Description

具有改进结构的胎圈的轮胎
本发明涉及一种安装在具有至少一个第一截锥形座的轮辋上的轮胎。该座的母线具有比轴向内端更接近回转轴线的一个轴向外端。
在本申请人提出的申请WO94/13498中描述了这种轮胎。该轮胎包括至少一个第一胎圈,该胎圈安装在向着外侧倾斜的所述第一轮辋座上。所述具有通常的轴向宽度的第一胎圈的轴向向外的末端有一个胎趾,它具有一个胎圈座,该胎圈座的母线的轴向外端,比其轴向内端更接近回转轴线。所述母线沿轴线延伸至该胎趾构成的外面,所述面与回转轴线一起形成一个径向和轴向向外开放的小于90°的角γ。当将轮胎安装在其工作轮辋上,并充气至工作压力时,固定在每个胎圈内的至少一个不可伸长的环形加强元件上的所述轮胎的径向胎体增强件具有子午线轮廓。该轮廓的弯曲方向在侧壁上和其端部是胎趾的胎圈中是固定的,并且在所述胎圈中,所述轮廓与所述胎圈的不可伸长的环形件相切点的切线与回转轴线形成一个向外开放的至少为70°的角φ。

为了防止从胎圈外保护层中开始的裂纹向胎圈钢丝扩展,没有公布的申请PCT/EP99/10472提出精确地放置胎体增强件向上翻转端部的位置,所述向上翻转增强至少是轴向位于固定胎圈钢丝外侧的楔形橡胶成形件。所述楔形成形件由硬度比在环形固定件和所述成形件径向上面的橡胶混合物的硬度大的橡胶混合物制成。
虽然解决了裂纹扩展的主要问题,但上述结构不能有效地解决出现所述裂纹的问题,因为在轮胎寿命中,在胎圈保护混合物中出现裂纹的时刻太早。所述结构还有一些不可忽视的缺点,特别是从装有大尺寸轮胎的客车行驶的道路的观点来看更是如此:在横向和纵向力的作用下车辆的地面附着力(holding)需要改善。
本发明的目的是要克服上述缺点,同时保留轮胎胎圈抵抗从工作轮辋脱开的优良性质,使轮胎不致离开轮辋。
根据本发明的一种具有径向胎体增强件的轮胎,当在子午线截面看时,该轮胎包括二个胎圈,每一个胎圈具有一个座和在轴向内侧的一个胎跟,该座的母线向外倾斜,胎跟则由至少一个不可伸长的环形件增强,在该环形加强元件周围卷绕着胎体增强件;胎体增强件从所述胎圈的胎跟延伸至胎趾,形成向上翻转,而轴向内胎趾包括由肖氏A硬度至少为65的橡胶混合物制成的一个楔形成形件,该楔形由三个侧边构成,其中二个侧边从位于环形件的下面的顶点A开始;胎体增强件的向上翻转由所述楔形成形件的侧边和径向内边形成,并且其末端首先位于与回转轴线垂直并通过环形固定件的子午线截面重心的直线P2的轴向外侧,其次,位于通过所述重心并与回转轴线形成一个轴向和径向向外开放的30°-60°的δ角的直线P1的轴向内侧和径向外侧;其特征为,至少一个充满胎体增强件的主要部分和其向上翻转之间的空间,并在环形件和楔形成形件径向上面的、由橡胶混合物制成的成形件,该成形件的肖氏A硬度至少等于形成所述楔形成形件的橡胶混合物的硬度;并且在直线P1上测量的,胎体增强件向上翻转和环形固定件之间的厚度e1,与胎体增强件向上翻转和胎圈外壁之间的厚度e2之比e1/e2满足下列关系:
        0.05≤e1/e2≤1.0。
“向外侧倾斜的母线”理解为其轴向内端所在圆的直径比其轴向外端所在的圆的直径大的一个圆上的一条母线。
如果“倾斜的座的直径”是指离回转轴线最远的母线末端所在圆的直径,则该轮胎最好具有二个向外倾斜的且直径不同的座。
当将轮胎安装在其工作轮辋上并充气至工作压力时,胎体增强件的子午线轮廓的弯曲方向,至少在第一个胎圈和径向延伸的侧壁上是固定的。具有所述胎圈的环形加强元件所述轮廓的切点T的切线TT’与回转轴线形成一个向外开放的至少为70°的角度。
参照说明书附图将可以更好地理解本发明。附图示出根据本发明的轮胎的一个非限制性实施例的例子。该轮胎与相应的轮辋一起,形成一个高性能的轮胎轮辋组件。在所述附图中,仅有的图1为根据本发明安装在安装轮辋的座上的轮胎胎圈的示意图。
安装轮胎1的轮辋2主要由二个截锥形座构成。该座的母线与回转轴线形成向着轮胎外部开放的一个4°-30°的角度α′,在所述例子中,该角α′等于14°,小于轮胎胎圈12的座的相应的母线的角度。所述座的轴向外端所在圆的直径比轴向内端所在的圆直径小的圆上。位于汽车外侧的座23″由突出部分或凸起部分25″轴向延伸至外侧,该凸起部分的内表面250″与回转轴线开成γ′角。凸起部分的直径DSE小于用于增强安装在所述座上的胎圈的胎圈钢丝14的内径DTE。相对于轮辋座23″的轴向外端测量的凸起部分的高度h1,与传统的标准的客车轮辋的轴向内侧所用的凸起或突出的高度不相上下。
在汽车外侧的侧面上,轮辋座23″与一个圆柱形部分21连接,外胎面的支承支撑4放置在该圆形的部分上。圆柱形部分21的直径为轮辋2的名义直径D。
安装在座23″上的胎圈12的轮廓,沿轴向至内部包括一个基本上与回转轴线基本垂直的壁12D,该壁侧向支承在支承圆环4的轴向外表面上。胎圈12的所述壁12D在轴向由截锥形母线12C延伸至外面,该母线与平行于回转轴线的直线形成一个轴向向内开放、径向向外开放的45°的β角。所述母线12C本身,由胎圈座的第二个截锥形母线12B,沿轴向延伸至外面,该母线12B与回转轴线方向形成一个轴向向内开放,径向向外开放的15°的α角。所述母线12B向着外侧倾斜,其轴向外端在其直径比轴向内端所在的圆直径小的圆上。使母线12B与沿轴向延伸至外侧的截锥形母线12A与回转轴线方向形成一个轴向和径向都向外开放的45°的γ角,使胎圈12的基底轮廓终结。在所述例子中为弯曲的、并且其总的取向基本上与轮辋的回转轴线方向垂直的壁12E完成胎圈12的轮廓。因而母线12B支承在向外倾斜的轮辋座23″上,而母线12A支承在一个倾斜与母线12A的角度γ相等的角度γ′的轮辋2的突出部分或凸起部分25″的轴向内壁250″上。当沿子午线截面看时,靠近壁12D和母线12C的胎圈部分,形成胎圈12的胎跟。靠近母线12B、母线12A和部分地靠近壁12E的胎圈部分,构成胎圈12的胎趾。胎圈12的胎跟由胎体增强件13的固定胎圈钢丝14增强,该胎圈钢丝涂有高肖氏A硬度的橡胶混合物。胎圈12的胎趾包括轴向位于胎体增强件13的固定胎圈钢丝14外面的成形件3。该成形件3的形状基本为一个圆的扇形,其顶点或中心A在径向位于胎圈钢丝14下面,二个侧边或半径31和32从所述顶点A开始,而第三个侧边30与顶点A相对。径向的外侧边或半径31与平行于回转轴线的直线形成径向和轴向向外开放的一个45°的φ1角,而径向内侧边或半径32与同一条平行线形成一个径向向内开放和轴向向外开放的15°的φ2角。这个成形件3由橡胶混合物制成,其在硫化状态下的肖氏A硬度至少为65,在本情况下等于94。所述硬度是根据标准ASTMD67549T测量的。
涂覆的胎圈钢丝14由高肖氏A硬度的橡胶混合物制成的成形件7环绕在径向外侧。成形件3的径向外侧和所述成形件7的轴向外侧设置有第三个成形件6,第三个成形件6由肖氏A硬度等于成形件7的肖氏A硬度的橡胶混合物构成,因此由等于成形件3的橡胶混合物硬度的橡胶混合物制成。当胎体增强件的拉力增加时,这可以增加胎圈的横向和纵向刚度,同时保持成形件3产生压缩和胎圈的胎趾在安装轮辋2上的自夹紧。因而,在所述情况下,由于角度α和α′实际上相等并且轮辋与胎圈座直径较大,因此胎圈12在所述轮辋上的初始夹紧实际上为零。胎圈12由保护层5完成。
当将轮胎安装在其工作轮辋上和充气至工作压力时,胎体增强件13具有子午线轮廓。该轮廓在其全长上的弯曲方向固定,并且具有胎圈12的涂层胎圈钢丝14的所述轮廓的切点T上的切线TT′,与回转轴线形成轴向和径向向外开放的等于80°的φ角。所述胎体增强件13,围绕着涂覆的胎圈钢丝14,从胎圈12的胎跟至胎趾,或从内侧至外侧卷绕,形成一个向上翻转130。该向上翻转130沿着成形件3的径向内侧32延伸,然后沿着与顶点A相对的侧边30延伸,再在成形件3的径向外侧,至少部分地沿轴向和径向覆盖成形件6的外侧边。向上翻转130的未端径向位于胎圈钢丝14上面,轴向位于二条直线P1和P2之间。直线P1为通过胎圈钢丝14的子午线截面的重心的直线,并与回转轴线形成一个轴向和径向外开放的45°的δ角。直线P1与胎跟的截锥形母线12C垂直。直线P2则为与回转轴线垂直,并通过所述重心的直线。胎体增强件的向上翻转130的子午线轮廓的厚度e1与厚度e2之比大约等于0.8,其中e1为胎体增强件13的向上翻转130的轴向内表面与胎圈钢丝14的金属表面之间的橡胶混合物的厚度;而厚度e2为向上翻转130的轴向外表面与胎圈外壁之间的橡胶混合物的厚度。二个厚度e1和e2都是在以上定义的直线P1上测量的。这种结构的向上翻转130与包围它的橡胶混合物的高硬度组合起来可作成足够的长度,相对于胎体增强件的解开具有足够的强度,同时可以延迟胎圈12的外层5上的裂纹的出现,而不会对所述裂纹的扩展速度有明显的不利影响。

Claims (2)
