Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过产生挤出的热塑化的塑料软管制造塑料薄膜的装置,其中设有一作为对挤出的塑料软管进行精整的工具的精整筐,并且其中精整筐具有用来引导塑料软管的导向箍,其中在导向箍上设有薄膜导向滚轮。也就是说本发明涉及一种吹气薄膜设备,并且特别是这种吹气薄膜设备的精整筐或精整筐的导向箍。在精整筐圆周上或待通过的塑料软管圆周上分散设置许多导向箍。这些导向箍通常相对于精整筐的纵向(塑料软管的通过方向)相互错开设置。在一个导向箍的导向杆上相互并排设置许多薄膜导向滚轮。导向箍的导向杆做成弧形、以与塑料软管的形状相匹配。
背景技术
在由实际中已知的开头所述类型的装置中,薄膜导向滚轮按滑动轴承的原理工作。这里这些特别是由聚四氟乙烯组成的空心圆柱形薄膜导向滚轮直接装在导向箍或弯曲的导向杆上。这些滑动支承滚轮可以在导向杆上绕导向杆旋转,如果通过精整筐引导塑料软管的话。但是这具有很明显的缺点。这些薄膜导向滚轮通常有缺陷地只在两个部位与导向杆接触。由于相应的摩擦功形成摩擦热,这可能使得这些薄膜导向滚轮的滑动面熔接。这会导致,有关的薄膜导向滚轮不再能旋转,然后这些咬死不动的薄膜滚轮在薄膜上产生非常不希望的条纹。其次在这些薄膜导向滚轮在导向箍上自由运动时薄膜软管可能挤入两个相邻薄膜导向滚轮之间,这同样可能引起明显的质量缺陷,或可能显著加大废品率。已知薄膜导向滚轮特别是在粘性薄膜时证明是有问题的。结果显示,与已知滑动支承滚轮相关联的摩擦力矩太大。此外已知薄膜导向滚轮有不希望的所谓的旋转振动的倾向,这时旋转轴和滚轮中心线不一致。因此已知装置必须改进。
发明内容
本发明以这样的技术问题为目的,即提供一种开头所述类型的装置,它可以有效地避免上述缺点。
为了解决这个技术问题,本发明推荐一种通过产生一挤出的热塑化塑料软管制造塑料薄膜的装置,其中设有一作为对挤出的塑料软管进行精整的工具的精整筐,其中精整筐具有用来引导塑料软管的导向箍,在导向箍上设有薄膜导向滚轮,其特征为:薄膜导向滚轮做成滚动支承滚轮。滚动支承滚轮是指,按滚动轴承原理工作的薄膜导向滚轮。
在本发明范围内,滚动支承滚轮具有一内圈,它固定安装在导向箍上,并具有一可旋转的外圈,它通过滚动体支承在内圈上。这里固定安装的内圈是指,内圈不可旋转或不可移动地固定在导向箍或导向杆上。而外圈由于滚动支承是可旋转的。内圈和/或外圈适宜于由塑料组成。按照本发明的一种实施形式滚动体由金属,尤其是钢组成。按照另一种实施形式滚动体也可以由玻璃组成。外圈表面最好设置防粘附涂层。特别是这种实施形式尤其也适合于粘性软管薄膜。
其次在本发明范围内,在安装在导向箍上的相邻滚动支承滚轮之间分别布置一间隔缝隙。这个间隔缝隙的宽度最好为0.5mm至几毫米。
本发明以这样的看法为基础,即用按本发明的装置可以令人惊讶地功能可靠和无故障地对塑料软管进行导向和精整。通过按本发明将薄膜导向滚轮做成滚动支承滚轮有效地减小有害的高的摩擦力矩。与由现有技术所知的装置相比在按本发明的装置运行时看不到咬死的不再旋转的薄膜导向滚轮,从而避免了与此相关的开头提到的巨大缺点。也可以完全防止薄膜挤入相邻的薄膜导向滚轮之间。结果是用按本发明的装置可以大大减小或完全避免与由实际得知的装置有关的缺点。还应该强调指出,已经存在的或已经投入运行的装置可以毫无问题地用按本发明的元件改装,而且比较方便和费用低廉。

具体实施方式
附图涉及一种通过产生一未画出的挤出的热塑化塑料软管制造塑料薄膜的装置,该装置具有一作为对挤出的塑料软管进行精整的工具的精整筐1,此精整筐1配备用来引导塑料软管的导向箍2。在导向箍2和弯曲的导向杆3上装有薄膜导向滚轮4。塑料软管在这些导向滚轮4上行进,如果塑料软管穿过精整筐的话。在图1和2中可以看到,在精整筐圆周上分散设置许多带导向杆3的导向箍2。这里导向箍2错开设置。在图1和2中通过箭头表示,导向箍可沿径向移动,从而可以与塑料软管的直径进行匹配。由于塑料软管的圆柱形形状导向杆3做成圆弧形。
在图3中表示一按现有技术的装置的导向杆3的一部分。这里薄膜导向滚轮4做成滑动支承滚轮。这些薄膜导向滚轮4做成空心圆柱形,并直接装在导向杆3上,使得每个空心圆柱体可以绕导向杆3旋转。图中表示,这些由现有技术已知的薄膜导向滚轮4通常仅仅在两个接触点5处与导向杆3接触。这由于上面已经说明过的原因是有严重缺点的。
与此不同图4表示装在导向杆3上的按本发明的薄膜导向滚轮4,它做成滚动支承滚轮。这种按本发明的薄膜导向滚轮4具有一内圈6,它这样固定在导向杆3上,使它既不能绕导向杆3旋转,也不能沿导向杆3纵向移动。在内圈6上通过滚动体8支承一外圈7。也就是说外圈7可绕导向杆3和固定在它上面的内圈6旋转。此外滚动支承滚轮以常见的方式配备一用来支承滚动体8的保持架9以及盖板10。滚动体8可以由金属,例如由钢或由玻璃组成。内圈6和外圈7适宜于由塑料组成,按照本发明一种优选的实施形式,外圈7的表面11配备一未画出的防粘附涂层。
当然,在一根导向杆3上并排设置多个按本发明的薄膜导向滚轮4或者说滚动支承滚轮。在本发明的范围内,在每两个按本发明的薄膜导向滚轮4之间形成一窄的间隙缝隙。
Claims (5)
1.通过产生一挤出的热塑化塑料软管制造塑料薄膜的装置,其中设有一作为对挤出的塑料软管进行精整的工具的精整筐(1),其中精整筐(1)具有用来引导塑料软管的导向箍(2),在导向箍(2)上设有薄膜导向滚轮(4),其特征为:薄膜导向滚轮(4)做成滚动支承滚轮。
2.按权利要求1的制造塑料薄膜的装置,其特征为:滚动支承滚轮具有一内圈(6),它固定安装在导向箍(2)上,还具有一可旋转的外圈(7),外圈通过滚动体(8)支承在内圈(6)上。
3.按权利要求2的制造塑料薄膜的装置,其特征为:内圈(6)和/或外圈7由塑料组成。
4.按权利要求2或3的制造塑料薄膜的装置,其特征为:外圈(7)的表面(11)设有防粘附涂层。
5.按权利要求1至3之任一项的制造塑料薄膜的装置。其特征为:安装在导向箍(2)上的滚动支承滚轮之间分别布置一间隔缝隙。
