Abstract
一种锯条的快换夹紧机构,它包括一个支座4、一个滑动地设置于所述的支座4上的滑动块6、一个与所述的支座4枢轴连接的夹紧杠杆11,所述的夹紧杠杆11的转动轴的一侧称为压板7,夹紧杠杆11的转动轴的另一侧称为被压板3,所述的支座4上有一个支承面12,该支承面12位于压板7的下方,所述的支承面12上设有一个朝向压板7凸起的定位凸柱10。本发明的零部件少,加工容易,可以降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锯条的夹紧机构。
背景技术
现有技术中,US6209208公开了一种夹紧机构,它是利用一个外部凸轮表面和一个内部凸轮表面组成驱动组件,锁紧组件包括一个外部从动轮表面适合于外部凸轮表面,并且一个内部从动轮表面适合于外部凸轮表面,使得驱动组件转动时,锁紧组件可以径向移动而锁定锯片。这种夹紧机构由于是内部凸轮表面直接压动外部凸轮表面径向移动,因此在驱动组件驱动锁紧组件径向移动时费力,该夹紧机构的大部分零部件都为切削件,使得零部件的装配误差大,并且这种凸轮的加工难度相当大。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种结构简单的锯条的快换夹紧机构
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种锯条的快换夹紧机构,它包括一个支座、一个滑动地设置于所述的支座上的滑动块、一个与所述的支座枢轴连接的夹紧杠杆,所述的夹紧杠杆在转动轴的一侧被称为压板,夹紧杠杆在转动轴的另一侧被称为被压板,所述的支座上有一个支承面,该支承面位于压板的对面。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
通过滑动块的滑动,使得滑动块压在被压板上,则压板可以翘起,使得压板与支承面之间出现间隙,则锯条可以插入该间隙内或从该间隙内取出。本发明的零部件少,加工容易,可以降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
参见附图1至附图5,一种锯条的快换夹紧机构,它包括一个支座4、一个滑动地设置于所述的支座4上的滑动块6、一个与所述的支座4枢轴连接的夹紧杠杆11,所述的夹紧杠杆11的转动轴的一侧称为压板7,夹紧杠杆11的转动轴的另一侧称为被压板3,所述的支座4上有一个支承面12,该支承面12位于压板7的下方,所述的支承面12上设有一个朝向压板7凸起的定位凸柱10,在锯条9插入支承面12和压板7之间后,该定位凸柱10插入所述的锯条9上的锯条定位孔8内。
所述的滑动块6上设有一个锁紧斜面2和一个解锁压面13,在压板7处于锁定状态下(如附图3所示),所述的被压板3的端部与所述的锁紧斜面2相接触,该锁紧斜面2在弹簧1的作用下有向上移动的趋势,使得被压板3在锁紧斜面2的作用下具有沿顺时针方向转动的趋势,则压板7进一步压紧锯片9,此时所述的解锁压面13与所述的被压板3相分离;如附图1和附图2所示,在压板7处于解锁状态下,所述的解锁压面13压在所述的被压板3上,使得被压板3逆时针方向转动,则支承面12与压板7之间的间隙张开,便于插入或拔出锯片9。所述的被压板3的端部出有一个斜面,在压板7处于锁定状态下,该斜面与所述的锁紧斜面2相面接触。在下压滑动块6的过程中,锁紧斜面2向下移动,留出空间,在解锁压面13压到被压板3后,被压板3可以逆时针方向转动。所述的滑动块6与支座4之间设有弹簧1,该弹簧1使得滑动块6上的解锁压面13具有趋于脱离被压板3的趋势。
所述的压板7上开有供滑动块6穿过的通孔14,所述的滑动块6穿过所述的通孔14。所述的被压板3相对于压板7呈大致上90度的弯折。
Claims (6)
1、一种锯条的快换夹紧机构,其特征在于:它包括一个支座(4)、一个滑动地设置于所述的支座(4)上的滑动块(6)、一个与所述的支座(4)枢轴连接的夹紧杠杆(11),所述的滑动块(6)与支座(4)之间设有弹簧(1),所述的夹紧杠杆(11)在转动轴的一侧被称为压板(7),夹紧杠杆(11)在转动轴的另一侧被称为被压板(3),所述的支座(4)上有一个支承面(12),该支承面(12)位于压板(7)的对面;在压板(7)处于解锁状态下,通过滑动块(6)的滑动,滑动块(6)压在被压板(3)上,使得压板(7)与支承面(12)之间出现间隙。
2、根据权利要求1所述的锯条的快换夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的滑动块(6)上设有一个锁紧斜面(2)和一个解锁压面(13),在压板(7)处于锁定状态下,所述的被压板(3)的端部与所述的锁紧斜面(2)相接触,所述的解锁压面(13)与所述的被压板(3)相分离;在压板(7)处于解锁状态下,所述的解锁压面(13)压在所述的被压板(3)上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的锯条的快换夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的被压板(3)的端部也有一个斜面,在压板(7)处于锁定状态下,该斜面与所述的锁紧斜面(2)相面接触。
4、根据权利要求1所述的锯条的快换夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的压板(7)上开有供滑动块(6)穿过的通孔(14),所述的滑动块(6)穿过所述的通孔(14)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的锯条的快换夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的被压板(3)相对于压板(7)呈大致上90度的弯折。
6、根据权利要求1所述的锯条的快换夹紧机构,其特征在于:所述的支承面(12)或压板(7)上设有一个用于与锯条上的定位孔相配合的定位凸柱(10)。
