技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装盒的封闭件。本发明具体涉及用在食品包装盒上的单件式翻盖封闭件。
背景技术
可再密封的封闭件现在一般用在例如人字墙顶的容器上。这种封闭件一般是快速卡合式的顶盖或螺旋形顶盖,该顶盖可以从相应出口装置的开口上除去和再密封于其上。这种封闭件最好包括显示不正当打开的装置,以使零售商或顾客可以确定该封闭件在先前是否已被打开过。
常规封闭件具有某些局限性,其一是,封闭件本身的生产成本相当高,通常需要两个或两个以上的部件构成,而这些部件又需要用两个或两个以上的独立注射模制工艺以及两种或两种以上的材料形成。即使在用单一的模具时,还需要成本高的复杂的侧向运动的模具件,该模具件需要垂直主模具关闭的方向移动。
很多封闭件存在的另一问题是在加工封闭件和将其装在容器上时需要进行很困难的和花费大的组装操作。这些操作可能需要昂贵的工具。即使通过人字墙顶部式容器的面板进行安装的具有简单螺纹顶盖和出口的封闭件其部件也必须分开模制、彼此相对地定位、组装并以某种方式固定就位(例如在同时安装显示不正当打开的接头),使得顶盖不会松开和可能脱落。这些操作通常由封闭件的制造厂执行,该封闭件然后再散装送到食品包装厂。食品包装厂然后必须从其散装容器中取回各个组装好的封闭件,使该封闭件在包装机中取向定位,并在组装包装盒和(通常)将其充满食品之前将该封闭件固定在包装盒上。

已知一种封闭件,该封闭件具有在使用前封闭出口的不透水的膜或织物以及位于出口中的撕裂环。在很多情况下该撕裂环在出口中凹陷,只能将手指插入到该环内将其拉出出口才能撕下和除去膜或织物,将出口打开供使用。很多这种撕裂环存在的一个困难是,具有大手指的人、或用其较大手指或拇指的人或缺乏灵活性的人很难将手指插入到凹陷的环中。够不着凹陷环的边缘便不能进行操作。因此很难使该环升离其位置并将其牢牢抓住。
如果简单地将该环沿同一取向(通常平行于膜)提高到出口嘴部的上面,则必须在整个顶盖的下面留出空间以接纳提高的环或拉片,由此形成外形很高的封闭件,该封闭件凸出于安装该封闭件所用的面板上很长一段距离。不需要外形很高的封闭件,因为它外观较差,而且和同样直径的外形低的封闭件相比,需要用更多的材料。安装在人字墙顶部式容器的斜顶面板上的外形高的封闭件还可能伸过容器的侧面板,干扰包装操作。
关于封闭件的另一个问题是希望采用聚乙烯制作封闭件,聚乙烯可直接加热焊接或超声焊接在聚乙烯涂层的纸板上或聚乙烯瓶上,这与用另一种塑料制作封闭件相反,该另一种塑料必须粘接到聚乙烯上。粘接是不太好的方法,与通常的加热或超声焊接法相比它是一种不太卫生的组装方法。
尽管聚乙烯的封闭件可以比较容易地用加热或超声焊接法装在聚乙烯涂层的纸板上和其它表面上,但聚乙烯具有在设计封闭件时必须加以注意的其它特性。例如聚乙烯不同于聚丙烯及其它塑料,它在贮存期容易发生非弹性形变或松驰,因此在模制后基本上没有弹性,或基本上不能“记忆”其形状。
例如,假定顶盖、出口以及整体的铰接组件被模制成敞开式结构,使翻转的顶盖位于直立出口的旁边,并且铰接件是直的,然后将铰接件折叠成“U”形,将顶盖定位在出口的正上面,并将该顶盖向下推到该出口上。随后再假定将封闭件贮存一段时间,然后装在充满的容器上,密封、运输、再贮存另一段时间,最后才送到顾客的手中。
如果封闭件是用聚丙烯制成的,则当消费者最后打开封闭件时,该铰接件将是有弹性的,或可以“记忆”在初始模制时打开的状态。因而该顶盖将弹出出口,这样并不妨碍从容器开口倒出的所装流体物质的流动,也不会被该流出物弄脏。
然而如果封闭件是以同样方式用聚乙烯制作,则塑料在贮存期间将会松驰,该顶盖在打开封闭件时将不会弹出该出口到所要求的程度。此问题需要消费者在配送容器中所装流体物质时加一个特殊的力以使顶盖脱离出口,或冒险弄脏顶盖而形成不卫生的或难看的封闭件。
因此本发明人认识到,在工业上仍然需要改进的封闭件,该封闭件有利于克服在过去所遇到的和上述的缺点。
发明概述
本发明的主要目的是提供一种使出口和顶盖形成为单一整体件的封闭件。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有支柱的封闭件,该支柱用于在从出口倒出所装物时防止受到顶盖的干扰。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有管筒的封闭件,该管筒有助于在从出口倒出所装物期间防止受到顶盖的干扰并在每次从出口上除去顶盖时产生预定的声音。

封闭件30形成为单一的整体模制件,一般包括具有管筒34的出口32,该管筒为管子形状,从环形的底部法兰36向上伸出,该法兰沿管筒34下端部的圆周延伸。该底部法兰36除平坦部分37外大体为圆形。该平坦部分37是任选的,在将封闭件30配置在容器31上时有助于确定封闭件30的方位。出口32由整体铰接组件40连接于顶盖38。
顶盖38可再密封地啮合在出口32的管筒34上。在此处所示的具体实施例中,顶盖38包括由向下凸出的裙部44围绕的上盖42。该上盖42具有作为上盖42和裙部44之间过渡部分的倾斜边缘43。裙部44和上盖42配合形成拱形的内腔,在使顶盖38固定在管筒34四周以关闭封闭件30时该内腔容纳管筒34的上部分。
围绕顶盖38的内部在裙部44和上盖42相交处的附近形成环形凹槽46。裙部44的内表面包括沿内部延伸的内部肋48。上盖42和肋48相配合在它们之间形成凹槽46。在上盖42的内部还包括许多啮合杆49,以便于与管筒34的前部啮合。这样便实现盖38与出口32更紧密的再封闭。
管筒34包括上端部50,该上端部具有向外扩口的沿管筒34的外圆周延伸的唇部52。该唇部52在封闭件30位于关闭位置时啮合顶盖38的凹槽46。裙部44包括在其口部的倾斜表面54,该表面能使顶盖38容易地被引导到唇部52上。唇部52和肋48彼此啮合使顶盖38密封在管筒34上。该管筒34还包括孔56,当取下顶盖38时,通过该顶盖可使容器31中的所装物倒出来。
在出口32中可在孔56上配置可选择的膜58。在本实施例中,膜58是在管筒34中整体形成的织物。膜58与管筒34的形成孔56的内表面相交,该交线由于形成该交线的圆形槽60而被弱化。
膜58包括整体的拉环62,该拉环至少形成为大体与管筒34同心。拉环62通过柱64固定在膜58上,该柱与膜58是整体的。该拉环62具有柱侧66、大体与该柱侧66完全相对的自由侧68、内表面70和外表面72。
拉环62的一个特别的特征是它相对于唇部72的平面倾斜取向。具体是,拉环62的自由侧68从管筒34伸出唇部52,在拉环62的自由侧68露出外表面72的部分。拉环62的柱侧66与唇部52平齐,并可以选择性地凹进管筒34内。拉环的这种取向具有例如如下的优点。
这种倾斜取向与常规和唇部52平齐的或凹进管筒34内的拉环相比,使得拉环62更容易被抓住。如果拉环是平齐的或凹进去的,则管筒34妨碍接触到其外表面72,特别是当封闭件30的尺寸比较小时(最好比较小)。通常抓住平齐的或凹进的拉环的方法是通过插入手指或工具使其与内表面接合。然后升高拉环62的自由侧68使其从管筒34内伸出唇部72。一旦完成此操作,便可用第二手指例如使用人的拇指接触外表面72,由此可以牢固握住拉环62。然后以撕开和除去膜片58所需的稳固程度牵引该环。从管筒34中拉出拉环62的自由侧62对于缺乏灵活性的人或其手指大不容易插入到内表面70中的人或喜欢将其一个较大手指例如食指插入到环62中的人来说是很不方便的。
然而按照本发明,拉环62的自由侧68优选地通过倾斜整个拉环62而永久地高出管筒34。这种措施使得可以直接操作外表面而不需要首先拉出拉环62的自由侧68。人们基本上可以用任何一个手指推外表面72,并使其平行于唇部52的平面向柱64移动。这种作用进一步使拉环62向上倾斜,然后便可以容易地抓住拉环62,撕开膜片58,并将其从管筒34中拉出。
拉环62的倾斜取向还使得顶盖38与其它情况下相比,围绕其部分圆周的裙部44比较短,而对封闭件30则具有较低的外形。裙部44的铰接侧74只需要为啮合管筒34的铰接侧76那么长而不在唇部52的上面提供任何另外的“顶空部”来接纳拉环62的凸出柱侧66。本实施例所需要的唯一“顶空部”位于上盖42的一个部分,该部分面对着凸出到唇部52上方的那部分自由侧68。因此,如果拉环62从其柱侧66到其自由侧68是倾斜向上的,则封闭件30可以用较少的材料。
顶盖38的特别拱形设计具有装饰和功能两方面的优点。其中一个功能优点是,如果定向封闭件,使得在人字墙顶部式纸盒31的顶部倾斜面板82上,铰接组件40位于比完全相对的顶盖38的边缘高的较高高度,如图7所示径向对着铰接组件40的表面80大致平行于纸盒的相邻侧面板84。因此表面80可以在底部法兰36的上面延伸到接纳拉环62之升高自由侧68所必要的程度,而不会伸出侧面板84所在的平面。这种特征使得一系列的人字墙顶部形的纸盒可以垂直滑移到包装纸盒中,其四个侧面板中的每个侧面板例如84可以与另一个人字墙顶部形纸盒的侧面板或包装纸盒的垂直壁对接,而一个人字墙顶部形纸盒的底部不会碰到另一个人字墙顶形纸盒的封闭件。本专业的技术人员将会看出,本发明的封闭件30可以装在容器31的外表面上,因此并不限于从容器31的内部进行安装。
当然,这种功能特征可以提供在其上盖42的形状和外观很不相同的封闭件上,即使上盖完全是平的。将拉环62和柱64转动180°,使拉环62的自由侧68和柱侧66调换便可以在高度发生变化的裙部顶上接纳平的上盖。这会使上盖42的最高的部分比该上盖42的其它部分更远离侧面板84的平面。
具体参考图10~14,整体的铰接组件40在模制后包括L形连杆88,该连杆具有通过整体铰接件92连接于法兰36的第一部分90和通过整体铰接件96连接于顶盖38的第二部分94。在此实施例中的第一部分90其长度至少与法兰36在铰接组件40的区域中的宽度大致相同。第二部分94比在铰接组件40区域中的管筒34的高度短。
这样确定第一部分90的尺寸和形状并使整体铰接件92具有充分的柔性,使得第一部分90可以枢轴式转动到底部法兰36的凹槽98中,在此实施例中正好填满该凹槽。第二部分94使裙部44的下边缘升高到底部法兰36的上面,由此减少了裙部44的所需高度,节省了材料,并同时减小了裙部44的口部内圆周和唇部52的外圆周之间必要的间隙。
顶盖38在铰接组件40的相应侧包括一对整体的柱102和104。该柱102和104非常显著地示于图8和9。当打开顶盖38通过出口32倒出容器31中所装物质时,该柱102和104几乎垂直于和压靠于管筒34上,从而保持顶盖38远离容器31中排出的物质。因为顶盖38在倒出期间由于重力的影响以及上述的顶盖38形状记忆的影响倾向于局部再关闭,所以这是必需的。柱102和104最好使顶盖38与管筒34的顶部保持45°角。当顶盖38关闭时,柱102和104向下越过管筒34并且进入管筒34或靠近该管筒,而且几乎垂直于底部法兰36。与出口32的管筒34形成整体的台阶110也示于图8和9。该台阶110(以及未示出的相应台阶110)在从容器中倒出所装物质期间可以进一步协助柱102(以及柱104)防止受到顶盖38的干扰。下面将进一步说明,两个柱102和104以及台阶110均与封闭件30形成整体。
如图10~14所示,封闭件30形成为一个单件,最好用可加热焊接的热塑性材料例如聚乙烯通过注射模制法或类似方法制作。封闭件30最好在处于图10所示展开位置的单一注射模具内模制。这种模具的制作既简单又经济。另外,这种模具容易维修。总的来说,采用此处所示的单一整体结构可以使封闭件30的制造成本比现今通常使用的其它封闭件30、例如包括分开的顶盖38和出口32两部分的封闭件成本低。一旦形成封闭件30,如图10、13和14所示,便将其折叠起来,如图11所示。在从模具中取出之后并且至少在将封闭件30部分冷却之后进行这种折叠。如图12所示,顶盖38完全折叠到出口32上并与其配合。图12所示的封闭件30然后可以随时输送到工厂,在该工厂中在某种形式的灌注和封装机上将该封闭件最后装在容器上。
本发明的另一特征是定向柱142,该柱凸出于底部法兰36并相对于封闭件30的中心偏心配置。定向柱142形成的方法是,在从封闭件30上修剪过剩的材料时,留下通向封闭件30下侧的在模腔浇道内形成的短柱材料。
当在包装机中应用封闭件30时可以应用定向柱142来确定封闭件30的方位。这一步骤是必须的,因为封闭件30通常以随机的取向包装在大纸箱中,但是当要装在包装盒上时每个封闭件30应当面向同一方向。
将组装好的定向的封闭件30插入到容器31的孔中。封闭件30最好插入如图2a所示的位置,使得法兰36啮合容器31的内部热塑性表面。或者,法兰36可以啮合容器31的外部热塑性表面。
封闭件30最好用超声焊接、热焊接、压力焊接或联合这些焊接机构固定在容器31上。采用这些焊接可以熔化容器31的内部热塑性层和底部法兰36的材料,并可以基本上消除它们之间的界面(即它们被焊接),以使法兰固定。可以容易地形成超声焊的口承,使其围绕顶盖38和管筒34,并啮合容器31的围绕法兰36的外部区域,从而将法兰36永久地固定在容器31上。
本发明的一个特别的优点是,利用将底部法兰36焊接到容器31的机构可以施加一个焊接力,该力可永久地将铰接组件40装配到底部法兰36上。加在法兰36上使法兰焊接到容器31上的超声能、热能或其它能也加热L形连杆88的第一部分90和构成凹槽98的法兰壁,因而使它们焊接在一起。完成此操作后,凹槽98充满塑料,因而原本光滑的大体环形的底部法兰36不再间断。
在所示的配置中,在将组件焊接在一起时,第一部分90和凹槽98均配置在底部法兰36和容器31的内壁之间。结果,由于充填底部法兰上的凹槽而造成的大多数外观缺陷从容器31的外边是看不到的。
可以应用标准的封装机来形成封闭件30并采用最少的附加工具将其焊接在容器31上。这是由于,至少部分地只需要一种焊接工具例如超声焊接工具来进行焊接。因此减小了加工总成本,并且由于模制过程中应用了单件的低维修成本的注射模具,所以减小了部件生产成本和生产维修费用。另一个优点是,本封闭件30的结构最好通过一种工艺进行制造,在该工艺中,模具仅沿模具分开和关闭方向延伸的单一轴线移动。
或者也可以考虑通过一种不太有效的工艺将封闭件30固定在容器31上。例如可以用粘合剂将封闭件30的部件或封闭件30粘接到或装到容器31上。
图15到17示出封闭件的另一实施例150。封闭件150一显著的特征在于其顶盖152的形状,该顶盖具有大体圆形的上盖154,而此实施例的其它改变可以是上盖154为平的上盖154。顶盖152的形状形成高度或外形相当低的封闭件150。封闭件150的高度是位于法兰上面的唇部52的高度与上盖154的厚度之和减去封闭件所穿过的容器壁的厚度。该实施例也具有显示不正当打开的装置161,该装置通过可断开的桥接件连接于顶盖和出口。显示不正当打开的装置具有与凹槽165啮合的附件163,该凹槽165位于法兰36上。图15示出的封闭件30具有在打开封闭件30之后可以除去的显示不正当打开的装置161。这种类型的显示不正当打开的装置可以配置在先前的实施例上,配置在顶盖的一侧或两侧。
还改变了顶盖152的大体圆形的裙部156,以使得顶盖52更容易封闭在管筒34上。裙部156的铰接侧158比裙部156的摆动侧160短。这种改变稍微增加了裙部156从铰接侧158到摆动侧160之口部162的直径,而没有减小其在垂直方向的直径且没有改变平行于上盖154测量的裙部156的直径。椭圆形口部162的增加的长直径使得该口部比圆形口部可以更容易地接受径向相对于铰接组件40的那部分唇部152。另外,裙部156的垂直于轴线164的横截面仍保持圆形,因此裙部156如在第一实施例中那样与管筒34的整个周边啮合。
图15~18所示的封闭件150和图1~14所示的封闭件之间的另一差别是封闭件150没有整体的密封膜片58和拉环62。可将单独的膜带或挡布加在容器的内侧以覆盖底部法兰36。或者,在某些场合,可使顶盖152和出口装置32紧密贴合,使其完全不渗漏流体,并特别使显示不正当打开的装置161原封不动,从而可以省去膜片58。
可以应用简单的折叠步骤定位顶盖、出口和显示不正当打开的撕裂条,从它们的模制位置定位到其关闭的位置,而不需要“定位焊”或其它加热操作。该封闭件可相当牢固地快速关闭而不需要将其部件粘接或焊接在一起,所以在搬运期间仍然保持关闭,并可以容易地清洁地插入容器上的小孔中。
可以提供选择性地由在模制操作中剩下的残余塑料制成的定向柱,使封闭件自动定向,当其向下沿倾斜面滑行时,其铰接侧位于后面。使倾斜表面变粗糙可以增强倾斜面的取向能力。
封闭件具有撕裂和除去出口密封膜的拉环。该拉环的自由侧在出口周边的一个位置凸出到出口边缘的上面。拉环的外侧可以用手指触及并可以进一步往上推而被抓住。如果模制聚乙烯(它可以热焊接于聚乙烯涂层板上,但基本上无弹性),该盖子可作成拱形,形成接纳该拉环升高部分的内部空间。
封闭件的拱形顶盖可以作成美观的但仍具有相当低外形的构形。低外形的构形也具有功能性部件例如前部升高的表面,该表面从人字墙顶部形容器的倾斜面板垂直延伸,使得它不伸过容器任何一个侧面板的平面。
顶盖具有一个或多个靠近铰接件的从顶盖延伸的模制在其上的腿部,当顶盖38被打开而使顶盖38离开出口32时,该腿部紧靠着出口32的外侧。在关闭顶盖38时,该腿部叠靠着出口32。这使得封闭件30可以用容易焊接的聚乙烯模制,聚乙烯没有记忆效应并在贮存期间产生非弹性形变。
可以使显示不正当打开的结构的撕裂条分叉,方法是在各端部提供单独的拉片,这样,用左手或右手的人都可以同样方便地启开封闭件。
撕裂条可以沿半圆模制并且可以超出其位置之外,所以在折叠就位时其拉片可以紧贴于顶盖。这一特征可以防止撕裂带在组装期间卡在容器壁的通孔中。
拉片的顶边缘伸到顶盖裙部顶部的上面。各个顶边缘容易被推离顶盖,使得可以紧紧握住其中一个拉片,以撕下撕裂条并打开封闭件。当撕裂条折叠就位并关闭封闭件时撕裂条的脚部接触封闭件的底部法兰。这种接触使撕裂条转动,有助于将显示不正当打开的结构的第二部分推入底部法兰的凹槽中。
封闭件可以容易地组装到其封闭的位置,在作进一步处理期间,其部件和附件均保持在其封闭位置,而不需要进行任何焊接操作或类似操作。形成足够使用的持久性封闭件所需要的密封操作可以在将封闭件接合到容器壁上时同时进行,方法是采用同样的超声工具,或采用将封闭件装在容器内壁上的其它能源、紧固件或粘合件。这种措施节省了制造步骤并避免了封闭件的形变,这种形变是由于在将封闭件装到容器上之前在封闭件上进行的塑料焊接操作引起的。
按另一种方式在封闭件上形成的平顶盖具有很低的外形。封闭件裙部的摆动侧比裙部的铰接侧深。这种结构使得顶盖口可以伸得稍远一些,以便接受管筒唇部的自由侧。
如图19所示,步骤400是为封闭件准备模具。该模具可以装在注射模制机上,该模制机还可以具有附加的模具,优选数目是64个模具。在步骤402用聚合物材料灌注,形成整体的单件封闭件。优选的聚合物材料是聚乙烯,然而也可以用其它聚合物材料来制造封闭件。在步骤404打开模具,并提供一种传送装置将封闭件从模制机传送到折叠机上。传送机可以是具有用于接收封闭件的分隔区域的平臂传送机。在步骤406将封闭件装在传送机上。此操作这样进行,即用一个柱将封闭件推出模具。为接纳封闭件,传送装置还具有真空装置。
在步骤408,将封闭件传送到相邻的折叠机。在步骤410将封闭件从传送装置传送到重新取向装置。封闭件放置在重新取向装置上,使出口的底部和顶盖的顶部沿不能折叠的方向面朝外。该方向是不能折叠的,因为如果折叠,铰接组件就会断开,而且出口不能像要求的那样被覆盖。重新取向装置可以是具有槽的平板,该槽可以带有或不带有接收封闭件的真空装置。在步骤412,重新取向装置使封闭件移到折叠装置并装在折叠装置上,由此将封闭件重新定向于可折叠的方向,使出口的底部和顶盖的顶部面向内。在步骤414,利用折叠装置将顶盖折叠到出口上。折叠装置类似于门的活叶进行操作,以将顶盖折叠到出口上。在步骤416,封闭件从折叠装置上退出到配置于下面的封装和分配用的传送机构上。
Claims (22)
1.一种容器用的封闭件,该封闭件包括:
出口,它具有法兰和突出于该法兰的管筒,该管筒形成一个孔;
顶盖,它具有上盖和突出于该上盖的裙部,该裙部具有至少一个由其凸出的支柱;以及
铰接组件,它使顶盖连接出口,该铰接组件便于从出口可重新封闭地启开顶盖,而同时保持顶盖与出口的连接;
由此,支柱支承在管筒上并几乎垂直于该管筒,从而可以在倒出容器中的所装物质时防止受到顶盖的干扰。
2.如权利要求1所述的封闭件,它还包括至少一个装在管筒上的台阶,该台阶基本上垂直于法兰,由此该至少一个支柱在倾倒期间靠在台阶上,而当顶盖处于封闭位置时则支承在该台阶上。
3.如权利要求1所述的封闭件,它还包括通过一个柱连接于膜片的拉环,该膜片配置在上述孔中,由此通过驱动拉环便可以除去膜片。
4.如权利要求3所述的封闭件,其特征在于,顶盖在上盖和裙部之间具有倾斜的过渡部分,以便于使上盖倾斜,该倾斜的上盖使得拉环与上盖相一致地倾斜,由此,使用者可容易地抓到拉环。

在模具中模制封闭件,使得出口和顶盖大体位于同一平面上,并且封闭件的所有部件被成形为单一的整体件;
从模具中取出封闭件;以及
将顶盖折叠在出口上。

9.如权利要求7所述的方法,它还包括将封闭件从模具传送到折叠机。
10.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,从模具中取出封闭件包括打开模具、将封闭件从模腔中向外推、和将封闭件装在传输装置上。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,它还包括在折叠前将处于不能折叠取向的封闭件传送给折叠机的保持部件,然后将封闭件转移到折叠部件,由此使封闭件的取向反转到可折叠取向。
12.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,封闭件还包括显示不正当打开的组件,该组件包括至少一个通过可断裂部分固定于出口和顶盖中的一个之上的部分,该显示不正当打开的组件被模制为单一整体件的一部分。
13.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,封闭件还包括成形为单一整体件一部分的定向柱。
14.如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,封闭件还包括利用一个柱连接于膜片的拉环,该膜片设置在孔中,由此通过驱动拉环可除去膜片,该拉环与膜片形成为单一整体件的一部分。
15.一种其上具有封闭件的容器,通过该封闭件可以获得容器中所装物质,该容器按照下述方法进行生产,该方法包括:
形成封闭件,该封闭件包括:出口,该出口具有法兰和凸出于该法兰的管筒,该管筒形成一个孔;顶盖,具有上盖和凸出于上盖的裙部,该裙部具有在倒出容器中所装物质期间防止发生干扰的装置;和铰接组件,该组件使顶盖连接于出口,该铰接组件可以从出口可重新封闭地启开顶盖,而同时保持顶盖与出口的连接;
在容器的入口区域周围配置封闭件;以及
将封闭件焊接到容器上,由此使铰接件的至少一部分接合到出口上。
16.如权利要求15所述的容器,其特征在于,封闭件还包括至少一个装在管筒上的台阶,该台阶基本上垂直于法兰,由此在倾倒期间至少一个支柱靠在台阶上,而当顶盖位于密封位置时则支承于台阶上。
17.如权利要求15所述的容器,其特征在于,封闭件还包括通过柱连接于膜片的拉环,该膜片配置在孔中,通过驱动拉环可以除去膜片。
18.如权利要求17所述的容器,其特征在于,顶盖在上盖和裙部之间具有倾斜的过渡部分,以便于使上盖倾斜,倾斜的上盖使拉环与上盖相一致的倾斜,由此容易抓到拉环。
19.如权利要求15所述的容器,其特征在于,封闭件还包括配置在封闭件上的定向柱,从而可使封闭件在容器上正确定位。

21.组合:
一种具有入口区域的容器;以及
一种封闭件,该封闭件包括:出口,它具有法兰和凸出于法兰的管筒,该管筒形成一个孔;顶盖,它具有上盖和凸出于上盖的裙部,该裙部具有至少一个由其凸出的支柱;铰接组件,它将顶盖连接于出口,该铰接组件便于从出口可重新封闭地启开盖子,而同时保持顶盖与出口的连接。
22.一种用于获得容器中所装物质的封闭件,该封闭件配置在该容器上,该封闭件包括:
出口,它具有法兰和凸出于该法兰的具有内侧面和外侧面的管筒,该管筒的内侧面形成一个孔,该管筒具有至少一个配置在管筒外侧面上的台阶;
顶盖,它具有上盖和凸出于上盖的裙部,该裙部至少具有一个凸出于该裙部的支柱,该支柱相应于管筒的台阶配置;以及
铰接组件,它使顶盖连接于出口,铰接组件使得从出口可重新封闭地启开顶盖,而同时保持顶盖与出口的连接;
由此,从出口上取下顶盖导致产生表示先前密封或重新密封正确的预定声音。
