Description

协调性改进的小容量泵
本发明涉及一种泵,尤其是一种小容量泵,用于分配液态制品、如香水,以及化妆品或药品。
传统的泵通常包括一个塑料壳体,该壳体限定一个定量室,在该定量室的一个第一端装有一个由一容器供给的液态制品的进口阀,在该定量室的一个第二端装有一个出口阀,该出口阀装在一个喷管的内部上,该喷管与一螺旋弹簧相配合,可在轴向上移动。
但是,这类泵的进口阀包括一个用金属制造的球。就像通常由也是金属的弹簧构成的复位装置一样,所述球容纳在所述泵体内,在所述定量室中。
所以,即使在定量室作短暂的停留,制品也会与金属部件接触,这会导致产品的性能特别是品质的变化。
另一方面,用不透明塑料制造的外壳,为的是遮蔽内部的金属件。但容器绝大多数都是玻璃瓶或透明塑料瓶,会露出泵体来,这从美学方面来看不能令人满意。
此外,还有一些泵,其中的弹性复位装置是由安置在定量室外的螺旋弹簧构成的。
不过在这种实施方式中,尤其是通过将其上端抵在盖住所述喷管端部的设置在一分配头上的腔底上,所述复位弹簧在所述喷管周围保持被轻微压缩。

所述凸肩最好设置于喷管的整个周边上。
本发明的泵可在不与任何金属部件接触的情况下传送制品,这可以保证制品的质量,并可简化生产和组装,同时降低成本。
此外,由于设置在容器内的泵的所有组成部分都是用半透明材料或透明材料制造的,所述泵在液态制品中不再显露,这大大改善了整体上的美观。

喷管2的外部设置有一个横向凸肩21,弹簧3的第一端31抵在该凸肩上而得以定位。出口阀12在闭合位置时弹簧3仍保持轻微压缩状态。
这里,凸肩12加工在喷管2的整个周围上,并有一个与弹簧3的端部31簧圈相接触的平面21a。在这里,平面21a垂直于喷管2和泵的X轴。凸肩的表面21b位于喷管2外端2b的一侧,该表面是个斜面,并可形成一个用以安装分配头或用于罩住喷管2的按钮(图中未示出)的挡块。
因此,所述分配头最好具有一个可紧套在喷管端部2b上的圆柱形孔,或具有一个截锥形内腔,用来通过锥形上的配合而接纳凸肩21。
该泵还具有一个内套4,紧配在壳体1内,以在喷管2内部的四周封闭所述定量室10。
内套4装有一个用来支承在壳体1外缘上的凸缘41,该凸缘向定量室10内部伸出一个裙部42,在图示的实施例中,裙部42用制动装置固定在定量室10的内侧壁上。
裙部42的内端形成喷管2内部所支承的出口阀12的上挡块。该挡块对应于出口阀12的闭合位置。内套4的底部4a用来支承弹簧3的第二端32。

Claims (8)

1.一种泵,包括一个塑料壳体(1),该壳体限定一个定量室(10),在该定量室的一个第一端装有一个从一容器输入液态制品的球(5)阀(11),在该定量室的一个第二端装有一个出口阀(12),该出口阀装在一个喷管(2)的内部上,该喷管与一围绕喷管(2)外部同轴安装的螺旋弹簧(3)相配合,可在轴向上移动,所述喷管的外部有一个横向凸肩(21),所述弹簧(3)的第一端(31)抵在该凸肩上而得以固定,其特征在于,所述壳体(1)和球(5)用透明塑料或至少半透明塑料制造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,该泵还具有一个内套,它紧配在所述壳体(1)内,用来围绕喷管(2)的所述内部封闭所述定量室(10),该内套的底端(4a)用来支承所述弹簧(3)的第二端(32)。
