Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物农药剂型的制备,特别涉及苏云金芽孢杆菌生物农药。
背景技术
目前,苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus Thuringiensis,Bt)生物农药主要有粉剂、可湿性粉剂、乳剂和水悬浮剂四种剂型。由于Bt生物农药中含有蛋白、孢子、发酵残留物等成分,所以乳剂和水悬浮剂容易腐败变质,导致保质期较短。而粉剂需要专用药械喷粉使用,很容易造成使用者的吸入,并发生粉剂漂移,污染环境。因此,Bt的乳剂、水悬浮剂和粉剂不受人们欢迎,在市场上十分少见。Bt可湿性粉剂较为常用,易溶于水,喷雾施用,但是,使用前需要将其倒入水中并搅拌溶解,很容易沾染到使用者的皮肤上。因此,Bt生物农药的新剂型亟待开发。
泡腾片剂是近年来出现的一种新剂型,主要由原药、润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂和粘结剂组成,其特点是高效、污染少、贮运方便、使用简便,代表了农药新剂型和新使用技术的发展方向。《福建化工》(2000,2:P6-7)报道了化学农药如百菌清、禾草丹、二氯·卞和乙·西的泡腾片剂已研制成功。《农药》(2001,40,11:P9-11)报道了除虫脲泡腾片剂研制成功。但这些泡腾片剂都属于化学农药剂型,所含成分只限于化学范围。
发明内容
本发明提供一种生产Bt生物农药泡腾片剂的配方,增加一种Bt生物农药的剂型,使Bt污染少,易于贮运,保质期长,使用简便。
Bt生物农药泡腾片剂由Bt生物农药原粉和辅料润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘结剂组成,成分为Bt生物农药原粉、木植素磺酸钠、硬脂酸、水杨酸、碳酸氢钠、淀粉,各成分的重量比依次为10~800∶0.3~30∶0.3~30∶0.1~90∶0.1~70∶0.2~50。
其中木植素磺酸钠既可以起到润湿剂的作用,增加Bt的溶解度,又可以起到分散剂的作用,促进Bt的均匀分散;崩解剂碳酸氢钠和水杨酸起搅动和混匀作用;粘结剂淀粉使所有成分在压片时结合到一起。
本发明所获得产品为片剂,在水中产生气泡,片剂逐渐崩解,崩解后Bt粉剂均匀地分散到水中,既可喷雾施用于各种作物,也可直接抛施到水稻田中,不需专门的药械。
本产品的毒力效价为16000-32000IU/mg,保质期3年,常温密封保存。
具体实施方式
(1)表1成分称取原料
表1 Bt生物农药泡腾片剂成分(克)
(2)将上述原料混合均匀,用压片机压成片剂;
(3)密封包装,常温保存,保质期为3年。
Bt生物农药泡腾片的毒力效价为16000-30000IU/mg。使用时,可以投放到喷雾器中,用水崩解,片剂中的水杨酸和碳酸氢钠遇水后发泡,气泡推动泡腾片在水中游动,有效成分会迅速地分散到水中,形成均匀的悬浊液,再喷雾施用于各种作物。也可以将Bt生物农药泡腾片直接抛到水稻田里,崩解后有效成分能扩散到稻田的每一处。Bt生物农药泡腾片剂集生物农药和泡腾片剂的优点于一身,使用方便,易于计量,能够减少对操作者的沾染,对环境友好,对人、畜无毒无害,适用于粮食、棉花、蔬菜、瓜果、绿地及林木上100多种害虫的防治。

1、一种苏云金芽孢杆菌生物农药泡腾片剂,其特征在于,Bt生物农药泡腾片剂由Bt生物农药原粉和辅料润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、粘结剂组成,成分为Bt生物农药原粉、木植素磺酸钠、硬脂酸、水杨酸、碳酸氢钠、淀粉,各成分的重量比依次为10~800∶0.3~30∶0.3~30∶0.1~90∶0.1~70∶0.2~50。
