Abstract
纸絮及其在绿化和建筑领域的应用。现有的废旧纸制品,仅用于返回造纸厂制浆。我们进行绿化时,对于条件不好的地方,很难将种子固定住也很难得到种子必需的营养条件。本发明的产品是将废旧纸制品经粉碎和碾磨制成的含有多糖纤维的絮状物,及该产品在绿化方面的应用:以纸絮做为种子的载体架和/或养料,在播种时为种子提供生长架和养份、水份。本发明还包括该产品在建材领域的应用:以纸絮作为阻燃材料和/或保温材料。
Description
本发明涉及一种利用废旧纸制品制成绿化原料和建筑材料的技术方案。
现有的废旧纸制品,仅用于返回造纸厂制浆,其回收成本远高于一次纸浆,但是,为了节约木材人们还不得不这样做。同时,我们进行绿化时,对于地表条件不好的地方,很难将种子固定住也很难得到种子必需的营养条件,多年来人们不懈地寻找着轻体、廉价的保温建筑材料。
本发明的目的在于提供一种纸絮,可以利用废旧纸制品直接制成绿化或者建筑的原料,成本低、天然资源利用率高、用做绿化材料和建筑材料时性能优越。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
纸絮,其组成包括:纸纤维,本产品是将废旧纸制品经粉碎和碾磨制成的含有多糖纤维的絮状物。
上述的纸絮在绿化方面的应用:以所述的纸絮做为种子的载体架和/或养料。
上述的纸絮在建材领域的应用:以纸絮作为阻燃材料和/或保温材料。
本发明的优点在于:
1.变废品为原料,不但节约了造纸的天然资源还缩短了加工绿化原料和建筑材料的工业路线,减少了一种废品,增加了两种以上的生产资料。
2.将废的纸制品进行粉碎制成小块后,直接进行碾磨使纸纤维交错搭接成为絮状。加工中不需加入溶剂,既减少了工业废水污染,又节约了产成品的运输运力负担。
3.交错搭接的纸纤维作为绿化载体架时可将种子均匀的分散固定,并携带到培植土壤中去。如果采用喷浆式播草,喷浆罐体将携带种子的浆液喷到基面上,由于纸絮很容易的在浆体中分散均匀,使其纤维中包容的种子也分散均匀,浆体渐干的过程中,纸絮将种子半埋藏、分散固定在基面上并提供相应的水分。如果采用固体播草方式,携带种子的纸絮可将种子均匀地分散并固定在土壤里。无论哪种播草方式,播完后,纸纤维的多糖分子链在降解时均可以为种子提供生长时需要的养分。这样,使废旧纸纤维得到了充分的利用,即为均匀绿化和较差条件下的种子生长提供了不可多得的条件。为绿化工作提供了有力支持。
4.絮状的短纤维同时也是优秀的建筑材料。经检验,纸絮的阻燃、保温性能高于目前应用的其他建筑材料,并且成本低、体轻,作为保温材料可以在很大幅度上减少建筑成本造价。为建筑业提供廉价的发展竞争机会,减少了废纸污染,免除了废纸处理费用,解决了废纸处理和轻体廉价建筑保温材料两大长期以来人们一直致力解决的问题。
5.在进行绿化时,可以轻易的将纸絮制造成各种颜色,比如绿色,使地面从喷浆开始就出现绿色,美化了环境,等到草的种子发芽,又接替了绿纸浆,使绿地在绿化工作的第一天就出现绿色的效果。
实施例1:
纸絮,其组成包括:纸纤维,本产品是将废旧纸制品经粉碎制成卵石大小的碎片,然后进行干式碾磨成絮状,从而制成的含有原来的纸制品的多糖纤维的短纤维絮状物。
实施例2:
上述的纸絮在绿化方面的应用:以所述的纸絮做为种子的载体架和/或培养基。
如果采用喷浆式播草,喷浆罐体将携带种子的浆液喷到基面上,浆液中也可以加入通用的保水剂和粘合剂,浆液根据喷淋、涂刷等不同的施工方式的需要加入不同量的水,浆体附着在墙体、地面等基面上,在渐干的过程中将种子埋藏并分散固定在基面上,并为种子的萌发提供相应的水分。
如果采用固体播草,携带种子的纸絮可将种子均匀地分散并固定在土壤里。
无论哪种播草方式,播完后,纸纤维的多糖分子链在降解时均可以为种子提供开始生长时需要的养分。
实施例3:
上述的纸絮在建材领域的应用:以纸絮作为阻燃材料和/或保温材料。
由于其中含有大量的缝隙,比重较轻,因此,可以作为墙体的轻体保温材料。同时,由于其纤维很短,在原来的纸制品制造过程中又添加了大量的添加剂,因此,具有良好的阻燃性能。经检验,其阻燃性能和保温性能达到并超过国家对于同类产品的要求。

1.一种纸絮,其组成包括:纸纤维,其特征是:本产品是将废旧纸制品经粉碎和碾磨制成的含有多糖纤维的絮状物。
2.权利要求1所述的纸絮在绿化领域的应用,其特征是:以所述的纸絮做为种子的载体架和/或养料。
3.权利要求1所述的纸絮在建材领域的应用,其特征是:以所述的纸絮作为阻燃材料和/或保温材料。
