Abstract

本发明涉及一种在轻金属制的可拆除的外壳封闭件(1)与位置固定的外壳部分(11)之间可回转式连接,其中,外壳封闭件(1)的端部结构有一个设计为凸形的造型(2)和与之连接横截面缩小的接片(4),以及与接片(4)连接的是一凹槽(5),在此凹槽(5)内按这样的方式插入一个在位置固定的外壳部分(11)上相对于造型(2)转90°角的凸形的同样有与之连接的横截面缩小的接片(6)的造型(3),即,使此外壳封闭件(1)可相对于位置固定的外壳部分(11)回转并可重新啮合,以及在闭合状态在外壳封闭件(1)及位置固定的外壳部分(11)既没有伸入外壳内部也没有伸出外壳外部的部分。

Description

可回转式连接
本发明涉及一种在可拆除的外壳封闭件与位置固定的外壳部分之间的可回转式连接。这类外壳主要用于自动推拉门或转门驱动装置。
由DE9419652U1已知两个箱子半壳连接的锁定机构。此锁定机构设计为铰链装置的形式，而且是旋转闸杆(Drehfallenwippe)的形式。旋转闸杆可用锁来锁定或去锁。其中，旋转闸杆有一个设计为成形球状的锁块，它插入互补的相配锁块中。
在公司Schueco International的公司商品目录中介绍了Royal S55系列的各种门的型材。其中也描绘了一些有一个凸起的型材，凸起内有一通孔，但它在一个位置有一个在侧壁内的口。在此类专称为固定型材的型材中可使用密封装置，它们尤其设计为贝纶纤维制的刷子密封装置或形式上为橡胶条的门封闭型材。
对于尤其用于自动门的上述类型的设备外罩，要打开这些外罩始终存在着一些困难，因为它们通常有几米长而且总是位于推拉门扇或旋转门扇的上方。所以对于装配工而言，无论在拆卸时还是在安装时，都极为困难地操作此可翻开的外壳部分。
本发明的目的在于克服先有技术的缺点，亦即制成一种在可拆除的外壳封闭件与位置固定的外壳部分之间使用简便并与此同时看不见的持久的可回转的连接。其中，可拆除的外壳部分不仅能回转，而且应完全不借助于工具便可从位置固定的外壳部分拆下。此外，在外壳内腔和外侧均应没有伸出的可看见的部分。
本发明的目的按权利要求1的特征部分所述达到。从属权利要求说明了按本发明的思想的进一步设计。
为了达到此目的，无论是可拆除的和可运动的外壳封闭件，还是位置固定的外壳部分，均选用特殊的端部结构。在外壳封闭件中有一种设计为凸形的造型，它可以例如有球形的头部，连接此头部的是一个材料的收缩段，也就是存在一个比凸的造型薄的边或一个接片。上述接片进一步发展成与之相连接的在型材内部的槽，以便容纳一个同样成形在固定的外壳部分上的但相对于设在可拆卸的外壳部分上的造型转90°角设置的造型。这一造型同样设计为球形并如在可拆卸的外壳封闭件中那样，与球形连接的有一接片或一收缩段。收缩段汇入位置固定的外壳部分的一个转90°角的接片或边中，在此部分上也有一个槽，它设计为能在此槽中插入可拆卸的外壳部分的球形造型。为了防止发生噪音或为了使这两个部分，即位置固定的外壳部分和可拆卸的外壳封闭件按规定牢固配合，设计为凸的造型至少在部分区设塑料制的外套。因此，在将可拆卸的外壳部分装入位置固定的外壳部分的槽内时这一瞬间，同时保证两个外壳部分互相钩住，这就造成了一种形锁合的连接和也是一种需要较小的力的力锁合连接。这些外壳部分最好用轻金属或轻金属合金制造。
本发明借助于一种示意表示在附图中的可能的实施例说明，图中此实施例只描绘了在位置固定的外壳部分与可拆卸的外壳部分之间的一个局部。

图1表示了位置固定的外壳部分11，它可不借助工具与可拆下的外壳封闭件1力锁合和形锁合地连接并可重新分开。外壳封闭件1在其端部区(纵向边)制有例如形式上为部分球体的凸的造型2。接片4与此凸的造型2相连，接片4过渡到外壳封闭件1的横截面内。在接片4的凸肩后部有一凹槽5，它设计为能与位置固定的外壳部分11配合作用，也就是说这两个要连接的部分在尺寸上互相协调一致。
由图3可清楚看出位置固定的外壳部分11的片段，在这里再次指出，所有的图表示的始终都是位置固定的外壳部分11和外壳封闭件1的截面图。位置固定的外壳部分11的横截面表示，在其端部区收缩成一个边12。在发生横截面收缩的区域内，在位置固定的外壳部分11内部有一槽7。悬伸的边12在其端部附近有一个折角90°的接片6，在接片6的自由端以与外壳封闭件1中相同的方式成形一凸的造型3。在位置固定的外壳部分11的槽7与凸的造型3之间尺寸上的协调关系按这样的方式与外壳封闭件1协调一致，即，在槽7内部能装入凸的造型2以及在凹槽5中能装入凸的造型3。为实现这一点是通过将外壳封闭件1在一个倾斜的位置下朝位置固定的外壳部分11放置。由此达到将凸的造型2插入槽7内，并因而使外壳封闭件1相对于位置固定的外壳部分11定位。若现在外壳封闭件1进一步回转到没有详细表示的外壳上，则如图5所示使凸的造型3到达凹槽5的区域内，与此同时凸的造型2继续支承在槽7内。在凸的造型3与凹槽5彼此相遇时必须施加一个较小的力，促使外壳封闭件1与位置固定的外壳部分11之间啮合。通过既在凸的造型2又在凸的造型3的至少局部区内设形式上为塑料衬垫的外套9、10，使外壳封闭件1与位置固定的外壳部分11之间的整个连接至少是部分弹性的，所以除了隔音以外同时在外壳封闭件1与位置固定的外壳部分11之间形成一种持久的干净利索的啮合。
此连接是如此耐久，以致不需要任何工具完成连接和再分解。在分解时只需要沿运动方向13回转外壳封闭件1，促使上述凸的造型2、3与槽5、7的连接去锁。

Claims (7)

1.在可拆下的外壳封闭件与位置固定的外壳部分之间可回转式连接，其特征为：外壳封闭件(1)的端部结构有一个设计为凸形的造型(2)和与之连接横截面缩小的接片(4)，以及，与接片(4)连接的是一凹槽(5)，在此凹槽(5)内按这样的方式插入一个在位置固定的外壳部分(11)上相对于造型(2)转90°角的凸形的同样有与之连接的横截面缩小的接片(6)的造型(3)，即，使此外壳封闭件(1)可相对于位置固定的外壳部分(11)回转并可重新啮合。
2.按照权利要求1所述的可回转式连接，其特征为：在位置固定的外壳部分(11)上有一个槽(7)，造型(2)插入槽(7)中。
3.按照权利要求1所述的可回转式连接，其特征为：造型(2、3)设计为部分球形的。
4.按照权利要求1所述的可回转式连接，其特征为：凹槽(5)位于外壳封闭件(1)的内部。
5.按照权利要求1和3所述的可回转式连接，其特征为：造型(2、3)设有外套(9、10)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的可回转式连接，其特征为：外套(9、10)用吸音的材料例如塑料制造。
7.按照权利要求1所述的回转式连接，其特征为：位置固定的外壳部分(11)和外壳封闭件(1)用轻金属或轻金属合金制造。
