Abstract
本发明涉及一种在不改变甲醛类树脂和人造板生产工艺的前提下,使人造板中的游离甲醛释放量达到FC0或E0级要求的清除人造板中游离甲醛的低游离甲醛释放量人造板用触媒,它由海泡石200份、20%的硫酸氧钛溶液330份、过碳酸钠25份、50%水合肼6.4份组成,即使使用E2或FC2、及其以上游离甲醛释放量的甲醛类树脂,通过使用本发明研制的触媒,可以使人造板中的游离甲醛释放量降低至E0或FC0级,不改变人造板的工艺流程、操作简单、成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种在不改变甲醛类树脂和人造板生产工艺的前提下,使人造板中的游离甲醛释放量达到FC0或E0级要求的清除人造板中游离甲醛的低游离甲醛释放量人造板用触媒。
背景技术
以甲醛为主要原材料的树脂胶粘剂具有成本低、粘接强度高、易制造、储存和运输方便等优点,被广泛应用于人造板行业。甲醛是一种无色易溶的刺激性气体,可经呼吸道吸收,已经被世界卫生组织确定为可疑致癌和致畸形物质。大量文献表明,甲醛对人体健康的影响主要表现在嗅觉异常、刺激、过敏、肺功能异常、肝功能异常、免疫功能异常等方面。发达国家在20世纪60年代就开始解决人造板中的甲醛释放问题。欧洲、日本、美国等发达国家制定了严格的人造板甲醛释放标准,近几年欧洲和日本还分别出台了人造板甲醛释放E0级、FC0级标准。
决定人造板及其制品甲醛释放量的主要因素是胶粘剂。由于甲醛与尿素、三聚氰胺、苯酚的加成和缩聚反应为平衡反应,其特性决定了甲醛树脂和以其为胶粘剂制成的人造板中可释放出游离甲醛。降低甲醛与尿素、三聚氰胺、苯酚的摩尔比,可以有效地降低树脂中的甲醛含量,但树脂的粘度、水溶性、活性和储存稳定性降低,严重影响人造板的生产工艺和强度。
为了生产E0级或FC0级人造板,国内外采用了以下措施:(1)使用三聚氰胺或苯酚替代尿素生产树脂,通过喷雾干燥去掉树脂中的游离甲醛,再加入水调制出液体树脂用于人造板的生产;(2)使用异氰酸酯或聚氨酯胶粘剂;(3)使用聚醋酸乙烯脂乳液胶粘剂;(4)使用淀粉胶;(5)使用天然蛋白胶。缺点是工艺复杂,(1)~(3)的方法树脂成本提高200~900%,使用(3)~(5)胶粘剂生产的人造板耐水性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种触媒,将该触媒在调胶时添加到树脂中、或用触媒对木质原材料、或用触媒对人造板进行后期处理,在不改变甲醛类树脂和人造板生产工艺的前提下,使人造板中的游离甲醛释放量达到FC0或E0级要求。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:触媒由氧化物、含有NH4基或NH2基的化合物、强酸弱碱盐、氧化剂组成。
氧化物具体指式(1)所示结构的化合物。
XnOm (1)式
{式中n和m为整数,X为元素周期表中的碱金属、碱土金属、主族金属、非金属和过渡元素。}
(1)式的氧化物具体指氧化钠、氧化钾、氧化镁、氧化钙、二氧化钛、三氧化二铁、氧化镍、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、氧化锰、氧化钨、氧化镉、氧化铟、氧化银、二氧化锡、氧化锌、三氧化二铝、二氧化硅等。氧化物可以是上述化合物中的一种,也可以是两种及其以上的混合物,以及包含上述成分的天然矿石如高岭土、海泡石、滑石粉、石英砂、珍珠岩、钾长石、麦饭石、刚玉、耐火粘土、膨润土、沸石、铝矾土、蓝晶石等。
含有NH4基的化合物具体指式(2)所示结构的化合物。
(NH4)nYm (2)式
{式中n和m为整数,Y为酸根。}酸根指盐酸、溴酸、硝酸、亚硝酸、硫酸、亚硫酸、过硫酸、磷酸、磺酸、碳酸、硼酸、羧酸等的酸根。
(2)式的化合物具体指氯化铵、溴化铵、硝酸铵、亚硝酸铵、硫酸铵、亚硫酸铵、过硫酸铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、磷酸三铵、聚磷酸铵、焦磷酸铵、氨基磺酸铵、碳酸铵、碳酸氢铵、硼酸铵、硼酸锌铵、草酸铵等。
含有NH2基的化合物指酰胺及其衍生物、双氰胺、三聚氰胺、水合肼、水合肼与羧酸或二羧酸反应而成的酰肼类化合物。
酰胺及其衍生物具体指尿素、硫脲、二氧化硫脲、1,2-亚乙基硫脲、乙胺硫脲、对氨基苯磺酰胺、乙酰胺、三甲基丁酰胺等。
酰肼类化合物包括分子中含有1个酰肼基的一元酰肼基化合物、分子中含有2个酰肼基的二酰肼基化合物和分子中含有3个及以上酰肼基的聚酰肼化合物。
一元酰肼基化合物具体指式(3)所示结构的化合物。
R-CO-NHNH2 (3)式
{式中R为氢原子、烷基或具有取代基的芳基。}烷基指甲基、乙基、正丙基、正丁基、正戊基、正己基等碳原子数为1~12的直链状烷基。芳基指苯基、连二苯基、萘基等。芳基的取代基可以是氢、氟、氯、溴等原子,甲基、乙基、正丙基、乙丙基、正丁基、异丁基等碳原子数为1~4的直链状或支链状烷基。
(3)式的化合物具体指甲酰肼、乙酰肼、丙酰肼、丁酰肼、戊酰肼、己酰肼、十二烷基酸(月桂酸)酰肼、邻羟基苯甲酸(水杨酸)酰肼、对-羟基苯(甲)酰胺酰肼、萘(甲)酸酰肼、3-羟基-2-萘(甲)酸酰肼等。
二酰肼化合物具体指式(4)所示结构的化合物。
H2NHN-X-NHNH2 (4)式
{式中X代表CO-基或-CO-Y-CO-基,Y代表烷撑或丙炔基。}Y代表的烷撑具体指甲撑、乙撑、丙撑、丁撑、戊撑、己撑、庚撑、辛撑、壬撑、癸撑、十一烷撑等碳原子数为1~12的直链状烷撑,可以用氢基取代烷撑。Y代表的丙炔基具体指苯撑、联苯撑、萘撑、蒽撑、菲撑等。丙炔基的取代基可以是氢、氟、氯、溴等原子,甲基、乙基、正丙基、乙丙基、正丁基、异丁基等碳原子数为1~4的直链状或支链状烷基。
(4)式的化合物具体指碳酰肼、草酸二酰肼、丙二酸二酰肼、丁二酸二酰肼、己二酸二酰肼、壬二酸二酰肼、癸二酸二酰肼、马来酸二酰肼、富马酸二酰肼、二甘醇酸二酰肼、酒石酸二酰肼、苹果酸二酰肼、异苯二甲酸二酰肼、对苯二甲酸二酰肼、大马酸二酰肼、2,6-萘甲酸二酰肼等。
含有NH4基或NH2基的化合物是上述化合物中的一种,也可以是两种及其以上的混合物。它能够在室温下、有或者没有催化剂的条件下与甲醛发生化学反应,生成不可逆的化合物六次甲基四胺或含有-N=CH2基的化合物。其中硫酸铵、硝酸铵、过硫酸铵、氨基磺酸铵、硫脲、尿素、三聚氰胺、草酸二酰肼、丙二酸二酰肼、丁二酸二酰肼、己二酸二酰肼、水合肼等化合物的效果较好。
强酸弱碱盐具体指式(5)所示结构的化合物。
AnYm (5)式
{式中n和m为整数,A为元素周期表中的碱土金属、过渡元素和主族金属元素,Y为酸根。}碱土金属、过渡元素和主族金属元素指镁、钙、钛、锆、铪、釷、锗、锡、铅、铜、锶、钡、锌、镉、铬、钼、锰、铁、钌、钴、铑、镍、钯、铝、镓、银、铟、锗、锡、铅、锑、铋等。酸根指盐酸、溴酸、硝酸、亚硝酸、硫酸、亚硫酸、过硫酸等的酸根。
(5)式的化合物具体指氯化钙、氯化镁、氯化镁钾、氯化钡、氯化锶、氯化锌、氯化锑、氯化铝、氯化铈、氯化钛、氯化锰、氯化锂、氯化钨、溴化钙、溴化镁、溴化锶、溴化钡、溴化锌、溴化铝、溴化镍、溴化钨、硝酸铝、硝酸钙、硝酸镁、硝酸银、硝酸铜、硝酸镍、硝酸锌、硫酸镁、硫酸锑、硫酸钾、硫酸锰、硫酸钙、硫酸钛、硫酸氧钛、硫酸铜、硫酸铁、硫酸镍、硫酸锌、亚硫酸镁、亚硫酸锌、硫酸钙、硫酸镁等。
强酸弱碱盐是上述化合物中的一种,也可以是两种及其以上的混合物。其中氯化锌、氯化铝、氯化钛、溴化锌、溴化铝、溴化镍、硝酸银、硝酸铜、硝酸镍、硝酸钛、硫酸铝、硫酸铜、硫酸钛、硫酸氧钛等的效果较好。
氧化剂指在水溶液或加热后可以释放出氧的化合物。具体指:双氧水、过碳酸钠、过碳酸钾、过硼酸钠、过硼酸钾、过氧化锂、过氧化钠、过氧化钙、过氧化锌、过氧化尿素等。
氧化剂是上述化合物中的一种,也可以是两种及其以上的混合物。氧化剂释放出的氧与甲醛反应、生成甲酸。
氧化物、含有NH4基或NH2基的化合物、强酸弱碱盐、氧化剂的用量:以氧化物的用量为100份;NH4基或NH2基化合物的用量为0~200份,最好为0~50份;强酸弱碱盐的用量为0~120份,最好为5~30份;氧化剂的用量为0~100份,最好为0~30份。
在人造板中,触媒/木材的质量百分比为0.01~100%,最好为0.1~20%。
在人造板中氧化物/木材的质量百分比为0.01~100%,最好为0.05~15%。
本发明目的的实施:(1)将触媒配制成悬浮液,对木片、刨花和单板进行处理喷涂或浸渍处理;(2)调制胶粘剂时,在树脂中加入触媒或其悬浮液;(3)在对纤维或刨花施胶的同时添加触媒或其悬浮液;(4)在铺装好的纤维板坯或刨花板坯表面喷由触媒配制成的悬浮液;(5)在人造板表面喷涂由触媒配制成的悬浮液,或用改悬浮液对人造板进行浸渍处理。其中以在树脂中加入触媒或其悬浮液较好,不改变人造板的生产工艺。
即使使用E2或FC2、及其以上游离甲醛释放量的甲醛类树脂,通过使用本发明研制的触媒,可以使人造板中的游离甲醛释放量降低至E0或FC0级。与使用粉状树脂、异氰酸酯或聚氨酯类树脂,或对人造板进行后期处理相比,不改变人造板的工艺流程、操作简单、成本低。
具体实施方案
实施例1:
在100份去离子水中加入300目海泡石200份;搅拌的同时缓慢加入20%的硫酸氧钛溶液330份,过碳酸钠25份、沸腾停止后继续搅拌15~30分钟;缓慢加入50%的水合肼6.4份;继续搅拌30~60分钟;将悬浮液倒入干燥皿中,在100±3℃下干燥至恒重;使用超微粉碎机将其粉碎至粒径100μm以下,以下简称触媒HC-1。
在100份脲醛树脂(TA-100)中加入HC-1触媒7份、面粉10份,充分搅拌后得到胶合板用胶粘剂。使用杨木单板,表板和芯板的厚度均为1.2mm;涂胶量为320g/m2;热压温度110℃,单位压力1.0MPa,时间60s,制成三层胶合板。
实施例2:
在100份去离子水中加入300目煅烧高岭土200份;搅拌的同时缓慢加入20%的硫酸铝溶液330份,沸腾停止后继续搅拌15~30分钟;缓慢加入50%的尿素10份、30%的双氧水60份;继续搅拌30~60分钟;将悬浮液倒入干燥皿中,在100±3℃下干燥至恒重;使用超微粉碎机将其粉碎至粒径100μm以下,以下简称触媒HC-2。
在100份脲醛树脂(TA-100)中加入HC-2触媒7份、面粉10份,充分搅拌后得到胶合板用胶粘剂。使用杨木单板,表板和芯板的厚度均为1.2mm;涂胶量为320g/m2;热压温度110℃,单位压力1.0MPa,时间60s,制成三层胶合板。
实施例3:
在100份去离子水中加入300目刚玉200份;搅拌的同时加入碳酰肼50份,继续搅拌15~30分钟;缓慢加入20%的硫酸镍溶液150份;继续搅拌30~60分钟;将悬浮液倒入干燥皿中,在100±3℃下干燥至恒重;加入过氧化钙50份、使用超微粉碎机将其粉碎至粒径100μm以下,以下简称触媒HC-3。
在100份脲醛树脂(TA-100)中加入HC-3触媒7份、面粉10份,充分搅拌后得到胶合板用胶粘剂。使用杨木单板,表板和芯板的厚度均为1.2mm;涂胶量为320g/m2;热压温度110℃,单位压力1.0MPa,时间60s,制成三层胶合板。
实施例4:
在100份去离子水中加入300目铝矾土200份;搅拌的同时加入己二酸二酰肼100份,继续搅拌15~30分钟;缓慢加入20%的硫酸铜溶液100份、过硼酸钠15份;继续搅拌30~60分钟;将悬浮液倒入干燥皿中,在100±3℃下干燥至恒重;使用超微粉碎机将其粉碎至粒径100μm以下,以下简称触媒HC-4。
在100份脲醛树脂(TA-100)中加入HC-4触媒7份、面粉10份,充分搅拌后得到胶合板用胶粘剂。使用杨木单板,表板和芯板的厚度均为1.2mm;涂胶量为320g/m2;热压温度110℃,单位压力1.0MPa,时间60s,制成三层胶合板。

比较例2

依据《GB/T 9846胶合板》中二类胶合板的技术要求,按《GB/T 17657人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》检测胶合板的胶合强度和甲醛释放量,结果见表1。

依据《GB/T 4897刨花板》中1等刨花板的技术要求,按《GB/T 17657人造板及饰面人造板理化性能试验方法》检测刨花板的强度和甲醛释放量,结果见表2。

1.一种低游离甲醛释放量人造板用触媒,其特征在于:该触媒由海泡石200份、20%的硫酸氧钛溶液330份、过碳酸钠25份、50%的水合肼6.4份组成。
