Abstract
本发明是涉及一种瑶山春酒的配制方法。该酒是以绞股蓝为主要原料再配以十多味药食同源的中草药精制而成。富含有多种人参皂甙、氨基酸、微量元素及维生素C、胡萝卜、具有防癌、抗癌、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗血栓、镇咳、降血脂及消炎解毒、滋肝补肾、健脾益气血。提高机体免疫力、防治冠心病、脑血管硬化等功效。且口感独特,回甜绵怡,是集餐桌、保健为一体的佳品。
Description
本发明是关于瑶山春酒的配制方法,特别是瑶山春酒多种成份的加工方法。
本发明是以绞股兰提取液为主要原料,加入一定量的党参、黄芪、淫羊角叶、白术、红丝线、红枣、枸杞、罗汉果提取液及山楂膏、银杏叶膏与纯正米酒精深勾兑。该酒含有多种人参皂甙、人体需要的多种氨基酸、微量元素及维生素C、胡萝卜素等有效成份。具有防癌、抗癌、抗衰老、抗疲劳、抗血栓、镇咳、降血脂及消炎解毒、滋肝补肾、健脾益气血,提高机体免疫力、防治冠心病、脑血管硬化等功效。
本发明的加工方法是采用以上诸味中草药为原料,先将糯米用红丝线提取液浸泡4小时蒸熟、摊至常温后加入红枣、枸杞、罗汉果、甜酒曲一起发酵成熟后榨汁与绞股兰、党参、黄芪、淫羊角叶、白术提取液及山楂膏、银杏叶膏混合调入纯正米酒中封存2个月后过滤成品用高白玻璃瓶和杯式玻璃瓶子包装。
Claims (3)
1、一种瑶山春酒的配制方法,其特征是采用纯正米酒100%,绞股兰1%,党参1%,黄芪0.7%,淫羊角叶1.5%,白术0.7%,鲜红丝线15%,红枣2%,枸杞2%,糯米15%,山楂中膏0.5%,银杏叶膏0.5%,罗汉果2%,甜酒曲0.7为原料,先将选好糯米用红丝线提取液泡浸4个小时后蒸熟,摊至常温加入红枣、枸杞、罗汉果、甜酒曲发酵,成熟后,榨汁与绞股兰、党参、黄芪、淫羊角叶、白术提取液和山楂膏、银杏叶膏,混合调入纯正米酒中封存2个月后过滤成品,用高白玻璃瓶子包装。
2、根据权利要求“1”所述,按各成份加工方法分别加工,并按一定比例量配制成金黄色的22°、30°两种度数的瑶山春酒。
3、根据权利要求“2”所述,将加工成具有一定质量的瑶山春酒,采用容量500cm的高白玻璃瓶子和容量150cm的杯式玻璃瓶子包装。
