Abstract
本发明公开了氧化型果蔬农药残留解毒剂，属于农业化学领域，采用固体过硫酸盐或高铁酸盐制成粉状、片状或颗粒状果蔬农药残留解毒剂，加水后浸泡蔬菜水果，即可氧化降解蔬菜水果上的农药残留，并可用于杀菌消毒和贮存保鲜。

背景技术
随着经济发展和人民生活水平的提高，人们对食品安全已引起高度重视。因蔬菜水果农药残留而导致食物中毒的报导，常见诸报端。尽管可以采取市场准入制度，不准农药残留超标的蔬菜水果进入市场，但只能在部分大城市和经济发达的中等城市实行，多数中小城市甚至一些大城市，还很难做到这一点，更不用说广大农村了。现在市场出现了用臭氧来氧化降解农药残留的解毒机，解毒效果很好，但由于一次性投入较高，因此推广应用并不理想，亦有公司推出不需专用设备的“果蔬解毒灵”，但属于洗涤型制剂，毕竟只是“洗涤”而不是降解农药。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于：提供氧化型果蔬农药残留解毒剂，使人们用较低的投入来有效降解蔬菜水果中的农药残留，以切实保证蔬菜水果的食用安全。
本发明的技术解决方案是：采用安全性好的固体强氧化性物质来氧化降解蔬菜水果中的农药残留，这些强氧化性物质包括过硫酸盐或高铁酸盐，制成粉状、片状或颗粒状，加水后浸泡蔬菜水果。
本发明的解毒剂，比液体剂型的成本要低，较气态臭氧使用方便，与具清洗功能的制剂相比解毒效果显著。
具体实施方式
该解毒剂由固体强氧化性物质制成粉状、片状或颗粒状而成，强氧化物质包括过硫酸盐或高铁酸盐。
过硫酸盐主要有过硫酸钠、过硫酸钾或过硫酸铵，其过硫酸根的氧化还原电位为2.01，略次于臭氧2.07，可象臭氧一样有效降解果蔬上的残留农药。以过硫酸钠Na2S2O8为例，将农药残留氧化分解后，自身还原为硫酸钠Na2SO4，对人体无害，且易于漂洗干净。
高铁酸盐主要有高铁酸钾K2FeO4或高铁酸钠Na2FeO4，FeO4 2-的氧化还原电位高达2.20，比臭氧还高，氧化分解农药残留的能力很强，自身则还原成Fe3+，曾用于饮水净化，也是安全性很好的物质。
本发明的解毒剂可在蔬菜水果采收后至食用前使用，使用时按计量溶入水中，放入蔬菜水果，浸泡20分钟左右，即可将农药残留氧化降解，取出用清水漂洗即可。在降解农药残留的同时，还具有杀菌消毒作用，可杀灭各种病菌、病毒和寄生虫卵，有效防止病从口入，并可延长贮存保鲜的时间。
本发明的解毒剂，均可按普通方法制成粉剂、片剂或颗粒剂，便于包装和计量。
本发明的解毒剂比液体剂型的包装成本要低；较之必须现场产生的气态臭氧，不但使用方便，而且不需专用设备；与仅具清洗功能的“解毒灵”相比，解毒效果显著增强。
实施例1：用北京强盛分析仪器制造中心生产的TFC-NY型农药残留速测仪作检测仪器，取经检测有农药残留的青菜0.5kg，在盆中放2kg清水，加含量为98％的过硫酸钠2-3g，溶解后放入青菜，浸泡20min，取出青菜，用清水漂洗，沥干，再用上述仪器检测，已无农药残留。
实施例2：用同上仪器，取经检测有农药残留的苹果1kg，在盆中放2kg清水，加含量为95％的高铁酸钠1-2g，放入苹果，浸泡20min，取出漂洗，再测无农药残留。
Claims (4)
1、一种氧化型果蔬农药残留解毒剂，该解毒剂以固体强氧化性物质为原料制成，其特征在于：其固体强氧化性物质包括过硫酸盐或高铁酸盐。
2、根据权利要求1所述的氧化型果蔬农药残留解毒剂，其特征在于：过硫酸盐为过硫酸钠、过硫酸钾或过硫酸铵。
3、根据权利要求1所述的氧化型果蔬农药残留解毒剂，其特征在于：高铁酸盐为高铁酸钠或高铁酸钾。
4、根据权利要求1所述的氧化型果蔬农药残留解毒剂，其特征在于：该解毒剂可制成粉剂、片剂或颗粒剂。
