Abstract

PAG having a viscosity of not more than 70 cST (40 DEG C) is added in an amount of 0.1 to 20 % by weight (preferably 2 to 10 % by weight) to a synthetic lubricating oil such as PVE or ester oil to prepare a lubricating agent having good compatibility with both HFC refrigerants and contaminants. Therefore, a refrigerating/air conditioning apparatus provided with a compressor using this lubricating agent together with an HFC refrigerant as a hydraulic fluid neither causes uneven proportion of the mixture in the apparatus nor lowers the effect of cleaning capillary tubes. In this case, no modification of the refrigerating/air conditioning apparatus is required and a highly reliable refrigerating/air conditioning apparatus can be provided at low cost.

But, the situation of " refrigeration cycle " that " refrigerator and coolant compressor " that discloses for disclosed " compressor of refrigerator and refrigeration agent " of Japanese Patent JP-A 103616/1995 and JP-A 235569/1996 and JP-A 247582 disclose, a problem is all arranged, promptly all can not use like that by their requirement owing to former refrigerator and air conditioning machinery, and strainer, high pressure gas gas blower, the throttle mechanism that strainer is housed and dirt purification pipe all need be arranged in addition, caused the cost increase.In addition, when stating strainer before use, also further caused the problem that strainer itself blocks.
In addition, situation for " refrigeration cycle " and the JP-A 143486/1997 that disclose at Japanese Patent JP-A 247582/1996 " refrigerator combination and refrigeration cycle ", above-mentioned refrigerator oil and HFC refrigeration agent have been mixable, especially for the situation of R410A, problem is that its blended quantity will be subjected to strict restriction.In addition, also have a problem, relevant with operational condition, the mixing oil proportional jitter in refrigerator, occurs and can reduce washing efficient capillaceous.
Summary of the invention
Carried out work of the present invention for overcoming above-mentioned shortcoming.The object of the invention is, provides a kind of and when using the HFC refrigeration agent, can prevent, and need not compression refigerating machine is carried out the machine transformation because dirt causes the lubricating oil that kapillary and expansion valve block, and a kind of cooling/air-conditioner that uses this lubricating oil.
For achieving the above object, the present invention is feature with a kind of lubricating oil for compression refrigerator that uses with the HFC refrigeration agent, and it comprises a kind of compound with following general formula:
R1 (R2O) n(R3O) mR1 in the R4 formula: any group in groups, alkoxy grp and the aryl group;
R2: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-4;
R3: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-4;
R4: hydrogen or alkyl group.
By such essential characteristic, but with a kind of and HFC refrigeration agent compatibility and with the compound that uses the dirt that produces in the HFC refrigeration agent to dissolve each other, be added in the lubricating oil of this compression refigerating machine.For this reason, can not cause in the above-mentioned cooling/air-conditioner as working fluid and proportional jitter to occur between this lubricating oil and HFC refrigeration agent because of this lubricating oil uses with the HFC refrigeration agent.Therefore, can prevent decline to kapillary and expansion valve detersive efficiency.In other words, the reliability according to the present invention can strengthen the cooling/air-conditioner that uses the HFC refrigeration agent need not for this machine to be done any transformation.
In addition, the present invention is feature with a kind of compression refigerating machine polyvinyl ether lubricating oil that uses with the HFC refrigeration agent, and it comprises that a kind of its adds the compound that quantity is not less than 5% (weight) and is no more than 10% (weight), and described compound has following general formula:
R1 (C 4H 8O) n(R 5O) mR 4R1 wherein: any in groups, alkoxy grp and the aryl group;
R4: hydrogen or alkyl group;
R5: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-3;
n/m:1/9-10/0。
According to such essential characteristic, be 4 butylene oxide ring (C because above-claimed cpd contains carbon number 4H 8O), but the mutual solubility of itself and HFC refrigeration agent and dirt is very good.And this compound is added in this polyvinyl ether lubricating oil of compression refigerating machine, its quantity is not less than 5% (weight).Thereby, can make since when adopting this lubricating oil and HFC refrigeration agent as working fluid cooling/air-conditioner kapillary and expansion valve block caused flow rate of descent and fully reduce, therefore to 0-10%, can prevent the kapillary that causes by dirt and the obstruction of expansion valve effectively.In addition, because the above-claimed cpd quantity that is added in this lubricating oil is no more than 10% (weight), can reduce the decline of this lubricating oil volume insulation strength as a whole.Like this, the impervious machine leakage current can not increase.In other words, according to the present invention, can improve the reliability of the cooling/air-conditioner that adopts the HFC refrigeration agent, and need not any transformation machine.
In addition, to adopt HFC refrigeration agent and lubricating oil be feature as the cooling/air-conditioner of the compressor of working fluid to be equipped with in the present invention, and this working fluid comprises that a kind of general formula is generally following compound:
R1 (R2O) n(R3O) mR1 in the R4 formula: any group in groups, alkoxy grp and the aryl group;
R2: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-4;
R3: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-4;
R4: hydrogen or alkyl group.
According to such essential characteristic, here adopted with adding a kind of lubricating oil that compound and HFC refrigeration agent use, as the working fluid of the compressor of cooling/air-conditioner, described compound and this HFC refrigeration agent can be miscible, and can dissolve each other with using the dirt that is produced in the HFC refrigeration agent.For this reason, can not cause the deviation of ratio between above-mentioned lubricating oil and the HFC refrigeration agent, thereby can prevent that the detersive efficiency of kapillary and expansion valve from descending yet.That is to say,, can obtain the cooling/air-conditioner of the use HFC refrigeration agent of high reliability with low price, and need not it is transformed according to the present invention.
In addition, one group of embodiment is characterised in that the above-mentioned quantity that is added into the compound in this lubricating oil is not less than 0.1% (weight) and is not higher than 20% (weight).
According to such essential characteristic and since the above-claimed cpd addition be 0.1% (weight) or more than, the rate of descent in the time of the flow rate of descent of cooling/air-conditioner being reduced to be lower than with former HFC refrigeration agent/polyvinyl ether (or polyalcohol ether).In addition and since the quantity of the low compound of above-mentioned volume insulation strength 20% (weight) or below, the volume insulation strength of whole lubricating oil just can not become too little and even make the electric current leakage of dead front type motor increase to inapplicable degree.
In addition, one group of embodiment is characterised in that the above-mentioned quantity that is added into the compound in the lubricating oil is not less than 2% (weight) and is not higher than 10% (weight).
According to such essential characteristic, the flow rate of descent of cooling/air-conditioner can be reduced to 0%-17%.Therefore, can prevent effectively because kapillary that dirt causes and the obstruction in the expansion valve.
In addition, one group of embodiment is characterised in that, the viscosity during 40 ℃ of above-claimed cpds be 70cSt (centistoke) or below.
According to such essential characteristic, because 40 ℃ of viscosity of above-claimed cpd are 70cSt or lower, the molecular weight of above-claimed cpd just should be below thousands of.Therefore can prevent to increase to the obstruction of tens thousand of caused above-claimed cpds itself, such as obstruction capillaceous owing to viscosity when cold zone.
In addition, one group of embodiment is characterised in that the two carbon number of alkylene group R2 in above-claimed cpd and R3 is 4.
According to such essential characteristic, because the alkylene group carbon number is big, increased itself and the mutual solubility of HFC refrigeration agent, and so the flow rate of descent can be reduced to 0%-10% effectively, thereby, can more effectively prevent because the kapillary that dirt causes and the obstruction of expansion valve.
In addition, the present invention uses HFC refrigeration agent and polyvinyl ether lubricating oil to be feature as the cooling/air-conditioner of the compressor of working fluid to be equipped with, and added the compound with following general formula that its amount is not less than 5% (weight) and is no more than 10% (weight) in this working fluid:
R1 (C 4H 8O) n(R5O) mR4 is R1 wherein: any group in groups, alkoxy grp and the aromatic yl group;
R4: hydrogen or alkyl group;
R5: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-3;
n/m:1/9-10/0。
According to such essential characteristic, be 4 butylene oxide ring (C because above-claimed cpd contains carbon number 4H 8O), the mutual solubility of itself and HFC refrigeration agent and dirt is very good.And because this compound is to be added in the polyvinyl ether lubricating oil, and quantity is not less than 5% (weight), thereby can fully reduce the interior flow rate of descent of cooling/air-conditioner to 0-10%, thus can prevent effectively that caused kapillary of dirt and expansion valve from blocking.In addition, because the above-claimed cpd quantity that is added in this lubricating oil is 10% (weight) or lower, can reduce the decline of the volume insulation strength of whole lubricating oil.Therefore, the impervious machine leakage current can not increase.In other words, according to the present invention, can obtain the cooling/air-conditioner of the employing HFC refrigeration agent of high reliability, and need not its any transformation.
In addition, one group of embodiment is characterised in that the ratio n/m for n and m in above-mentioned general formula is 7/3 or higher.
According to such essential characteristic, because n is 7/3 or higher to the ratio n/m of m in above-mentioned general formula, the ratio height of butylene oxide ring, thereby the flow rate of descent in the cooling/air-conditioner can further be reduced to 0-5%.Therefore can more effectively prevent because the obstruction of caused kapillary of dirt and expansion valve.
In addition, one group of embodiment is characterised in that, above-claimed cpd more than 32cSt, and is not higher than 70cSt 40 ℃ viscosity.
According to such essential characteristic, because the viscosity of 40 ℃ of above-claimed cpds can reduce the decline of the volume insulation strength of whole lubricating oil more than 32cSt.Moreover because the viscosity of above-claimed cpd is at 70cSt or following, the molecular weight of above-claimed cpd should be below thousands of, therefore, can prevent since when cold zone viscosity increase to the obstruction of several ten thousand caused above-claimed cpds self, as obstruction capillaceous.

Implement best mode of the present invention
Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 are added into polyalkylene glycol for explanation the various conditions of refrigerator oil and its properties relation figure of the cooling/air-conditioner that is used for this pattern of the present invention.In addition, the cooling/air-conditioner of this pattern of the present invention is equipped with and uses HFC refrigeration agent and the lubricating oil compressor as working fluid.In addition, above-mentioned polyalkylene glycol (PAG) is representative with following general formula:
R1 (R2O) n(R3O) mR1 in the R4 formula: any group in groups, alkoxy grp and the aryl group;
R2: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-4;
R3: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-4;
R4: hydrogen or alkyl group.
Symbol a-n represents polyvinyl ether (PVE) as the refrigerator oil condition among the figure, as long as the essential characteristic of R1-R4 changes in the a-d scope.In addition, if within d-g, k, l, m and n, the quantity that is added among the PVE then changes with R1-R4 institute fixed essential characteristic.In addition, in h and i, the carbon number of R1 changes.Symbol o represents to use ester oil as the refrigerator oil condition among the figure.In addition, the flow rate of descent in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is when the lubricating oil as above-mentioned PVE/PAG or ester oil/PAG uses with the HFC refrigeration agent, and kapillary, expansion valve or other parts block caused flow rate and descend.In addition, in Fig. 1, " PO " refers to propylene oxide, and " EO " refers to oxyethane, and " BO " refers to butylene oxide ring.
Result's correlation data among Fig. 3 explanation and Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.The not additivated situation of symbol p-r representative among the figure, wherein, it is that HCFC R22 and refrigerator oil are the Suniso oil condition that p represents refrigeration agent.In addition, to represent refrigeration agent be that HFC and refrigerator oil are the situation of PVE to q.And r represents refrigeration agent is that HFC refrigeration agent and refrigerator oil are the situation of polyol ester (POE).Symbol s and t representative is added with the situation of additive among the figure, and wherein s to represent refrigeration agent be that PVE and additive are the situation of polybutene.In addition, to represent refrigerator oil be that PVE and additive are the situation of alkylnaphthalene to t.In addition, under the situation of s and t, the flow rate of descent is the flow rate of descent that causes owing to the obstruction of kapillary, expansion valve or other parts when the lubricating oil of PVE/ polybutene or PVE/ alkylnaphthalene uses with the HFC refrigeration agent.
Fig. 1 to 3 shows, to the interpolation quantity of PAG, require 0.1% (weight) or more than so that stream weight rate of descent is reduced to the rate of descent that is lower than HFC/PVE/-(q among Fig. 3) situation.In addition, as everyone knows, the volume insulation strength of PAG is lower by (about 10 9-10 10Ω cm (ohmcm)), and when addition was excessive, the volume insulation strength of whole refrigerator oil can become too low, thereby made the dead front type current of electric through being usually used in cooling/air-conditioner leak the inapplicable degree of motor that is increased to.From this viewpoint, require to add PAG quantity should 20% (weight) or below.That is to say that according to pattern of the present invention, the addition of PAG is to be not less than 0.1% (weight) and not to be higher than 20% (weight).In addition, when hope had tangible effect, preferably addition was not less than 2% (weight) and no more than 10% (weight).
In addition, when the viscosity of 40 ℃ of PAG when 70cSt is above because its molecular weight should be more than several thousand, at cold zone, as in kapillary, its viscosity can increase to several ten thousand cSt, this will cause because the obstruction of PAG self.And on the other hand, even when viscosity is low-down, at addition during again at about 0.1% (weight), whole refrigerator oil viscosity is unlikely to be reduced to deleterious degree.From above-mentioned point, according to this pattern of the present invention, the viscosity that PAG is 40 ℃ will be set in 70cSt or following.
A-n from Fig. 1 and 2 as can be seen, when adopting HFC refrigeration agent and PVE, flow rate of descent numerical value is lower, is 0-17%, shows that it is effective that PAG is added among the PVE the obstruction that prevents kapillary, expansion valve and other parts.In addition, when the carbon number of the alkylene group R2 of above-mentioned PAG is 4 (being equivalent to the d-n among Fig. 1 and Fig. 2), flow rate of descent little much when adopting R22 (HCFC the refrigeration agent)/quantity of Suniso oil in being added into PVE to be 2.5% (weight)-10% (weight).Therefore, as can be seen the two the alkylidene group carbon number of R2 and R3 is set in 4 rather than at 3 o'clock, can suppresses the flow rate of descent.
In addition, when with above-mentioned HFC refrigeration agent and POE (ester oil), shown in the r of Fig. 3, its flow rate of descent big (25%-33%).But, shown in o among Fig. 2, when being added into PAG in the ester oil, make the flow rate of descent fully be reduced to 5%-10%, illustrate that the interpolation of above-mentioned PAG is effective to ester oil.
As mentioned above, according to this pattern of the present invention, the PAG that 40 ℃ of viscosity are no more than 70cSt is added in the ucon oil, as PVE and ester oil, its quantity is not less than 0.1% (weight) and no more than 20% (weight) is (best, be not less than 2% (weight) and no more than 10% (weight)), can obtain and HFC refrigeration agent and all good lubricating oil of the two mutual solubility of dirt.Therefore, use simultaneously in HFC refrigeration agent and the cooling/air-conditioner of above-mentioned lubricating oil being equipped with as the compressor of working fluid, can not cause the deviation of ratio between interior this lubricating oil of machine and the HFC refrigeration agent, thereby can prevent the decline of kapillary and expansion valve detersive efficiency.Under these circumstances, just can obtain the cooling/air-conditioner of high reliability, and need not machine is transformed with low cost.
Simultaneously, as mentioned above, especially when the carbon number of the alkylidene group R2 of above-mentioned PAG was " 4 ", the flow rate of descent diminished.Then, describe in detail again according to the relevant use of following pattern of the present invention:
R1 (BO) n(R5O) mR4 is R1 wherein: any in groups, alkoxy grp and the aryl group;
R4: hydrogen or alkyl group;
R5: the alkylene group of carbon number 2-3;
The method of n/m:1/9-10/0 is wherein with general formula R 1 (R2O) n(R3O) m(R2O) of the PAG that R4 is represented replaces with " BO (butylene oxide ring) ".
R1 (EO) is being added in Fig. 4 explanation n(PO) mThe relation of R4 addition and flow rate of descent to refrigerator oil PVE the time, wherein the carbon number of alkylidene group R2 be 2 and above-mentioned PAG in the carbon number of alkylidene group R3 be 3.Numeral among Fig. 4 is n/m.This figure shows, and though as alkylidene group R2 and R3 the two be 3 or following and n/m what, the flow rate of descent become 5% or more than, and the carbon number of R2 and R3 alkylidene group be 3 or following situation under, fail to reduce the flow rate of descent.Therefore, with the carbon number of alkylidene group R2 be set in 4 or more than, effective to reducing the flow rate of descent.
Fig. 5 shows, with R1 (BO) n(EO) mRelation when R4 is added among the above-mentioned refrigerator oil PVE between addition and flow rate of descent.In addition, Fig. 6 shows with R1 (BO) n(EO) mWhen R4 is added among the above-mentioned refrigerator oil PVE, addition with added R1 (BO) n(EO) mRelation between the volume insulation strength of the whole lubricating oil of R4.Numeral n/m in this two figure.Fig. 5 shows, at n/m=1/9, when addition is 10% (weight), can obtain 10% flow rate of descent.In addition, increase the n/m ratio, in addition when addition from 10% (weight) when down reducing, the flow rate of descent be 10% or below, therefore, can think in the scope of n/m=1/9-10/0 that reduction flow rate of descent is effective.In addition, as can be seen, when the numerical value of n/m is 7/3 or when above, flow rate of descent significantly low (0%-5%), and when n/m=5/5, flow rate of descent height.In addition, Fig. 5 also shows, when addition is 5% (weight) or when above, the flow rate of descent is dropped rapidly to below 2.5%.But as shown in Figure 6, when addition increases to more than 10% (weight), the volume insulation strength of whole lubricating oil obviously descends.
In other words, from above-mentioned some, according to pattern of the present invention with R1 (BO) n(EO) mWhen R4 added among the refrigerator oil PVE, said n/m was set in 9/1-10/0, and addition is set in and is not less than 5% (weight) and is not higher than 10% (weight).In addition, when hope has tangible effect, preferably the n/m value is set in 7/3 or above (7/3-10/0).
In addition, Fig. 6 also illustrates 40 ℃ of following R1 (BO) n(EO) mThe relation of the viscosity of R4 (n/m=7/3) and the volume insulation strength of whole lubricating oil.Fig. 6 shows, becomes in viscosity to be 32cSt when following, and the volume insulation strength of whole lubricating oil obviously reduces.But as mentioned above, when viscosity surpassed 70cSt (40 ℃), its molecular weight should be more than several thousand, and at cold zone, in kapillary, its viscosity will increase to several ten thousand cSt, and this has just caused R1 (BO) n(R3O) mThe obstruction of R4 itself.Therefore, according to pattern of the present invention, R1 (BO) n(R3O) m40 ℃ of viscosity of R4 are set in more than the 32cSt, and are no more than 70cSt.
Industrial applicibility
To compress lubricating oil and the agent of HFC refrigeration of refrigeration machine according to the present invention and use simultaneously, to prevent Because the capillary that dirt causes and expansion valve block, and need not refrigeration machine is carried out any transformation.
