Abstract
一种清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,是由炉体、炭化室主墙、炉底、炉门、及配套的捣固、装煤、推焦、拦接焦、熄焦机械和铁件固定机械装备组成。由于采用了拱型炉顶、一次风调节装置、二次空气进气调节装备、炉墙上升火道、下降火道、双联孔及炉底四联拱,空气夹层及炉门上下两节结构,使炼焦质量大幅度提高,煤种得到扩大,热回收好,环保质量达标,成本大幅降低,具有显著的经济社会效益。
Description
一种由炉体、炉顶、炉底、炭化室、炉门及配套的捣固、装煤、推焦、熄焦机械组成的清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,属于炼焦装置领域。
同类焦炉在国内有寰达DQJ-50型炉(以下简称D);在国外主要有美国Jewell-Thompson炉(以下简称J);德国Thyssen Still Otto与美国PACTI合作的TSOA/PACTI(以下简称T)。D、J、T三种炉型一次空气均由两侧炉门进入,空气比较接近煤层,煤料表面难免烧损,并有炉头温度高,中间温度低的缺陷。造成炉门附近化焦和结焦不均匀现象。D型炉设置了全部炉互联的互联孔,且无调节装置;J及T型炉在炉墙上无双联或互联孔。D、J、T炉型基本上按炭化室横向中心线将炉底分为两个对称的四联拱。炉墙上退入的废气经1、2、3、4四个联拱或经4、3、2、1四个联拱后进入炉墙上升火道,形成“之”字型流向。“(—)”型流向畅通,阻力小,又可避免局部过热。T型炉门分为三段,D型、J型炉门不分段。装煤出焦操作时,炉头温度波动大,有较多的烟气外泄。J型及T型炉为散料煤,成焦不好。
本发明清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉的目的在于克服上述的缺点或不足,而采用了以下结构及技术:
(1)一次空气进气方式不同:本专利在焦炉拱顶开设了按一定规律分布的多个进气小孔(见序号2),它使炉顶空间有完好的废气保护层,并使煤气燃烧迅速,炉温均匀。
(2)炉墙结构不同:本发明在炉墙上设置炭化室两两相连的双联孔多个(见序号17),通过调节装置将高温废气引入相邻的刚装煤的炭化室内,促进提高后者的结焦速度。
(3)炉底四联拱废气流向不同:本发明按炭化室纵向中心线将四联拱分为对称的两个二联拱(见序号6)。来自炉墙下降火道废气由1联拱进入2联拱,再由2联拱返回1联拱后进入炉墙上升火道,(在1联拱退气与进气之间设有隔墙)形成“(—)”型即括号式流向。
(4)建炉材质:本发明高温部位采用硅砖。
(5)炉门结构:本发明炉门分为两部分,可减少装煤出焦操作时炉头温度波动和减少烟气外泄。
(6)装煤方式不同:本发明送入炉内捣固煤饼。
下面结合附图对本发明清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉作进一步说明。

本发明清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉是这样实现的。炉体(1)的两侧为。 炭化室主墙(24),其顶部炉顶(25)为拱型结构。拱型炉顶采用标准耐火砖。砖与砖之间砖底边缘相接,其上部为倒三角型,夹角内采用耐火泥砌筑,保证连接严密,且防止开裂。在炉顶(25)上部布有一次空气调节装置(2),使煤层与炉顶燃烧层中间形成一层废气保护层防止化焦。炉顶(25)内设有废气保护层(26)。炉体(1)的下部为炉底(27),在炉底(27)上采用四联拱(6)结构,其底部设有二次空气调节装置(3),可调节二次空气。空气在炉底烟道(28)内均匀分布,与废气二次燃烧,使炉底加热均匀。炭化室主墙内均匀设有下降火道(4)与四联拱两侧炉底火道(29)连通,使四联拱(6)返回炭化室主墙(24)两端的上升火道(5)。设在炉底(27)底部的基础大板(16)与炉底(27)之间设有空气夹层(15),避免基础大板过热。炭化室主墙(24)上的下降火道(4),上升火道(5)与设在炉顶(25)上的上升管(7)、集气支管(8)、集气总管(9)连通。上升管(7)设有吸力调节装置(23),使整个炉体内为负压操作。在上升火道(5)与下降火道(4)之间设有双联孔(17),促进初期炭化快速升温。在炭化室主墙(24)前后两侧装有炉门(30),炉门(30)采用上下两节炉门,上部为固定炉门(20),下部为活动炉门(19)。在炭化室主墙(24)的两侧设有铁件保护装置,包括有炉柱(21),上下部横拉条(10)(11),纵拉条(12),弹簧(13)和保护板(22),以加强炉体(1)的牢固。
本发明清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉为联体型炼焦炉,其炭化室主墙、四联拱等高温部位采用硅砖砌筑。同时焦炉配套有捣固、装煤、推焦、拦接焦、熄焦机械。炼焦炉废气通过废气处理产生蒸汽回收热能。
本发明属新一代炼焦炉,其工艺特点是:
(1)以废气保护层取代耐火砖作为煤炭干馏时与加热用空气煤气燃烧之间的隔离物。
(2)炉内微负压操作。
(3)炼焦挥发物全部转化为热能加以回收。
(4)煤料捣固炼焦。
它的优点是:
(1)清洁型:它使焦炉有毒有害物的泄露降至最低,并且无化学污水生成。
(2)经济型:它简化了炉体结构、副产品回收工艺以及环保设施。
(3)扩大炼焦煤煤源,提高焦碳质量。
本发明产生的效果:
(1)本炼焦炉属于大容积、清洁型炼焦炉,捣固装煤,余热回收,废气脱硫。符合国际炼焦技术的发展方向。适应于中国清洁生产,保护环境,走可持续发展道路的要求。
(2)本炼焦炉可以使用粘结性差的炼焦煤,对扩大利用煤炭资源,发展炼焦新技术具有重要意义。
(3)本炼焦炉特别适合于焦炉煤气没有很好用途的地区建设,与常规机焦炉是很好的补充炉型。
(4)本炼焦炉建设投资低,新鲜水、电耗低,吨焦成本低,具有显著的经济效益。
Claims (8)
1.一种清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,是由炭化室主墙、炉顶、炉底、上升管、集气支管及炉门和护炉铁件组成,其特征在于所述的炉体(1)的两侧为炭化室主墙(24),炭化室的上部为炉顶(25),炉体(1)的下部为炉底(27),在炉体(1)的前后设有炉门(30),在炉体(1)的两侧炭化室主墙的两侧装有炉柱(21),炉柱(21)由上、下横拉条(10)、(11),纵拉条(12)通过弹簧(13)和保护板(22)拉紧,同时配套的有捣固、侧装煤、推焦、拦接焦、熄焦机械。
2.根据权利要求1所述清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,其特征在于所述的炭化室主墙(24)内均匀分布有下降火道(4),其两端设有上升火道(5)与炉顶(25)上的上升管(7),集气支管(8)及集气总管(9)连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,其特征在于所述的与炭化室主墙(24)上端相连的采用拱型的炉顶(25)上均布有一次空气调节装置(2)、废气保护层(26),还设有与上升火道(5)、下降火道(4)相连通的上升管(7),集气支管(8)和集气总管(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,其特征在于所述的炉底(27)的上部与炉底(27)之间隔有空气夹层(15)的基础大板(16),在基础大板(16)上连接有四联拱(6)结构,其底部设有二次空气调节装置(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,其特征在于所述的在炉体(1)前后装有炉门(30),炉门(30)采用上部为固定炉门(20)下部为活动炉门(19)。
6.根据权利要求1、3所述的清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,其特征在于上升管(7)内设有吸力装置(23)。
7.根据权利要求1、2所述的清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,其特征在于所述的炭化室主墙内的上升火道(5)与下降火道(4)之间设有可以促进初期炭化快速升温的双联孔(17)。
8.根据权利要求1、3所述的清洁型热回收捣固式炼焦炉,其特征在于所述的拱型炉顶(25)采用标准耐火砖,砖的下边相接,两砖之间为倒三角形,用耐火泥砌筑。
