Abstract
一种一次性使用尿布,它为腰围开口缘部节省弹性伸缩性的尿布使用材料,腰围开口16的缘部在其腰围方向具有弹性伸缩性的尿布1的前后腰围区6、7具有覆盖部21、22和可沿腰围方向比覆盖部21、22的长度长地伸长的弹性部18A、18B。
Description
本发明涉及一次性使用尿布。
在现有技术中，表面层与里面层由非伸缩性或非伸长性的层片构成的一次性使用尿布已为人熟知。在这种尿布中，为使其腰围部与腿周部紧贴皮肤，将弹性构件在向腰围与腿围方向伸长状态下装设于表里层的内面，这也为人熟知。
在前述现有技术的尿布中，例如裤衩型尿布中，为了容易穿用而将腰围开口部开大，往往将尿布腰围尺寸做成远远大于穿用者的腰围尺寸。在腿周开口部也一样。但是，这样制做尿布，却使用了比足以覆盖腰围与腿周的布料还要多的布料。
本发明的课题即在于提供即使不使用那样多的布料也可以容易穿用的一次性使用尿布。
为了解决前述课题，作为本发明的前提，是具有前腰围区和后腰围区以及位于该两腰围区间的裆下区、前述两腰围区中的至少一方其向腰围方向延伸的缘部的全长在前述腰围方向上具有弹性伸缩性的一次性使用尿布。
在该前提下，本发明的特征在于，前述缘部具有弹性伸缩性的前述腰围区具有与前述腿周区一体形成并覆盖前述尿布穿用者的腰围区的覆盖部，和沿前述覆盖部的缘装设的、并在前述腰围方向具有弹性的弹性部；前述弹性部由可沿前述腰围方向比前述覆盖部的长度长地弹性伸长的第一构件和可沿前述腰围方向比前述覆盖部的长度长地非弹性伸长的、在覆盖前述第一构件的同时沿前述覆盖部的缘装设的第二构件形成。
在本发明中有如下最佳实施形态。
(1)前述第一构件是带状橡胶。
(2)前述第二构件，通过在其前述腰围方向长度比前述覆盖部的腰围方向长度还要长的层片材料上制做出沿前述腰围方向的皱折使其变短，由此可使其与前述覆盖部长度几乎一致。
(3)前述第二构件是由前述腰围方向长度与前述覆盖部长度实际相同的、且在前述腰围方向可非弹性伸长的层片材料形成。
(4)前述覆盖部沿前述腰围方向是非伸长性的。
(5)前述覆盖部沿前述腰围方向是弹性伸缩性的；其沿前述弹性部的具有与前述弹性部同宽的部分的伸长应力比前述弹性部的伸长应力要高。
(6)前述尿布具有弹性伸缩性的腿周缘部，该缘部由可弹性伸长的第三构件和覆盖前述第三构件可非弹性伸长的第四构件所形成。
图1是尿布的局部剖切立体图；图2是前后展开的尿布的局部剖切立体图。
参照附图，详细说明本发明的一次性使用尿布。
在图1上以局部剖切立体图所表示的一次性使用尿布1是短裤型的尿布，具有前腰围区6、后腰围区7以及位于这两腰围区6、7间的裆下区8。前后腰围区6、7其侧缘部11、12相互呈合掌状重合，以上下方向间断延伸的接合区13相互接合起来而形成腰围开口部16和左右一对腿周开口部17。在开口部16的周向延伸设置腰围弹性部18；而在开口部17的周向延伸设置腿周弹性部19。尿布1具有形成其内面的透液性表面层2，形成外面的不透液性里面层3，以及夹于该表里面层2、3间的吸液性芯4。
图2是在接合区13将图1的尿布1打开，将前后腰围区6、7按双头箭头A所示的方向伸展开时的局部剖切立体图。前后腰围区6、7分别由大面积地覆盖尿布使用者前后腰围区的前后覆盖部21、22和沿着该覆盖部21、22腰围方向延伸的前后端缘23、24装设的同样形状同样大小的前后弹性部18A，18B所构成。裆下区8由覆盖尿布1使用者裆下区的的裆下区覆盖部26和沿覆盖部26的弯曲边缘27装设的腿周弹性部19所构成。前后覆盖部21、22与裆下区覆盖部26由前后方向连续的表面层2、里面层3与芯4所形成。芯4成计时砂漏型，使表里面层2、3从芯4周缘延伸出来的部分互相重合，通过热熔粘结剂(图中未示出)接合起来。
在尿布1中，通过合掌状重叠起来的侧缘部11、12相互在接合区13接合成一体，前后弹性部18A、18B形成环状腰围弹性部18。在图2中示出了前后弹性部18A、18B中的后弹性部18B装于后覆盖部22上之前的状态。后弹性部18B具有带状橡胶31与覆盖层32；其中，带状橡胶31可弹性伸长到后腰围区7的宽度W的至少1.3倍，更好一点为宽度W的至少2倍，再好一些为宽度W的至少3倍；覆盖层32尺寸比W要长、覆盖带状橡胶31并可伸长到橡胶31的至少前述伸长倍率。带状橡胶31可为1根或2根以上，其断面形状与尺寸没有特别的规定。另外，橡胶31的材质也没有特别规定，可以使用天然橡胶、合成橡胶、合成树脂弹性材料、合成树脂弹性线、由弹性线制成的织布等。但是，带状橡胶31与覆盖层32形成一体的前后弹性部18A、18B，其腰围方向的伸长应力，最好是伸长3～20％时的应力比沿着弹性部18A、18B并与其同宽的前后覆盖部21、22的部分的伸长应力要低。覆盖层32，尺寸比W要长，随着带状橡胶31的弹性伸长而非弹性或弹性伸长，在该覆盖层32之一例中，在比尺寸W长的非伸长性层片上形成了在腰围方向反复起伏的皱折33，使之具有实质性的伸长性，而将它们安装到后覆盖层22上。另外，覆盖层32作为将可非弹性伸长的层片安装于后覆盖层22上的层片，可以是随着带状橡胶31的伸长而伸长，在橡胶31收缩时边形成皱折边随着其收缩；另外，层片32也可以是与橡胶31一起弹性收缩的层片。
这种带状橡胶31，如图示例，是用2张覆盖层32夹层状地覆盖，或将覆盖层32做成筒状，将橡胶31收纳于该筒中进行覆盖。在任何一种情况下，橡胶31在全长中的至少两端部与层片32接合；如有必要可使其两端部间的部分间断地或连续地接合于层片32上。参照图2举出具体例子，将厚0.3mm、宽2.1mm、长171mm的3～5根带状合成橡胶31伸长至400mm，通过热熔粘结剂(图中未示出)间断地接合于由纺粘型无纺布形成的长400mm的非伸长性覆盖层32上，同时，通过以层片32夹层状地覆盖橡胶31而得到后弹性部18B。该后弹性部18B，随着使橡胶31收缩，在层片32上形成皱折33在收缩至240mm时，由粘接、溶敷、缝合等方法安装于腰围尺寸W为240mm的后覆盖层22上。
在这种尿布1中，即使在前后覆盖部21、22沿腰围方向不具有伸长性的情况下，通过腰围弹性部18如图1假想线所示那样伸长，开口部16大大地张开，因此尿布1的穿用很容易。
在该尿布1中，腿周弹性部19也和腰围弹性部18一样，最好是可以比沿裆下覆盖部26的腿周缘27的实际尺寸要长地、最好是其实际尺寸的至少1.3倍地、更好一点为其实际尺寸的至少2倍地、再好一些为其实际尺寸的至少3倍地弹性地进行伸缩的弹性部。该弹性部19可由弹性伸缩性的带状橡胶与伸长性的覆盖层形成。
本发明除图示那样，除了可以使前后腰围区6、7的开口缘部具有弹性伸缩性地进行实施之外，还可以仅使两腰围区6、7中的任何一方具有弹性伸缩性地进行实施。另外，也可以使前后两腿围区6、7中的弹性部18A、18B的伸缩应力不同来实施。在表里层2、3与芯4中，可使用公知乃至周知的东西。可由粘结、溶接、缝合等将各构件接合。
本发明的一次性使用尿布，由于即使在前后两腰围区的覆盖部沿腰围方向不具伸长性的情况下，通过腰围弹性部比覆盖部长地伸长，也可形成较大的腰围开口，尿布的穿用较容易。在该尿布上，由于不必将覆盖部腰围方向的尺寸做得远大于尿布穿用者的腰围尺寸，仅此一点，即可节省尿布使用材料。特别是，如做成以构成皱折的非伸长性层片覆盖弹性部的带状橡胶，就不必使用高价的伸长性的层片来覆盖带状橡胶。
Claims (7)
1.一次性使用尿布，具有前腰围区和后腰围区以及位于该两腰围区间的裆下区，前述两腰围区中的至少一方向其周向延伸的缘部之全长具有向前述腰围方向的弹性伸缩性，其特征在于，
前述缘部具有弹性伸缩性的前述腰围区具有覆盖部和弹性部，其中覆盖部与前述裆下区形成为一体并覆盖着前述尿布穿用者的腰围区；弹性部沿前述覆盖部的缘装设、并可向前述腰围方向弹性伸缩；
该弹性部由第一构件与第二构件所形成，其中第一构件可沿前述腰围方向比前述覆盖部的长度长地弹性伸长；第二构件可沿前述腰围方向比前述覆盖部长度长地非弹性伸长，并且覆盖前述第一构件的同时沿前述覆盖部之缘装设。
2.如权利要求1所的尿布，其特征在于，前述第一构件是带状橡胶。
3.如权利要求1或2所记述的尿布，其特征在于，前述第二构件通过在其前述腰围方向的长度比前述覆盖部的长度还要长的层片材料上形成沿前述腰围方向的皱折使其缩短，由此使得其与前述覆盖部的长度基本一致。
4.如权利要求1或2所记述的尿布，其特征在于，前述第二构件其前述腰围方向的长度与前述覆盖部的腰围方向的长度实质上相同，且由沿前述腰围方向可非弹性伸长的层片材料形成。
5.按权利要求1～4中任一项所记述的尿布，其特征在于，前述覆盖部在前述腰围方向是非伸长性的。
6.按权利要求1～4中任一项所记述的尿布，其特征在于，前述覆盖部在前述腰围方向上具弹性伸缩性，沿前述弹性部的与前述弹性部具有同宽部分的伸长应力比前弹性部的伸长应力要高。
7.按权利要求1～6中任一项所记述的尿布，其特征在于，前述尿布具有弹性伸缩性的腿周缘部，该缘部由可弹性伸长的第三构件和覆盖前述第三构件并可非弹性伸长的第四构件形成。
