致死;而化合物烷基苯磺酸盐本身是无毒的,它的杀虫原理是通过使昆虫的气门闭合,无法呼吸致死,同时化合物烷基苯磺酸盐又具有破坏害虫体内电解质平衡的机理,可使害虫拒食,它和除虫菊素二者之间协同配合使害虫快速致死。本发明采用两种杀虫机理,对多种害虫有良好的防治效果,具有高效广谱的特点,由于有封堵害虫气门的杀虫特性,所以增加了药效,克服了除虫菊素只能在晴朗的天气下使用的弊端,降低了除虫菊素直接使用在大田的成本,杀虫更有效、更快速。
本发明所述的杀虫乳油,可在除虫菊素乳油中加入一定比例的水,搅拌均匀,便可直接适用于大田或宾馆、酒店、食品加工等需消杀害虫的场所或家庭。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取重量百分比为5.0%的除虫菊素,45%的烷基苯磺酸钠,3.0%的增效胺,2.0%的氮酮;10%的二甲苯,10%的司盘-80,6%的吐温-80,1.7%的BHT(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚),17.3%的煤油。在除虫菊素原药中加入直链烷基苯磺酸钠,充分搅拌,再加入乳化剂、增效醚和其余溶剂充分搅拌即可得5%除虫菊素乳油。
实施例2
取重量百分比为10.0%的除虫菊素,2.0%的烷基苯磺酸钠,5.0%的增效醚,2.0%的氮酮;11%的石油醚,12%的吐温-80,7%的司盘-80,2.5%的对苯二酚,48.5%的煤油。在除虫菊素原药中加入直链烷基苯磺酸钠,充分搅拌,再加入乳化剂、增效醚和其余溶剂充分搅拌即可得10%除虫菊素乳油。
Claims (3)
1、一种杀虫乳油,其特征在于主要由以下重量百分比的成分组成:除虫菊素2~15%,烷基苯磺酸盐1.5~60%,增效剂4~30%,乳化剂10~20%,抗氧剂0.1~5.0%和余量的溶剂。
2、按照权利要求1所述的杀虫乳油,其特征在于在所述的成分中含有重量百分比为3.5~5.0%的氮酮。
3、按照权利要求1所述的杀虫乳油,其特征在于在所述的成分中含有重量百分比为5.0%~15%的助溶剂。
