背景技术
阑尾炎是一种常见的外科急腹症之一，分为急性和慢性阑尾炎，可发于任何年龄段，其发病原因一般与下列因素有关：阑尾腔梗阻、细菌感染、神经反射。目前治疗阑尾炎的手段主要有：一、采用抗生素消炎，中药、针刺等保守治疗，这些治疗方法虽然可以迅速控制一些疼痛症状，但对阑尾病因不能根除，且副作用较大；二、采用手术将阑尾切除，这种治疗方法虽然疗效快并可根治，但病人的痛苦较大，治疗费用较高，具有一定的风险性，此外，阑尾是具有免疫功能的组织，其切除难免会对人体产生一定的影响。所以一般情况下患者愿意选择保守疗法，但是却苦于无可根除病症的中药。中国专利局以专利号99126684.6公开了一种治疗阑尾炎的中药，它是由当归、金银花炭、甘草等十余味药组成，原料药配制较复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点而提供一种既能快速保守治疗阑尾炎，又能根治其病因的原料药配制简单的中药，使广大阑尾炎患者免受手术之苦，节约治病开支。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：本发明是由大黄、芒硝、甘草、桃仁四种中药按比例混合而成，其中，按重量百分比，大黄15～25％、芒硝25～55％、甘草10～30％、桃仁10～25％，以上原料药的总重量为100％，其制备方法是：先将原料药去杂、洗净，按重量比例配制好，然后将大黄、甘草、桃仁和适量的水先入锅急火煎制，当锅内水开了十分钟后，再放入芒硝温火煎煮，待锅内水剩下一半时，倒出药水即制得本发明的水剂。
应用本发明的药物，可以使阑尾炎患者免除手术之痛苦，只需口服该中药即可达到治疗阑尾炎的目的，并不再复发，经本发明治疗的各年龄段的病人共1000余例，治愈率达97.3％。
本发明采用的植物药材为原料，其中大黄具有大泻湿热、破积滞的作用，芒硝具有通肠、破血、止痰的作用，甘草有解毒和中缓的作用，桃仁有破血和止痛的作用，综合上述四药之功效为清热解毒、泻热功瘀、解痉止痛，所以治疗阑尾炎能取得好的效果。
除此之外，本发明还对治疗肠梗阻有一定的疗效，从原料药的配制来看，无任何毒副作用，其配方和配制方法非常简单。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述：
实施例1：按下列方法制得本发明：先将原料药去杂、洗净，按重量比例配制好，然后将大黄、甘草、桃仁和500毫升的水先入锅急火煎制，当锅内水开了十分钟后，再放入芒硝温火煎煮，待锅内水剩下一半时，倒出药水即制得本发明的水剂。
其中，原料药的具体重量配比是：大黄15％、芒硝50％、甘草20％、桃仁15％。
病人：112例门诊病人，其中男性38例，女性74例，年龄20-30岁的24例，31-40岁的16例，41-60岁的61例，61岁以上的11例；
诊断标准：凡是出现肚脐以下的右面开始疼痛的、或肚脐周围疼痛且伴有恶心呕吐、不能进食，腹痛为持续性者，经检查白细胞升高，高烧，为典型的阑尾炎患者；
治疗药物：本发明的水剂；
治疗方法：服用前按摸中通穴、涌泉穴、百汇穴，后一次服用250毫升，只需服用一次；
疗效分析：一般服药6-8小时疼痛明显缓解，24小时左右即可治愈，112例病人中，治愈的109例，好转的2例，无效的1例，治愈率为97.3％，治愈的平均2年内未复发。
实施例2：采用实施例1中的方法制得本发明的水剂，其中原料药的重量配比为：大黄25％、芒硝55％、甘草10％、桃仁10％。按实施例1中的方法和标准治疗阑尾炎患者155例，治愈的153例，好转的2例，治愈率为98.7％，治愈的平均2年内未复发。
实施例3：采用实施例1中的方法制得本发明的水剂，其中原料药的重量配比为：大黄25％、芒硝30％、甘草20％、桃仁25％。按实施例1中的方法和标准治疗阑尾炎患者134例，治愈的133例，好转的1例，治愈率为99％，治愈的平均2年内未复发。
本发明的治疗阑尾炎的中药原料来源广阔，制剂简单，服用方便，经济实惠，无毒副作用，疗效快捷，疗程短，复发率低，为非创伤性治疗，为许多不耐手术或畏惧手术的患者开辟了一条理想的治疗途径。

1、一种治疗阑尾炎的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量百分比的原料药制成：大黄15～25％、芒硝25～55％、甘草10～30％、桃仁10～25％，以上原料药的总重量为100％。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗阑尾炎的中药，其特征在于由下列重量百分比的原料药制成：大黄15％、芒硝50％、甘草20％、桃仁15％。
