Abstract

一种包装盒，由一张带有折线的纸板坯料制成，包括壁板(1)、形成包装盒盒底的底折板(2)、以及经折叠、热封而形成包装盒顶部的顶折板(3)－即短边折板(3A)和长边折板(3B)。其中一个长边折板的自由端设有一封口条(4)，该封口条配有热封粘结剂，并与相对的长边折板密封在一起。封口条的长度小于包装盒的宽度，从而使其能落在所述包装盒的顶部内以便将包装盒重新合上。

本发明涉及一种包装盒，其由一张带有折线的纸板坯料制成，包括壁板、形成所述包装盒盒底的底折板、以及经折叠并热封在一起而形成包装盒顶部的顶折板—即两个沿着所述包装盒宽度方向不间断延伸的长边折板和两个短边折板。包装盒可以是三角形顶部型，也可以是平行六面体型。
背景技术
谷物、粗粉和麦片粥等干性食品经常包装在三角形顶部型或平行六面体型的纸板箱或包装盒中。由于各种原因，通常使用废纤维制作纸板，而将食品包装在一内袋，如塑料袋中，内袋将食品保存在良好的环境中，直到开袋为止，并避免食品与废纤维纸板相接触。
目前有一种原纤维制的具有涂层的纸板，它比传统的材料要轻，干料是完全密封的，并且对包装物不会产生任何气味或口味。这样，只要包装盒能够被紧密密封，干性食品可无需任何内袋而直接装入其中。
发明内容
紧密密封的包装盒存在一个问题，即有可能难以打开，而在用后则又难以重新合上。
依据本发明就可解决上述问题，那就是在其中一个长边折板的自由端设置一封口条，该封口条配有热封粘结剂，用来与相对的长边折板或相对的壁板密封在一起，该封口条长度小于包装盒的宽度，以便能使其落在包装盒的顶部内，以便重新关闭包装盒。
为了使封口条便于接触和使用，可根据本发明在其自由端设置一揭条。
依据本发明的设计，可将插入其中一个长边折板和短边折板之间的封口条用做封闭装置。这样，包装盒初次打开之后也能把湿气和有害动物隔离在外。

具体实施方式
本发明的包装盒通常用具有涂层的纸板制成，最好采用原纤维纸板，这是食品得以储存在包装盒中而无需任何内袋或其他类似物的前提。纸板材料可包含不同的层，例如包含一EVOH阻挡层。涂层可以是例如聚乙烯。纸板材料最好是能完全密封干料。
首先切割一张纸板坯料，之后折痕，再按常规方法沿一侧边密封，从而形成两端开口的半成品包装盒，如图1所示。图中示出该包装盒具有壁板1、底折板2和顶折板3(图示为折板3A和折板3B)。
然后按常规方法折叠底折板2，并采用例如热封的方式形成如图2下部所示的密封盒底。
此时，包装盒就可以用来填装食品，最好填装干性食品，如谷物、粗粉或麦片粥。
下面将封上包装盒的顶部。采用惯用手段将两个短边折板3A沿其折线折叠，两个长边折板3B则对接在一起，经热封而形成密封顶部。
其中一个长边折板3B(在图1中是后面一个长边折板)具有与之成为一体的、但最好是由折线隔开的一封口条4和一揭条5。将热熔粘结剂涂到封口条4之上，封口条4和揭条5下折越过成品包装盒的顶部，再将封口条4热封在相对的长边折板3B上，这样便形成了一个如图2所示的所谓三角形顶部包装盒。
初次打开包装盒时，可通过揭条5将封口条4揭开，以便配有热熔粘结剂的封口条被破坏，此时可将长边折板3B拉开必要的宽度，从而足以倒出包装盒中的内装物。
本设计一个重要的方面就是，每次打开包装盒后，只需压下位于相对的长边折板3B和折叠的短边折板3A之间的封口条4和揭条5，就能将包装盒重新合上。
图3和4示出了一种平行六面体包装盒，而非如图1和2所示的三角形顶部包装盒。同样，这种包装盒具有壁板11、底折板12和顶折板13。自图3所示的状态，以惯用方式将底折板12折叠，并通过例如热封的方式形成如图4下部所示的密封盒底。
填装食品之后，需将包装盒的顶部封闭。以惯用方式将两个短边折板13A沿其折线折叠，长边折板13B的上部(此部位通过折线与折板的其余部分隔开)互相对接并热封后形成密封顶部。
形成于后面一个长边折板13B之上的封口条14配有热熔粘结剂。下折顶部，将封口条14热封在前壁板11的上部，就形成了一个如图4所示的平行六面体包装盒。
如同上面参照图1和2所描述的一样，提起揭条5便可打开包装盒，并可在打开后将其重新封闭。

Claims (2)

1.一种包装盒，由一张带有折线的纸板坯料制成，包括：
-壁板(1；11)；
-底折板(2；12)，构成所述包装盒的盒底；
-顶折板(3；13)，即两个沿所述包装盒宽度方向不间断延伸的长边折板(3B；13B)以及两个短边折板(3A；13A)；
所述顶折板被折叠并热封在一起以形成包装盒的顶部，所述包装盒可以是三角形顶部型或平行六面体型，其特征在于：
所述长边折板(3B；13B)的其中一个的自由端设有一封口条(4；14)，该封口条上配有热封粘结剂，用来封贴到相对的长边折板(3)或相对的壁板(11)上，所述封口条的长度小于所述包装盒的宽度，以便能使其落在所述包装盒的顶部内以便重新封闭所述包装盒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装盒，其特征在于，所述封口条(4；14)的自由端设有一揭条(5；15)。
