Abstract

本发明涉及可例如配制成微粒、片剂或液体组合物的洗衣洗涤剂组合物。
发明背景
常规用于手洗的洗衣洗涤剂粉末含有大量的阴离子表面活性剂,最常用的是烷基苯磺酸盐,阴离子表面活性剂理想地适用于手洗,因为它们结合了优异的对广泛污垢的洗涤能力与高泡沫。
然而,在用于手洗的高含量阴离子表面活性剂的情况下,该产品的油渍去除性能仍需要改善。
GB-A-1570128公开了洗涤剂组合物,其含有4-40wt%的耐镁表面活性剂(例如烷基醚硫酸盐,乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂,氧化胺)、13-40wt%的硅酸钠和5-50wt%镁选择性洗涤助剂(例如沸石、柠檬酸钠、次氮基三乙酸酯或方解石/碳酸盐)。
JP-A-09087690公开用于机洗的高堆积密度颗粒洗涤剂组合物,其含有阴离子(5-40wt%),加上乙氧基化非离子表面活性剂(1-15wt%),沸石(10-40%)和结晶和无定形硅酸钠(0.5-10wt%)。阴离子表面活性剂任选含有α-烯烃磺酸盐(在实施例中高达10wt%)。
WO-A-97/43366涉及洗涤剂组合物,其含有0.5-60wt%阴离子表面活性剂和0.01-30wt%阳离子表面活性剂。在该文献列举的组合物中,阴离子表面活性剂的含量是组合物的约10-15wt%,阳离子表面活性剂的含量是约1-4wt%。在某些实施例中,阴离子表面活性剂组分含有少量的烷基醚硫酸盐表面活性剂,通常为总组合物的0.76-2.5wt%。
含有少量烷基醚硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂(至多1.75wt%)和在一种情况下,低含量沸石(1.5wt%)的组合物在WO-A-98/01521中公开,然而,这些组合物是喷雾干燥的,因此,含有高含量的硫酸钠,它是非碱性,非功能性的水溶性盐(电解质)。
其它含有高含量硫酸钠和含有α-烯烃硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,与12-15wt%沸石助洗剂的喷雾干燥的组合物在JP-A-62218499中公开。
WO-A-00/40682公开了组合物,其含有高于40%的阴离子表面活性剂体系,至少某些含有耐钙表面活性剂,例如α-烯烃磺酸盐或烷基醚硫酸盐。含有耐钙表面活性剂的实施例不含有磷酸盐或硅铝酸盐助洗剂,或不含有非常高含量的磷酸盐。
我们的UK专利申请No.9925961.6也公开了含有5-30wt%α-烯烃磺酸盐的组合物,这些均基于方解石/碳酸盐助洗剂体系。
含有耐钙表面活性剂的其它组合物在US-A-6,010,996,GB-A-2309 706,US-A-5,415,812,US-A-4,265,777和US-A-4,970,017中公开。
人们仍保持通过本发明满足的对组合物的需要,其含有,但以较低含量,强助洗剂,即磷酸盐或硅铝酸盐助洗剂,并且它们在宽范围的水硬度下仍然是稳定的。
发明定义
洗涤剂组合物,其含有:
(a)高于10wt%的耐钙非皂阴离子表面活性剂体系;
(b)0.1%-10%,优选0.5%-10%,更优选1%-10wt%的选自磷酸盐助洗剂和硅铝酸盐助洗剂和它们的混合物的强助洗剂体系;和
(c)如果存在,平衡量的其它洗涤剂组分,其中所述组合物含有少于35wt%,优选少于25wt%,更优选少于15wt%非功能性、非碱性水溶性无机盐。
发明详述
本发明的组合物基于混合的耐钙阴离子表面活性剂体系,加上适量的磷酸盐和/或硅铝酸盐助洗剂。
阴离子表面活性剂体系
本发明的组合物含有高于10wt%的耐钙阴离子表面活性剂。通常该耐钙阴离子表面活性剂体系的上限含量为75wt%。然而,基于总组合物重量计,阴离子表面活性剂体系优选以15wt%-65wt%,更优选20wt%-60wt%,尤其是30wt%-50wt%存在。
阴离子表面活性剂的钙离子稳定性可用改性的Hart方法(Witkes,等.J.Ind.Encl.Chem.29,1234-1239(1937))在微量滴定板上进行。表面活性剂溶液用钙离子溶液滴定,在室温下振荡几分钟后,开始混浊表示开始形成不溶解的钙沉淀。
用于本文的“耐钙”表面活性剂是指对于高达20°FH(French硬度),即200ppm钙,在0.4g/L(在0.040M 1∶1盐溶液的离子浓度下)的表面活性剂浓度下不沉淀的表面活性剂。
用于本发明的组合物的优选非皂耐钙阴离子表面活性剂是α-烯烃磺酸盐。
有利的是,可以少于α-烯烃磺酸盐的数量存在烷基醚硫酸盐(另一种非皂耐钙物质),优选作为辅助表面活性剂。
优选的表面活性剂体系含有重量比为5∶1-15∶1的α-烯烃磺酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐。
可单独地或与这些或其它耐钙阴离子表面活性剂结合使用的其它耐钙阴离子表面活性剂是烷基烷氧基羧酸盐表面活性剂(例如,Neodox(商标),来自Shell)、脂肪酸酯磺酸盐(例如,FAES MC-48和ML-40,来自Stepan),烷基二甲苯磺酸盐、二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、脂肪酸酯磺酸盐、烷基酰胺硫酸盐、sorpholipids、烷基苷硫酸盐和饱和或不饱和脂肪酸的碱金属(例如钠)盐。
还可存在多于一种的其它阴离子表面活性剂,它们可选自例如一种或多种烷基苯磺酸盐、伯和仲烷基硫酸盐。
当需要完全避免不耐钙的烷基苯磺酸盐表面活性剂时,则阴离子表面活性剂体系可含有(优选以总阴离子表面活性剂70wt%或以上的含量)一种或多种耐钙非皂阴离子表面活性剂或仅由它们组成。
强助洗剂体系
强助洗剂体系选自磷酸盐助洗剂、硅铝酸盐助洗剂和它们的混合物。以组合物重量计,该强助洗剂体系的总量为0.1%-10%,优选0.5%-10%,更优选1%-10%。然而,还可存在一种或多种弱助洗剂,例如方解石/碳酸盐、柠檬酸盐或聚合物助洗剂。
磷酸盐助洗剂(如果存在)可例如选自焦磷酸盐、正磷酸盐和三聚磷酸盐的碱金属,优选钠盐和它们的混合物。
硅铝酸盐可以是,例如,选自一种或多种结晶和非定形硅铝酸盐,例如在GB 1 473 201(Henkel)中公开的沸石、在GB 1 473 202(Henkel)中公开的无定形硅铝酸盐和在GB 1 470 250(Procter & Gamble)中公开的混合结晶/无定形硅铝酸盐;和在EP164 514B(Hoechst)中公开的层状硅酸盐。
碱金属硅铝酸盐可以是通式为0.8-1.5Na2O.Al2O3.0.8-6SiO2的结晶或无定形的或它们的混合物。
这些物质含有部分结合的水,需要具有至少50mg CaO/g的钙离子交换能力。优选的硅铝酸钠含有1.5-3.5SiO2单元(在如上式中),如文献中充分描述的那样,无定形和结晶物质均可通过硅酸钠和铝酸钠之间的反应容易地制备。合适的结晶硅铝酸盐离子交换洗涤助洗剂在例如GB 1 429 143(Procter & Gamble)中公开,这类优选的硅铝酸钠是已知商业可获得的沸石A和X和它们的混合物。
沸石可以是目前广泛用于洗衣洗涤剂粉的商业可获得的沸石4A。然而,根据本发明的优选实施方案,加入本发明组合物中的沸石助洗剂是如EP 384 070A(Unilever)中描述和要求保护的最大铝沸石P(沸石MAP)。沸石MAP定义为硅铝比不超过1.33,优选在0.90-1.33,更优选在0.90-1.20范围内的沸石P型的碱金属硅铝酸盐。
尤其优选的是硅铝比不超过1.07,更优选约1.00的沸石MAP,沸石MAP的钙结合能力通常为每克无水物质至少150mg CaO。
无机盐
本发明的组合物必须含有少于35wt%,优选少于25wt%,更优选少于15wt%非功能性、非碱性水溶性无机盐,例如水溶性助洗剂和碱性试剂,例如碱金属碳酸盐、硅酸盐、偏硅酸盐等。
阳离子表面活性剂体系
本发明的组合物任选含有至少0.1wt%阳离子表面活性剂体系。通常,阳离子表面活性剂体系可以高达总组合物的15wt%存在,然而,优选它以0.5wt%-5wt%存在于组合物中。
优选的阳离子表面活性剂类型包括下式的物质:

优选的非离子表面活性剂是平均乙氧基化平均程度为1-10的C10-C16链烷醇,更优选乙氧基化平均程度为2-8的C12-C15醇。
漂白剂
本发明的洗衣组合物还合适地含有漂白剂体系,织物洗涤组合物理想地可含有在含水溶液中能够产生过氧化氢的过氧漂白化合物,例如无机过酸盐或有机过氧酸。
合适的过氧漂白化合物包括有机过氧化物,例如脲过氧化物和无机过酸盐,例如碱金属过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、过硅酸盐和过硫酸盐,优选的无机过酸盐是过硼酸钠单水合物和四水合物,和过碳酸钠。
尤其优选的是带有防止水分而失稳的保护涂层的过碳酸钠,带有含偏硼酸钠和硅酸钠的保护涂层的过碳酸钠在GB-A-2123044中公开。
过氧漂白化合物合适地以0.1-35wt%,优选0.5-25wt%的数量存在,过氧漂白化合物可与漂白活化剂(漂白前体)结合使用以改善在低洗涤温度下的漂白作用。漂白前体合适地以0.1-8wt%,优选0.5-5wt%的数量存在。
优选的漂白前体是过氧羧酸前体,更具体地是过乙酸前体和过壬酸前体。适用于本发明的尤其优选的漂白前体是N,N,N′,N′,-四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED)和壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠(SNOBS)。在US4,751,015和US4,818,426和EP-A402 971中公开的新型季铵和鏻漂白前体和在EP-A-284 29和EP-A-303 520中公开的阳离子漂白前体也是感兴趣的。
漂白体系可用过氧酸补充或替换,该过氧酸的实例可以在US4,686,06 3和US5,397,501中找到。优选实例是在EP-A-325 288,EP-A-349 940,DE-A-382 3172和EP-A-325 289中描述的过酸的亚酰氨基过氧羧酸种类。尤其优选的实例是邻苯二甲酰亚氨基过氧己酸,这类过酸合适地以0.1-12%,优选0.5-10%存在。
还可存在漂白稳定剂(过渡金属螯合剂),合适的漂白稳定剂包括乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、多膦酸盐,例如Dequest(商标)和非磷酸盐稳定剂,例如EDDS(乙二胺二琥珀酸)。这些漂白稳定剂还用于去污,尤其是在含有低含量漂白物质或不含漂白物质的产品中。
尤其优选的漂白体系含有过氧漂白化合物(优选过碳酸钠,任选含有漂白活化剂)和如EP-A-458 397,EP-A-458 398和EP-A-509 787中描述和保护的过渡金属漂白催化剂。
酶
本发明的洗衣组合物还可含有一种或多种酶。合适的酶包括适合加入洗涤剂组合物的蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、氧化酶、过氧化酶和脂酶。优选的蛋白水解酶(蛋白酶)是在水解反应中降解或改变在织物污渍中存在的污渍的蛋白质类型的催化活性蛋白质物质,它们可以是任何合适来源,例如植物、动物、细菌或酵母来源。
各种质量和来源,在4-12的各种pH范围中具有活性的蛋白水解酶是可获得的,可用于本发明。合适的蛋白水解酶的实例是枯草杆菌蛋白酶,它们由枯草芽胞杆菌和地衣型芽胞杆菌的特殊菌株得到,例如商业上可获得的枯草杆菌蛋白酶Maxatase(商标),由GistBrocades N.V.,Delft,Holland提供,和Alcalase(商标),由NovoIndustri A/S,Copenhagen,Denmark提供。

洗涤酶通常以颗粒形式以约0.1-约30wt%的数量使用,然而,可以使用酶的任何合适物理形式。

本发明的组合物可含有碱金属,优选碳酸钠,以增加洗涤能力和易于加工。碳酸钠可合适地以1-60wt%,优选2-40wt%的数量存在。含有较少或不含碳酸盐的组合物也在本发明的范围内。
粉末流动可通过加入少量粉末结构助剂,例如脂肪酸(或脂肪酸皂)、糖,丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸酯/马来酸酯共聚物,或硅酸钠改善。一种优选的粉末结构助剂是脂肪酸皂,合适地以1-5wt%的数量存在。
可存在于本发明的洗涤剂组合物中的其它物质包括硅酸钠;抗再沉淀剂,例如纤维素聚合物;无机盐,例如硫酸钠;根据需要的泡沫控制剂或增泡剂;染料;色斑;香料;泡沫控制剂;荧光和去偶聚合物。列出这些并不是想尽举。
组合物的制备方法
本发明的组合物可通过任何合适的方法制备。
加工路线的选择可部分地通过所包含的表面活性剂的稳定性或热敏性和他们可获得的形式决定。
例如,α-烯烃磺酸盐是稳定的,以粉末、浆料和溶液形式得到。
烷基醚硫酸盐对热最敏感,易于水解,作为含水浓缩(例如约70%活性物质)含水浆料和更稀释的(例如25.8wt%)溶液得到。
在所有情况下,通常单独加入的组分,例如酶,漂白组分,螯合剂,聚合物和香料(例如酶作为颗粒后剂量加入,香料喷洒)可在如下所示的步骤后加入。
合适的方法包括:
(1)转鼓干燥主要组分,任选随后造粒或剂量后的附加组分;
(2)在高速混合器/造粒器,例如Fukae(商标)FS系列混合器所有组分的非塔造粒,优选使用至少一种浆料形式的表面活性剂,从而使表面活性剂浆料中的水可用作粘合剂;
(3)在高速/中速造粒器组合、薄膜快速干燥器/蒸发器或流化床造粒器中的非塔造粒。

Claims (13)
1.洗涤剂组合物,其含有:
(a)高于10重量%的耐钙非皂阴离子表面活性剂体系;
(b)0.1%-10%,优选0.5%-10%,更优选1%-10重量%的选自磷酸盐助洗剂和硅铝酸盐助洗剂和它们的混合物的强助洗剂体系;和
(c)如果存在,平衡量的其它洗涤剂组分,其中所述组合物含有少于35重量%,优选少于25重量%,更优选少于15重量%非功能性、非碱性水溶性无机盐。
2.权利要求1的洗涤剂组合物,其含有至少5重量%的钙阴离子表面活性剂体系(a)。
3.权利要求1或2的洗涤剂组合物,其还含有一种或多种非耐钙阴离子表面活性剂,例如碱金属烷基苯磺酸盐。
4.权利要求3的洗涤剂组合物,其含有5%-70%,优选10%-50重量%非耐钙表面活性剂。
5.权利要求3的洗涤剂组合物,其中耐钙非皂阴离子表面活性剂含有α-烯烃磺酸盐。
6.上述任一权利要求的洗涤剂组合物,其含有少于1%,优选少于0.1%,更优选0重量%的硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂。
7.权利要求5的洗涤剂组合物,其中耐钙非皂阴离子表面活性剂含有α-烯烃磺酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐。
8.权利要求7的洗涤剂组合物,其中耐钙非皂阴离子表面活性剂体系(a)含有重量比为5∶1-15∶1的α-烯烃磺酸盐和烷基醚硫酸盐。
9.上述任一权利要求的洗涤剂组合物,其含有至少0.5重量%的阳离子表面活性剂体系。
10.权利要求9的洗涤剂组合物,其含有0.5-5重量%的阳离子表面活性剂体系。
11.权利要求9的洗涤剂组合物,其中组分(a)与阳离子表面活性剂体系(a)的重量比为3∶1-9∶10,产物为17∶3-1∶1。
12.上述任一权利要求的洗涤剂组合物,其中阳离子表面活性剂体系含有一种或多种选自下式的阳离子表面活性剂:
R1R2R3R4N+X-
其中
R1是疏水基团;
R2、R3或R4独立地选自羟基乙基、羟基丙基或C1-4烷基;
X-是增溶阳离子。
13.粉末洗涤剂组合物,其含有权利要求1的组合物,其中组分(a)和阳离子表面活性剂体系基本上包含在各自排除其它组分的单独颗粒中。
