Abstract
本发明涉及一种“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”技术。提供一种安全低电压、微功耗、长寿命、发光柔和、多颜色的整体彩虹灯发光带。其主要结构:焊接发光二极管贴片及电阻组合的软体印刷电路板1、发光二极管贴片2、一定厚度及宽度的软体塑料光纤带3、软体塑料光纤带表面上喷涂或印刷上的“采光材料”层4、透明扁形保护套带5、端头电源插头6等组成。采用安全低电压当贴片通电发光时,利用塑料光纤材料及采光材料对光的反射、折射、衍射等原理。则在采光材料层发出柔和的光,形成发光带。此彩虹灯带可以任意长度、可卷、可弯。特点是节能、亮度高、长寿命、多颜色等。主要用于亮化工程,也可兼作照明。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”技术,光源采用发光二极管贴片,外形是扁平可以卷起来的带形发光体(类似市场上的小灯泡彩虹灯及发光二极管彩虹灯,不同的是它们是圆形带,本技术的产品是扁平形带。)属光电子学及照明领域。
背景技术
目前市场的彩虹灯多是小型灯泡制作,缺点仍然是耗电大。现已出现发光二极管的彩虹灯,但形状仍同小灯泡,是节能、环保产品,但仍然直接用220伏市电看上去仍然是点光源彩带,为与220伏电源相配,不能充分发挥发光二极管的光亮度。
本发明技术,同样可以作成能卷起并能弯曲的发光彩带,但看不到点光源已形成了带形发光体。同样与发光二极管彩虹灯一样节能、寿命长等特点。同时不必用220伏市电,可以用直流或交流3伏至48伏的安全电压。
发明内容
本发明所述一种“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯”提供一种安全低电压、微功率、长寿命、发光柔和、多颜色的整体发光彩虹发光带。
本发明所述的一种“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”的结构包括:焊接发光二极管贴片及电阻组合的软体印刷电路板1、发光二极管贴片2、一定厚度及适当宽度的软体塑料光纤带3、软体塑料光纤带上喷涂或印刷上“采光材料”层4、透明扁形保护套带5、端头电源插头6。端电源插头6可作为配件。
发光二极管贴片的电源可为3伏至48伏安全电压(交、直流均可)。
当发光二极管贴片通电发光时,整个彩虹灯带发出柔和的面光源,真正似一条发光彩带。

本发明积极效果和优点
1、由于采用发光二极管贴片作为光源,所述彩虹灯带低电压、低功耗、交直流电均可。
2、由于有采光材料,发光变为柔和的带形体发光。
3、由于用贴片,可以作到多颜色变化,因现在市场已有红、绿、兰三基色及颜色、时间控制的贴片组件,可以发出各种颜色光,也可以随时间变换。
4、因采用软性印刷电路板及软体塑料光纤带,可以同现在市场上小灯泡的彩虹灯一样可以卷起并可弯成各种形状。
5、彩虹灯带可以双面发光。
6、不同电压、采用不同的贴片及电阻的串并联,可以任意长度剪断,端点接上配件端头电源插头即可。
7、现在的发光二极管贴片,可以把三基色(红、兰、绿)蕊片及变色及时间控制电路封装在一个贴片单元内,可以实现瞬时多种颜色变化的发光彩带。
8、可以实现随意长度。
根据配电(3伏至48伏安全电压)实际需要到底是多少伏,则设计为发光二极管贴片及电阻不同的串并联组合。
根据实际需要,一种实例中发光二极管贴片是单色光谱的。
一种实例中在同样电压下彩虹灯带不同的长度段,发光二极管贴片分别作成若干段不同单色光谱的。
一种实例中发光二极管贴片都是三基色的,外置颜色控制电路及时间控制电路。
本发明的实施方式
一种“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”实例中的基本结构包括:焊接发光二极管贴片及电阻组合的软体印刷电路板1、发光二极管贴片2、一定厚度及适当宽度的软体塑料光纤带3、软体塑料光纤带上喷涂或印刷上“采光材料”层4、透明扁形保护套带5、端头电源插头6(作为配件)。
一种实例中一个贴片小单元内是三基色同颜色变化及时间变化控制电路组合在一起的。
一种实例中一个贴片小单元可以是任意双光谱的蕊片组合在一起的。
光纤带宽度可根据实施需要生产制作中采用不同的宽度,也可以是整大张裁剪的。
采光材料在(采光材料如采用8100系列油墨)彩虹灯带组装前就喷涂或印刷在塑料光纤软体板(或带)表面上。
塑料化纤软体带的厚度要与发光二极管贴片相匹配即可。
软体印刷电路板的宽度也要与发光二极管贴片尺寸相配。
软体印刷电路板要用双面板,因为需要任意长度剪断时以便于配件(端头电源插头6)方便接入。
端头电源插头6(配件),作为配件要单独制作成各种标准件,电源线以便同印刷电路板电源出线很好紧密接入。透明扁形保护套带5,用透明塑料制品制作,要与整个彩虹灯带紧密结合,紧密接触为好,主要起保护及美观作用。
贴片(含软体印刷电路板)要与塑料光纤带紧密贴合在一起,之后再与透明扁形保护套带制作在一起。市场上有这种设备制作。
工业实用性
本发明的突出特点是节能、发光柔和、亮度高,多颜色可变换、可弯曲、可卷起,可任意长度,可真正作成彩虹发光带。
即可以实现现市场上已出现的发光二极管彩虹灯性能,不同之处现在发光是柔和连续发光光带(不是一个亮点、一个亮点的发光带),也更可实现多种颜色的变换。
比现在市场上通用的小灯泡彩虹灯在寿命、亮度、节能更有突出之处。
寿命可以作到10万小时,比小灯泡彩虹灯节约能源80%以上。电压可用安全电压,安全。
生产设备,现国内都可以解决,原器件、材料国内都可以解决。
塑料光纤材料国内也已可以生产,价格与有机玻璃相当。
具有工业化实用性。
应用
现在城市及小区、商店的亮化工程,大量应用小灯泡彩虹灯(发光二极管彩虹灯,生产厂家还少),凡是小灯泡彩虹灯应用的地方本发明技术的彩虹灯都能应用。
在楼宇走廊,坑道内还可以兼作为照明。用量最大的是城市及小区亮化工程。
Claims (10)
1、一种“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯”技术。其特征在于:
结构组成包括:焊接发光二极管贴片及电阻组合的软体印刷电路板1、发光二极管贴片2、一定厚度及适当宽度的软体塑料光纤带3、软体塑料光纤带上喷涂或印刷上的“采光材料”层4、透明扁形保护套带5、端头电源插头6等组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”其特征在于:
所述的塑料光纤带3是由塑料光纤材料直接作成一定厚度一定宽度的带,此带是软体的,可弯曲可卷起。也可以用软体塑料光纤板裁割而成。
3、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”,其特征在于:
软体塑料光纤带上的两表面(或一个表面)上制成(用喷涂或印刷等技术)采光材料层4,这层采光材料层要是透明或半透明的,也可不透明的试采光材料及制作工艺而定。采光材料层4与软体塑料光纤带3要结合好,不能脱落;采光材料4要于贴片发光光谱要相匹配。
4、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”,其特征在于:
软体塑料光纤带的两侧(即贴有贴片的两侧)要抛光,便于贴片发光时提供好的光通路。
5、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”,其特征在于:
贴片与电阻的不同串、并联,在3V至48V安全电压范围,采用不同的用电电压。
可用直流电,也可用交流电。
6、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”,其特征在于:
焊接发光二极管贴片及电阻的软体印刷电路板1是软体的,便于弯曲。用双面板,便于在端点接头处易与端头电源插头6相连。
7、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”,其特征在于:
端头电源插头6,要能于整体彩虹灯带紧密插入,电源线要与软体印刷电路板的电源引出线条紧密接入,结合后是密封的。
8、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二级管贴片彩虹灯带”,其特征在于:
贴片2可采用单光谱的,也可采用单光谱的组合,也可以采用三基色(红、兰、绿)的。颜变及时间控制电路可以同贴片是组合的,也可以是外置的。
9、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”其特征在于:
结构中所用的透明扁形保护带5,要与软体印刷电路板1、软体塑料光纤带3是紧密结合的,并透明度一定要好。透明扁形保护套带5,由透明度好的薄塑料制成。
10、根据权利要求1所述的“发光二极管贴片彩虹灯带”,其特征在于:
端头电源插头6,由好的工程塑料做成,其中要有与软体印刷电路板电源线条相连入的导电性能要好的铜片电源接头片,另端有电源线引出头。
