Abstract
A heating bag able to automatically generate heat for human body is composed of an air-permeable bag and a heat generating body which is a composition to release heat after it reacts on oxygen, and a sealed external bag torn off easily. After the external bag is torn off, it can automatically release heat.
Description
Technical field the present invention relates to an automatic heating apparatus for providing heating through an exothermic chemical reaction, and more particularly, to an automatic heating apparatus for a human body for providing heating through an exothermic chemical reaction.
Background artvarious heating devices are used in winter, such as a hand warmer heated by charcoal fire, an electric heating warmer and the like, and the heating devices have good heating effect when being used, but cannot be moved, and are not practical for people who need to go out (particularly students). Chinese patent document CN1375267A discloses a microwave warming bag, which is a warming bag made of a granular thick substance formed by enclosing a carrier of water-absorbing polymer and water in an inner container, and when the water-absorbing polymer absorbs water and is heated in a microwave oven, heat is accumulated in the granular thick substance. The warm bag can be moved for use, but the warm bag must be placed in a microwave oven for heating before use, and the warm bag after heating is kept warm for a certain time, so the use range of the warm bag is limited.
The invention aims to provide a warm bag which is convenient to carry and can automatically generate heat for a human body.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized in such a way that the warm bag capable of automatically heating comprises a packaging bag and a heating body in the packaging bag, and is characterized in that: the packaging bag is a breathable packaging bag, and the heating element is a composition capable of reacting with oxygen to release heat.
The packaging bag is provided with air holes.
The packaging bag is made of non-porous material which is easy to perforate.
A layer of easily-torn airtight sealed outer bag is arranged outside the packaging bag.
The composition comprises metal powder capable of being reduced and oxidized with oxygen, material capable of expanding, loosening and maintaining gas permeability of the metal powder, and metal salt capable of forming electrolyte.
The metal powder which can be reduced and oxidized with oxygen is one of iron powder, magnesium powder and aluminum powder or the combination of the iron powder, the magnesium powder and the aluminum powder.
The material capable of expanding, loosening and maintaining air permeability of the metal powder is one or a combination of vermiculite, activated carbon and mica.
The metal salt capable of forming the electrolyte is one of sodium chloride and copper sulfate or the combination of the sodium chloride and the copper sulfate.
The composition is also provided with potassium permanganate which plays a role of a catalyst.
The composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-50% of reduced iron powder, 10-25% of vermiculite, 15-30% of salt, 2-5% of potassium permanganate, 5-15% of activated carbon, 20-30% of copper sulfate and 1-3% of aluminum powder.
The invention is provided with a heating element which can react with oxygen to release heat in the breathable packaging bag. If the outer bag is provided with a layer of airtight sealed outer bag which is easy to tear, oxygen can enter the heating body from the packaging bag only by tearing the sealed outer bag when in use, thereby generating exothermic chemical reaction, and the temperature of the warm bag is raised by the released heat, and the warm bag can be used for warming and hot compress. The warm bag is convenient to carry and can automatically generate heat, so that the warm bag is very convenient to use.
Detailed description of the preferred embodimentexample 1
In the embodiment, the warm bag capable of automatically generating heat comprises a packaging bag and a heating body in the packaging bag, wherein the packaging bag is made of microporous non-woven paper, so that the packaging bag can ventilate. The heat generating body isa composition that reacts with oxygen to release heat. A layer of easily-torn airtight sealed outer bag is arranged outside the packaging bag. The composition comprises 30 percent of reduced iron powder, 20 percent of vermiculite, 15 percent of salt, 2 percent of potassium permanganate, 5 percent of active carbon, 27 percent of copper sulfate and 1 percent of aluminum powder.
The function and principle of the components in this example in the exothermic chemical reaction of oxidation will now be described.
When the sealed outer bag is torn, air enters the heating body from the micropores of the packaging bag, so that the iron powder and the oxygen in the iron powder generate exothermic chemical reaction, and the equation of the exothermic chemical reaction is as follows:
the iron powder can be replaced by reducible and oxidizable metal powder such as magnesium powder and aluminum powder.
The vermiculite can expand and loosen the metal powder and keep the air permeability in the heating process, so that the oxidation heat release reaction of the metal powder can be completed, the vermiculite has the fire-resistant heat preservation property, and the material can be replaced by activated carbon, mica and other materials.
The salt absorbs moisture in the air to form an electrolyte solution with water, thereby accelerating the exothermic oxidation reaction of the metal powder. The salt can also be replaced by other metal salts (such as copper sulfate) which can form electrolyte and is nontoxic and harmless.
The potassium permanganate provides the activation energy of the oxidation exothermic reaction, so that the heat released by the reaction can achieve the required effect in a short time.
The activated carbon absorbs certain moisture and electrolyte solution by utilizing the high adsorption performance of the activated carbon, so that the reaction can be completely carried out, and vapor evaporated in the reaction process can be absorbed by the activated carbon.
Copper sulfate and common salt are added in a mixture to accelerate oxidation.
The powdered aluminum has the same effect as the powdered iron, and is added to burst heat.
The packaging bag in the embodiment can also be made of other soft materials with micropores.
Example 2
In this embodiment, the packaging bag is made of non-porous non-woven paper with easy perforation, and when the packaging bag is used, the composition and oxygen undergo oxidation reaction and heat release as long as the packaging bag is perforated to allow air to enter. The composition comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 32% of reduced iron powder, 10% of vermiculite, 15% of salt, 5% of potassium permanganate, 15% of activated carbon, 20% of copper sulfate and 3% of aluminum powder.
The easily perforated packaging bag can be made of other easily perforated non-porous materials.
