Description

带有面板的佩戴在耳后的助听器
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1前序部分所述的助听器。
佩戴在耳后的助听器,以下简称“HdO助听器”,一般由两个罩壳组成,同时连筋在罩壳内部形成一些互相分离的腔室。单个腔室装备有使用者必须可从外触及的蓄能器、以及电子开关、以及麦克风和扬声器,这相对来说较为昂贵。特别是这样一个助听器对不同技术的适应,即对电子开关的不同功能特征的适应需要频繁地进行助听器内单个部件的复杂的更换。
本发明的目的在于,对一种助听器进行如下改进,使其可简单而廉价地生产。
本发明的这一目的通过具有权利要求1所述特征的助听器来实现。
换句话说,本发明提出使用所谓的面板(Frontplatte),该面板又称“Faceplate”并且例如由耳内佩戴的助听器领域已公知。这种助听器例如由DE 8106942 U1或DE 29723569 U1已知,同时由“日本专利摘要,E-489 March 13,1987 VOL.11/No.83,“定制的耳朵适配型助听器”JP-61-238198(A)”可以看出一种带有这样“面板”的助听器,该面板制成组合板或多功能板。它不仅仅是指向外能看见的佩戴在耳内的助听器的壳体表面,而且助听器的所有技术装置都与其连接,使得该面板只是被一个壳体护罩包围,该壳体护罩通过相应的复制与使用者耳朵的轮廓相仿并匹配。
通过使用一个类似的多功能结构的面板使得HdO助听器的制造大大简化,因为只须将两个模块连接在一起,即一是罩壳,二是装有技术部件的面板。
特别是当要制造的HdO助听器零件数较少时,市场上出售的批量的通常用于耳内佩戴的助听器中的面板就能有利地有了用处,其中该面板与它用在HdO助听器中所需的尺寸相比,相对原先迄今常用的面板具有较大的尺寸。该面板可用简单的方式装配到要制造的HdO助听器的罩壳上,同时技术部件为该罩壳所容纳。然后将通常由塑料制成的、易于加工的面板伸出的边缘区域铣去。
当要制造的助听器零件数较多时,在制造面板时可用同样特别经济的方式实现一个一开始就适配的成型,该面板已经批量地与罩壳轮廓匹配。面板的制造者方面只须简单地设置注塑模具,以使面板的轮廓与罩壳的轮廓匹配。对制造者方面而言,这样适配的面板的装配与迄今常用的面板完全一样。
作为一种变型可以根据需要的、与罩壳相匹配的轮廓在所述装配步骤之前减小原先较大的面板尺寸。例如对于装配电子部件,迄今常用的尺寸较大的面板能够通过自动装配装置来进行,这会是有利的。这种情况下可如此实现经济的批量生产:先生产该尺寸较大的面板、装配电子部件、然后经济地适配HdO助听器的罩壳轮廓,例如通过自动冲裁或铣销过程。其中在最容易接近面板且没有损伤到罩壳的危险的情况下,在面板与罩壳连接之前去除多余的材料。
罩壳和面板互相之间可拆卸地连接会是有利的,以便能够简便地更换故障部件或者通过完全更换面板来简便地适配于其他期望的助听器的技术性能,因而可避免特别是由于进步的小型化而烦琐的、人工进行的助听器内的嵌接并能实现结构组件简便、迅捷的更换。
下面通过附图详细说明本发明的一个实施例,其中:
图1至3表示罩壳的不同视图,
图4表示一种市场上出售的佩戴在耳内的助听器的面板,及
图5和6表示制造按照本发明的助听器的加工步骤。
图1中用1表示罩壳,同时纯粹是简单示意地在罩壳1下端绘示出两个凸起2。其中可能涉及到例如接触器和断路器、音量调节器、声音软管的连接管等等。
图2以转了90°的视图表示出罩壳1的窄侧。
图3表示出罩壳1接着再转90°的视图,同时这里可看出罩壳1的槽形内腔3,该空腔用于容纳助听器的技术部件。
图4表示面板4,该面板在实际中被称作“倒棱板”,而且作为多功能板不仅仅是具有助听器的壳体功能或保护功能,还承负着助听器的技术部件。从外面可以看出电池架的盖罩5,在图4对面的面板后侧面布置着电子电路、扬声器,还可能有麦克风。该麦克风在选择了本申请中所表示的概念“助听器”的情况下,不仅仅被理解为声音放大装置,而也是声音发生装置,例如自身不具有麦克风的耳鸣治疗仪(Tinitus-Behandlungsgeraete)。
图5表示出面板4是如何装配到罩壳1上的,同时技术部件安置在槽形内腔3的内部。面板4超过罩壳1的外廓伸出的范围最后用手工或机械去除,例如铣去。
图6表示去除面板4的多余范围之后得到的助听器6。它具有罩壳1的外廓,其中面板4最好是可拆卸地与该罩壳1连接,例如通过卡锁连接,但也可能通过螺纹连接,使得在任何情况下能够实现面板型式的“技术模块”的快速可去除特性而能以简单迅捷的方式进行相应的修理或装配。
在所示实施例的变型方案中也可以这样来制作按照本发明的助听器:在面板与罩壳1连接时的装配步骤之前,将面板装到与罩壳匹配的轮廓上。这可以在制作面板时就直接通过与罩壳匹配的成型来实现,而无须再加工,特别是无须去除面板多余的范围,或者是该装配可通过面板与罩壳连接之前的再加工来实现。
这样一种装配还包括面板上连接装置的设置,例如用来将面板与罩壳螺纹拧紧或者卡紧,也可能设置连接面进行粘合、超声波焊接等等。

Claims (5)

1.可佩戴在耳后的助听器,
带有一个具有一罩壳的壳体,
和一个电子开关,
以及一个蓄能器,
其特征在于,
助听器(6)由罩壳(1)和一个与罩壳(1)匹配的、称作面板(4)的多功能板装配而成,该面板上设有开关及蓄能器的一个进入口。
2.按照权利要求1所述的助听器,其特征在于一个市场上出售的、批量的面板(4),该面板用于耳内佩戴的助听器,将该面板制成与罩壳(1)的轮廓匹配。
3.按照权利要求1所述的助听器,其特征在于,多功能板由一按批量与罩壳(1)的轮廓匹配的面板(4)构成。
4.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的助听器,其特征在于,罩壳(1)和面板(4)可拆卸地相连接。
5.使用一种市场上出售的用于耳内佩戴的助听器的面板(4),在佩戴在耳后的助听器中,将该面板(4)加工成与可佩戴在耳后的助听器的壳体轮廓匹配。
