本发明的速效高血压胶囊,其特征在于:速效高血压胶囊原料是由杞子、菊花、龙骨、熟地、淮山、萸肉、夏枯草、代赫石、泽泻、丹皮、朱茯神、龟板、天麻、钩藤、山楂、神曲、山枝子、黄芩、淮牛膝、川杜仲、益母草、紫丹参、石决明、牡蛎、桑寄生、夜交藤。本发明的生产方法简单,配方简单。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于治疗人体原发性高血病的内服中药制剂速效高血压胶囊。
多年来药品市场出售的降血压的中西成药有广西医药研究所制药厂生产的(降压灵片)、安徽淮南四达药业有限公司生的(复方罗布麻片)、广州乐华制药厂生产的(复方利血平片)等，这些都是以西药或中西药为原制成的片剂。据介绍其功能为降血压，主治高压血病。但实际上此类药品只是暂时的对症疗法，而对原发性高血病根本不可能根治。以致于因原发性高血压病发展成为高血压性心脏病、或脑溢血、或中风半身不遂、或心力衰竭，严重威胁着患者的生命。因此，根治原发性高血压病就成为医学界研究和解决的重要课题。
本发明的目的在于提供一种能对原发性高血压病有显著疗效的内服中成药速效高压血胶囊。
本发明是这样获得的：原发性高血压病的发生，是由于机体阴阳失调。而致肝肾阴虚，心肝阳亢，两者为因果，心主血脉，主神明，心肝阳亢，日久不愈，可累及心脑血管，出现心悸、少寐、多梦、气促、主动脉瓣第二音亢进。或心尖区可闻收缩期吹风样杂音。则成为高血性心脑病，甚则发生心脏代放心谢失调，心力衰竭，或脑溢血，成为是风之“中脏腑”、“中经络”重症变在心(心肾不交)。
速效高血压胶囊是根据中医五行学说之“母子补泻法”关于“虚则补其母，实则泻其子”的治则拟定的。本发明的原料是由杞子、菊花、龙骨、熟地、淮山、萸肉、夏枯草、代赫石、泽泻、丹皮、朱茯神、龟板、天麻、钩藤、山查、神曲、山枝子、黄芩、淮牛膝、川杜仲、益母草、紫丹参、石决明、牡蛎、桑寄生、夜交藤。原料配比：10-20g杞子、5-10g菊花、10-30g龙骨、10-30g熟地、15-20g淮山、10-15g萸肉、10-15g夏枯草、10-20g代赫石、10-15g泽泻、9-12g丹皮、10-15g朱茯神、20-30g龟板、15-20g天麻、15-20g钩藤、20-30g山查、10-20g神曲、10-15g山枝子、10-15g黄芩、15-20g淮牛膝、15-20g川杜仲、30-50g益母草、20-30g紫丹参、20-30g石决明、20-30g牡蛎、20-30g桑寄生、20-30g夜交藤。将以上中药材分别切细粉碎，混合均匀，同置于铝锅中，加入蒸馏水盖过药面10cm，蒸气加热至沸，煎煮0.5-1.5小时，放出药液，残渣再加蒸馏水100升，煎煮0.5-1小时，放出药液，残渣再加蒸馏水90升，煎煮0.5-1小时，放出药液。合并三次所煎之药液，过滤，滤液浓缩至浸膏状，趁热加入防腐剂，搅匀，再在80℃真空干燥，混合均匀，粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，装胶囊装药0.5，即得速效高血压胶囊。
本发明的速效高血压胶囊能治高血压病，配方简单，生产方法简单。
下面以实施例对本发明具体说明：
10g杞子、5g菊花、10g龙骨、30g熟地、15g淮山、10g萸肉、15g夏枯草、20g代赫石、15g泽泻、9g丹皮、10g朱茯神、30g龟板、20g天麻、15g钩藤、20g山查、20g神曲、10g山枝子、10g黄芩、20g淮牛膝、15g川杜仲、30g益母草、30g紫丹参、30g石决明、20g牡蛎、20g桑寄生、25g夜交藤。
选用中药材分别切细粉碎。混合均匀，同置于铝锅中，加入蒸馏水盖过药面10Cm，蒸气加热至沸，煎煮1小时，放出药液，残渣再加蒸馏水100升，煎煮45分钟，放出药液，残渣再加蒸馏水90升，煎煮45分钟，放出药液。合并三次所煎之药液，过滤，滤液浓缩至浸膏状，趁热加入0.2％苯甲酸搅匀，再在80℃真空干燥，混合均匀，粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，装胶囊装药0.5，即得速效高血压胶囊。

1、速效高血压胶囊，其特征在于：速效高血压胶囊原料是由杞子、菊花、龙骨、熟地、淮山、萸肉、夏枯草、代赫石、泽泻、丹皮、朱茯神、龟板、天麻、钩藤、山查、神曲、山枝子、黄芩、淮牛膝、川杜仲、益母草、紫丹参、石决明、牡蛎、桑寄生、夜交藤。
2、根据权利要求1所述的速效高血压胶囊，其特征在于：速效高血压胶囊是由10-20g杞子、5-10g菊花、10-30g龙骨、10-30g熟地、15-20g淮山、10-15g萸肉、10-15g夏枯草、10-20g代赫石、10-15g泽泻、9-12g丹皮、10-15g朱茯神、20-30g龟板、15-20g天麻、15-20g钩藤、20-30g山查、10-20g神曲、10-15g山枝子、10-15g黄芩、15-20g淮牛膝、15-20g川杜仲、30-50g益母草、20-30g紫丹参、20-30g石决明、20-30g牡蛎、20-30g桑寄生、20-30g夜交藤。
3、根据权利要求1所述的速效高血压胶囊，其特征在于：速效高血压胶囊的生产方法是将中药材分别切细粉碎，混合均匀，同置于铝锅中，加入蒸馏水盖过药面10cm，蒸气加热至沸，煎煮0.5-1.5小时，放出药液，残渣再加蒸馏水100升，煎煮0.5-1小时，放出药液，残渣再加蒸馏水90升，煎煮0.5-1小时，放出药液。合并三次所煎之药液，过滤，滤液浓缩至浸膏状，趁热加入防腐剂，搅匀，再在80℃真空干燥，混合均匀，粉碎成细粉，过100目筛，装胶囊装药0.5，即得速效高血压胶囊。
