本发明公开了一种补肾壮腰，用于治疗肾亏腰痛，腰肌劳损、骨质疏松、腰椎病的中药组合物，该组合物包括熟地、山茱萸、巴戟天、肉苁蓉、破故纸、狗脊、杜仲、枸杞、续断、骨碎补、生地和知母。

发明领域
本发明涉及一种补肾壮腰的中药组合物，又称为补肾壮腰汤。
背景技术
肾虚是临床常见病证。先天禀赋不足，或劳累太过，或久病体虚，或年老体衰，或房室不节，都可以导致肾精亏损，发生腰痛。《内经素问·六节应象论》云：“肾者，封藏之本，精之处也，其华在发，其充在骨”。腰为肾之府，精能养髓，髓能养脑，肾开窍于耳。由此可见，肾虚的通常表现为腰痛，腰膝酸软，头晕耳鸣，耳聋，以及性功能降低。对于治疗肾虚的药物仍然存在着不断的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补肾壮腰，用于治疗肾亏腰痛，腰肌劳损、骨质疏松、腰椎病的中药组合物。
本发明的中药组合物包括以下组分(按重量份计算)：
熟地7-22
山茱萸5-15
巴戟天5-15
肉苁蓉5-15
破故纸4-15
狗脊5-15
杜仲5-15
枸杞子5-15
续断5-15
骨碎补4-15
生地5-15
知母5-15。
本发明的中药组合物的优选组成为：
熟地15
山茱萸10
巴戟天10
肉苁蓉10
破故纸9
狗脊10
杜仲10
枸杞子10
续断10
骨碎补9
生地10
知母10。
按照常规方法，可以将上述组合物制成任何一种适合于临床应用的剂型，包括丸剂、散剂、浓缩胶囊、口服液等。
例如，可以将上述原料粉碎，过筛，和蜜，制成蜜丸；或者将上述原料用水煎制，制成口服液。
本发明的组合物的功用为滋阴补肾、壮腰益髓，主治肾亏腰痛，腰肌劳损，骨质疏松，腰椎病，尤其腰椎肥大。
方中熟地补血滋阴，益精生髓为君，山茱萸补益肝肾收敛固涩为臣；佐以肉苁蓉、巴戟天、破故纸补肾助阳祛风除湿；杜仲、续断、狗脊、骨碎补补肝肾，强腰膝，续筋骨；生地、知母清热凉血，养阴生津，滋阴降火而除湿热。

本发明的药物在临床上应用10多年，共治疗1000多例病人，患者年龄为40-76岁，包括腰痛、腰肌劳损、骨质疏松、腰椎病各类患者。结果证明本发明的药物对于劳累过度、久病体虚、年劳体衰和房室劳损等引起的肾虚具有非常良好的疗效，其有效率在95％以上。

杜仲5-15
枸杞子5-15
续断5-15
骨碎补4-15
生地5-15
知母5-15。

3、制备权利要求1或2的药物的方法，包括将所述原料粉碎，过筛，和蜜，制成蜜丸；或者将所述原料用水煎制，制成口服液。
