Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及处理植物繁殖材料用的杀菌混合物和该混合物在植物保护中的应用。
本发明的混合物含至少两种杀菌活性成分结合适宜的载体材料,其中成分I是
I)苯醚甲环唑(=顺,反-3-氯-4-[4-甲基-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基甲基)-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]苯基-4-氯苯醚;The Pesticide Manual,第12版,2000,241);
其中成分II是
IIA)嘧菌酯(=(E)-2-(2-[6-(2-氰基苯氧基)嘧啶-4-氧基]苯基}-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯;The Pesticide Manual,第12版,2000,49)或
IIB)picoxystrobin(=(E)-3-甲氧基-2-[2-(6-三氟甲基-2-吡啶氧基甲基)苯基]丙烯酸甲酯;The Pesticide Manual,第12版,2000,622)或
IIC)醚菌酯(=(E)-甲氧基亚氨基[2-(邻甲苯氧基甲基)苯基]乙酸甲酯;The Pesticide Manual,第12版,2000,472)。
本发明的杀菌混合物具有保护植物免于病害侵染的非常有利的性能,特别是用于控制和预防对种子和土壤的病害侵染。
这些性能是例如成分I和II的混合物的协同增强活性,结果减少了病害的侵染,降低了用量,延长了作用期,总之提高了作物产量。本发明混合物改善的另一性能可概括为植物活力。术语植物活力应理解为与害虫防治无关的植物的各种改良。例如可提及的所述有利性能是改进了作物的特性,包括:发芽、作物产量、蛋白质含量、更发达的根系、分蘖增加、株高增加、叶片增大、减少基生叶死亡、更强壮的分蘖枝、更绿的叶色、减少所需肥料、减少所需种子、更有生产性的分蘖枝、较早开花、谷物成熟期提前、减少植物verse(倒伏)、增加幼芽生长、增强植物站立(stand)和早发芽;或本领域技术人员熟悉的任何其他益处。上述增强作用是无法从单一成分的活性预期到的。
选择重量比以产生希望的作用例如增效作用。通常,I∶II的重量比是30∶1至1∶30,优选15∶1至1∶15。
上述混合物可与其他农药,优选杀菌剂混合,有时会产生预料不到的增效作用。
所讨论的活性成分混合物可用作敷料剂(拌种剂)处理植物繁殖材料特别是种子(水果、块茎、谷物)和植物插条(例如稻)以提供对抗种子上的真菌侵染以及出现在土壤中的植物病原真菌的保护。本发明的活性成分混合物的特异处在于能被植物极好地耐受并且对环境友好。
该活性成分混合物能特别有效地对抗属于下列纲的植物致病性真菌:子囊菌纲(例如青霉属、小麦全蚀病菌);担子菌纲(例如Hemileia、丝核菌属、柄锈菌属);半知菌纲(例如葡萄孢属、长蠕孢属、嘴孢属、镰孢属、壳针孢属、尾孢属、链格孢属、梨孢属和眼斑病菌(pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides));卵菌纲(例如疫霉属、霜霉属、盘梗霉属、腐霉属、单轴霉属)。
在本发明范围内,在此公开的靶标作物包括例如下列属的植物:谷物(小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、谷物、玉米、稻、高梁和相关作物);甜菜(糖用甜菜和饲料甜菜);豆科植物(蚕豆、小扁豆、豌豆、大豆);油料植物(油菜、芥菜、向日葵);黄瓜类植物(南瓜、黄瓜、甜瓜);纤维植物(棉花、亚麻、大麻、黄麻);蔬菜(菠菜、莴苣、芦笋、卷心菜、胡萝卜、洋葱、西红柿、马铃薯、辣椒);以及观赏植物(花卉、灌木、阔叶树和长绿植物如针叶树)。上述列举并不代表任何限制。
本发明的活性成分混合物对于处理植物繁殖材料,特别是棉花、玉米、大豆、稻和花生的种子是特别有利的。
成分I和II的混合物一般以组合物的形式使用。成分I和II可以同时或短期内例如同一天接连施用到植物繁殖材料上,必要时连同其他载体、表面活性剂或其他制剂技术中常规使用的促进施用的助剂一起施用。
适宜的载体和助剂可以是固体或液体并且是制剂技术常用物质,例如天然或再生的矿物、溶剂、分散剂、润湿剂、增粘剂、粘合剂或肥料。
为了处理植物繁殖材料,特别是种子,还可通过用各活性成分的液体制剂接连浸渍块茎或谷粒,或通过用已组合的湿或干制剂涂覆,从而将成分I和II施用到种子上(涂覆)。
组合物中的化合物可以未改性的形式或优选连同制剂技术中常用助剂一起使用,并因此以已知的方式配制成例如乳油、可涂覆糊剂、可直接喷雾或可稀释溶液、稀乳剂、可湿性粉剂、可溶性粉剂、粉剂、颗粒剂或在例如聚合物中包囊。如同组合物的性质一样,施药方法如喷雾、弥雾、喷粉、撒施、涂覆或浇灌是根据预期的目的和当时的环境来选择的。活性成分混合物的有利用量是通常2-60g,优选2-30g/100kg植物繁殖材料,特别是种子。优选用量是每100kg植物繁殖材料,特别是种子使用1-30g,特别优选1-15g化合物I和1-30g,特别优选1-15g化合物II。
制剂是以已知方式制备的,例如均匀混合和/或研磨活性成分与填充剂例如溶剂、固体载体和适当时的表面活性化合物(表面活性剂)。
适宜的溶剂是:芳香烃类,优选含8-12个碳原子的级分,例如二甲苯混合物或取代的萘,邻苯二甲酸酯如邻苯二甲酸二丁酯或邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,脂族烃如环己烷或烷属烃,醇类和二元醇及其醚和酯,如乙醇、乙二醇、乙二醇单甲醚或单乙醚,酮类如环己酮,强极性溶剂如N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,二甲基亚砜或二甲基甲酰胺,以及植物油或环氧化植物油如环氧化椰子油或大豆油;或水。
用于例如粉剂和可分散粉剂的固体载体一般是天然无机填料如方解石、滑石、高岭土、蒙脱土或硅镁土。为了改进物理性能,还可以添加高分散的硅酸或高分散性吸收性聚合物。适宜的粒状吸附载体是多孔型的,例如浮石、碎砖、海泡石或膨润土,适宜的非吸附性载体是例如方解石或沙子。此外,可以使用多种无机或有机物质的预先粒化物质,例如特别是白云石或植物残体粉末。
根据欲配制的化合物I和II的性质,适宜的表面活性化合物是具有良好的乳化、分散和润湿性能的非离子的、阳离子的和/或阴离子的表面活性剂。术语“表面活性剂”还应理解为包含表面活性剂的混合物。
特别有利的促进施用助剂是脑磷脂和卵磷脂系列的天然或合成磷脂,例如磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰丝氨酸、磷脂酰甘油和溶血卵磷脂。
该农业化学组合物一般含0.1-99%,特别是0.1-95%的化合物I和II,99.9-1%,特别是99.9-5%的固体或液体助剂和0-25%,特别是0.1-25%的表面活性剂。
尽管市售产品优选被配制成浓缩物,但最终用户一般会使用稀释的制剂。
下列实施例用于说明本发明,“活性成分”表示化合物I和II以特定混合比的混合物。

将活性成分与助剂充分混合,并在适宜的磨中将混合物充分研磨,得到可湿性粉剂,该可湿性粉剂可以用水稀释,形成任何希望浓度的悬浮剂。

通过将活性成分与载体混合并在适宜的磨中研磨该混合物可获得即用粉剂。该粉剂可用于种子的干拌种。

将磨细的活性成分与助剂密切混合,得到胶悬剂,用水稀释该胶悬剂,可制备任何希望浓度的悬浮剂。通过喷雾、浇灌或浸渍使用该稀释溶液可处理植物繁殖材料并保护其免于微生物的侵染。
生物实施例
只要活性成分组合物的活性大于单一成分活性的总和,那么就存在增效作用。
给定的活性成分组合物的预期作用E遵从所谓的COLBY公式并可如下计算(COLBY,S.R.,“Calculating synergistic and ant agonisticresponse of herbicide combination”.Weeds,第15卷,第20-22页;1967):

X=使用p ppm的活性成分I的作用%
Y=使用q ppm的活性成分II的作用%。
根据COLBY,使用p+q ppm活性成分I+II的预期(加和)作用是
E=X+Y-X·Y/100
如果实际观测的作用(O)大于预期作用(E),则该组合物的作用是超加和的,即有协同作用。
A1大刀镰孢(Fusarium culmorum)/小麦(小麦上的种传镰孢)
将配好的种子处理剂施用到冬小麦的被大刀镰孢感染的种子上后,将种子播种在装有沙子和田间土壤(1∶1,v/v)的混合物的浅盘中。试验在10℃的生长室内进行并且保持黑暗直至发芽,然后转移到13℃和14小时光照的温室中。进行下列测量:出芽数、最终站立数、感染的植物数。各数字由每个处理150粒种子(3次重复,每次50粒种子)确定。
本发明的混合物I+IIA、I+IIB和I+IIC显示良好的协同作用。
Claims (10)
1.一种处理植物繁殖材料用的农业化学组合物,含有至少两种活性成分,以及适宜的载体,其中成分I是
I)苯醚甲环唑(=顺,反-3-氯-4-[4-甲基-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基甲基)-1,3-二氧戊环-2-基]苯基-4-氯苯醚);和
其中成分II是
IIA)嘧菌酯(=(E)-2-{2-[6-(2-氰基苯氧基)嘧啶-4-氧基]苯基}-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯)或
IIB)picoxystrobin(=(E)-3-甲氧基-2-[2-(6-三氟甲基-2-吡啶氧基甲基)苯基]丙烯酸甲酯)或
IIC)醚菌酯(=(E)-甲氧基亚氨基[2-(邻甲苯氧基甲基)苯基]乙酸甲酯)。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中成分II是IIA)嘧菌酯。
3.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中成分II是IIB)picoxystrobin。
4.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中成分II是IIC)醚菌酯。
5.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中I∶II的重量比是30∶1至1∶30。
6.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中I∶II的重量比是15∶1至1∶15。
7.一种保护植物免于植物病害的方法,通过用权利要求1所述的成分I和成分II以任意希望的顺序或同时处理植物繁殖材料保护植物免于植物病害。
8.权利要求7所述的方法,其中被处理的是种子。
9.权利要求8所述的方法,其中被处理的是棉花、玉米、大豆、稻或花生的种子。
10.已被按照权利要求7处理后的植物繁殖材料。
