本发明提供一种含内通道模具的制造方法及其应用,包括如下步骤和工艺条件:首先将管件成形为所需的形状和尺寸,然后将多条管件布置在模具需要通道的相应位置,在成型模具的过程中,将管件固定在模具中,形成含内通道的模具。在此过程中管件不会熔化。布置在模具中的管件数量至少多于一件,各管件有独立的出入口。可以在模具上布置温度传感器,采集模具上的温度信息,控制系统根据采集的相关信息控制流体的流通和加热元件的电流的通断,从而适时控制模具上的温度分布,使模腔中的流体材料的定向凝固。本发明操作简单,控制方便,可制造大型尺寸、复杂形状的铸件,产品组织性能优良,适于大批量生产应用。
