Abstract

Description
发明的技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁组合物,该组合物提供表面,特别是坚硬表面的有效清洗和光泽性能。
发明背景
可提供清洁光亮表面的组合物的配方为本领域中熟知的清洁组合物的配方设计师的课题。更具体地,提供光亮的表面的问题通常是由留在该表面上的组合物残余物引起的,这些残余物看起来如同水蒸发后留下的条痕。当组合物用于清洗光滑材料制成的表面,如光滑瓷砖、橱窗和镜子,或如北美洲广泛使用的聚氨酯涂覆的聚氯乙烯材料时,残余物的问题更为显著了。进一步说,当今很多产品都配制成或可用作无清洗产品。在这种情况下或在这些产品中,残余物的问题变得更严重了。
于是,需要有一种组合物,该组合物可提供有效的清洗性能但同时提供清洗过的表面以光泽且无任何残余物。
为满足这一需要,本领域提出了众多的解决方案,包括使用酸、镁离子或使用WO 95/21229、EP 0,639,833或US 3,839,234中叙述的某些溶剂。
申请人意外地发现这个需要也可由配制组合物满足,该组合物包含按一定配比含有的烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂及甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂的表面活性剂体系,组合物的pH值至少为4。
这个发现令人特别惊讶的是,在使用可提供有效清洁的烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂时,发现干燥后会形成晶体,在清洗后的表面上形成斑点残余物;但另一方面,使用同样为有效清洁组分的甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂时,会留下非结晶的残余物,在表面上形成油脂状的膜。令人意外地,按一定配比使用烷基硫酸盐及甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂,不仅提供表面的有效清洗,而且可使上述残余物出现更少,或甚至不再出现。
申请人进一步发现,在这个表面活性剂体系中加入溶剂可提供增强的清洗功能并对光泽度有益。
因此,本发明的优点为,提供组合物,该组合物可提供表面的有效清洗及表面光泽性能。
本发明的另一优点为,提供具有有效消毒性能的组合物。
本发明的另一优点为,提供对皮肤温和的组合物。
发明总结
本发明涉及一种清洁组合物,该组合物包含含有烷基硫酸盐及甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂的表面活性剂体系,其中烷基硫酸盐对甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱的重量比为5.5∶1至100∶1,组合物的pH值至少为4。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,组合物包含有增强组合物清洗和光泽性能的溶剂。
在本发明的另一优选实施方案中,组合物还包含有可提供给组合物有效消毒性能的过氧漂白剂。
发明的具体陈述
本发明的基本特征为表面活性剂体系,该体系包含有烷基硫酸盐及甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂,其中烷基硫酸盐对甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂有一定的重量比。烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂
此处使用的烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂是那些分子式为ROSO3 -M+的物质,其中R代表含有6至24个碳原子,更优选地6至16个碳原子,最优选地8至14个碳原子的烷基基团。M代表水加溶阳离子。烷基基团可以为直链或支链构型,优选地为直链构型。
烷基硫酸盐商业上可以商品名为Rhodapon从Rhone Poulenc或以商品名为EMPICOL从Albright&Wilson得到。此处使用的优选的商品化烷基硫酸盐为EMPICOL0137/A。甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂
本发明中的组合物包含有甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂,或其衍生物,或其混合物。本发明的另外的优点为该甜菜碱和/或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂的温和作用。因此,此处的组合物特别适合于清洗敏感的表面,如与食物和/或婴儿接触的敏感的待洗衣物或表面。此外,甜菜碱和/或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂对皮肤同样特别地温和,因此有助于使用者对本发明组合物的方便使用。
本发明的组合物中使用适宜的甜菜碱/磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂,其中分子中含有碱性或酸性基团,这些基团形成内盐,使分子在宽pH值范围内具有阳离子或阴离子的亲水基团。在U.S.Pat.Nos.2,082,275,2,702,279和2,255,082中叙述了这些清洁剂的一些常见的实施例,此处引用作为参考。优选的甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂具有如下结构式其中R1为含有从约1至约24个碳原子,优选地从8至18,更优选地从12至14个碳原子的烷基,其中R2和R3含有从1至3个碳原子,优选地1个碳原子,其中n为从1至10,优选地从1至6,更优选地为1的整数,Y选自羧基和磺酰基,并且其中R1、R2和R3基团的总和为从约14至约24个碳原子,或其混合物。
特别适宜的甜菜碱表面活性剂的实施例包括C12-C18烷基二甲基甜菜碱,如椰子甜菜碱和C10-C16烷基二甲基甜菜碱,如月桂基甜菜碱。
椰子甜菜碱和月桂基甜菜碱商业上可以商品名为Amonyl 265和Empigen BB/L分别从Seppic和Albright&Wilson得到。
典型地,此处的组合物含有总组合物的至少0.005%重量的上述甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂,或其衍生物,或其混合物,优选地从0.01%至10%,更优选地从0.1%至5%。
本发明的一个重要特征是烷基硫酸盐对甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱的重量比。因此,超出下述范围的比值,如甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂比烷基硫酸盐有更高的比例,将不能提供清洗和光泽作用,但只有清洗作用,而仍会留下油脂状残余物。另一方面,烷基硫酸盐对甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂的比值超过100∶1将导致表面出现晶形斑点残余物。因此,一个重要特征是组合物中烷基硫酸盐和甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂的存在范围为烷基硫酸盐对甜菜碱的重量比为5.5∶1至100∶1,优选地从10∶1至50∶1。为具有更佳的清洗和光泽性能,烷基硫酸盐对甜菜碱的重量比从15∶1至30∶1最为优选。pH值

当使用时,溶剂将有利地供给组合物增强的清洗和光泽性能。本发明组合物中加入的适宜的溶剂包括丙二醇衍生物如正丁氧基丙醇或正丁氧丙氧基丙醇,水溶性CARBITOL溶剂或水溶性CELLOSOLVE溶剂。水溶性CARBITOL溶剂为2-(2-烷氧乙氧基)乙醇类化合物,其中烷氧基基团来自于乙基、丙基或丁基。优选的水溶性卡必醇为2-(2-丁氧乙氧基)乙醇,也被认为是丁基卡必醇。水溶性CELLOSOLVE溶剂为2-烷氧乙氧基乙醇类化合物,2-丁氧乙氧基乙醇为优选。其它适宜溶剂有苯甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇及二醇如2-乙基-1,3-己二醇和2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇及其混合物。此处使用的优选溶剂为正丁氧丙氧基丙醇、丁基卡必醇及其混合物。此处使用的最优选溶剂为丁基卡必醇。
未稀释的本发明组合物中溶剂的典型含量为组合物的0.01%至10%重量,优选地3%至7%的重量。过氧漂白剂
此处使用的另一适宜的附加组分为过氧漂白剂。本发明组合物中的过氧漂白剂,特别是过氧化氢、过硫酸盐等等,有助于该组合物的消毒性能。因此,不受理论的约束,认为该过氧漂白剂可侵蚀微生物体细胞的生命机能,例如,它可抑制微生物体细胞质中核糖体单元的组合。并且,该过氧漂白剂如过氧化氢是强氧化剂,可产生能攻击蛋白质和核酸的羟基自由基。此外,该过氧漂白剂,尤其是过氧化氢的存在,可提供强的去污作用,这在待洗衣物和坚硬表面应用中特别显著。
此处使用的过氧化氢来源指任何与水接触能产生过氧化氢的化合物。此处使用的适宜水溶性过氧化氢来源包括过碳酸盐、过硅酸盐、过硫酸盐如单过硫酸盐,过硼酸盐和过氧酸如二过氧十二烷二酸(DPDA),过苯二甲酸镁及其混合物。
优选的过氧漂白剂为过氧化氢,或其水溶性来源,或其混合物。最优选的过氧漂白剂为过氧化氢。
除过氧漂白剂外,可用其它类过氧化物作为过氧化氢及其来源的替代物或与过氧化氢及其来源结合使用。适宜的种类包括二烷基过氧化物、二酰基过氧化物、预先形成的过羧酸、有机及无机过氧化物。
典型地,此处的组合物含有总组合物的至少0.01%重量的该过氧漂白剂或其混合物,优选地从0.1%至15%,更优选地从1%至10%。
以下的消毒测试方法可用于测定组合物的消毒性能:消毒测试方法
组合物的消毒性能可通过该组合物的杀菌活性测定。在欧洲标准,1995年11月由欧洲标准化委员会(布鲁赛尔)发布的标准prEN 1276,CEN/TC 216 N 59中叙述了估计组合物杀菌活性的测试方法。欧洲标准prEN 1276,CEN/TC 216 N 59,规定了测定方法和消毒组合物的最低杀菌活性的要求。如果细菌菌落形成单位(cfu)从107cfu(起始含量)降至102cfu(与消毒产品接触后的最终含量),即需要缩减105的活力,测试即可通过。螯合剂
螯合剂也是适于在此处使用的附加组分。优选螯合试剂选自于氨基膦酸盐。此处使用的适宜的氨基膦酸盐化合物包括氨基亚烷基聚亚烷基膦酸盐、乙烷1-羟基二膦酸碱金属盐、次氮基三亚甲基膦酸盐、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸盐及二亚乙基三氨五亚甲基膦酸盐。膦酸盐化合物可以以它们的酸形式或基于它们的部分或全部酸官能团的各种阳离子盐的形式存在。此处使用的优选的氨基膦酸盐螯合剂为二亚乙基三氨五亚甲基膦酸盐。这种膦酸盐螯合剂商业上可以商品名为DEQUEST从Monsanto得到。
已经发现该螯合试剂,尤其是如二亚乙基三氨五亚甲基膦酸盐的膦酸盐螯合剂,可进一步促进过氧化氢的消毒性能,在本发明组合物中特别优选。
典型地,本发明的组合物中含有总组合物的5%重量的螯合剂,或其混合物,优选地从0.002%至3%重量,更优选地从组合物的0.002%至1.5%重量。非必需的化合物
此处的组合物可另外含有各种其它的非必需化合物,非必需化合物包括抗菌的化合物,如商业上可从如Sigma、Systems-Bioindustries(SBI)-Manheimer公司得到的丁香酚、增效助剂、缓冲剂、杀菌剂、酶、水溶助长剂、着色剂、稳定剂、漂白活化剂、污垢悬浮剂、染料转移剂、增亮剂、香精、防尘剂、分散剂、染料转移抑制剂、色素、香料和染料。组合物的配制形式
本发明组合物可以配制成固体或液体。当组合物配制成固体时,使用前要将其与适当溶剂,典型地为水混合。当配制成液体形式时,组合物优选地但不必需地配制成含水组合物。为便于使用,液体组合物在此处为优选的。组合物的包装形式
此处的组合物可用本领域技术人员熟知的各种适宜的清洁剂包装材料包装。此处的液体组合物可用人工操作的喷雾分散容器理想地包装,该容器通常是由合成有机聚合塑料材料制成。于是,本发明也包括本发明中的液体清洁组合物在喷雾分散器中的包装,优选地在触发喷雾分散器中包装。实际上,该喷雾型分散器可将本发明的适于使用的液体清洁组合物均匀地施加在待清洁表面的相对较大的面积上,从而有助于该组合物的清洁性能。这种喷雾型分散器特别适于清洗垂直表面。
本发明使用的适当的喷雾型分散器包括由如Specialty PackagingProducts公司或Continental Sprayers公司出售的人工操作泡沫触发型分散器。这些类型的分散器公布在,如授权Dunnining等的US-4,701,311及授权Focarracci的US-4,646,973和US-4,538,745。此处使用的特别优选的为喷雾型分散器如商业上可从Continental SprayInternational得到的T 8500或商业上可从北爱尔兰的Canyon得到的T 8100。在这种分散器中,液体组合物被分成细小的液滴直接喷射到被处理表面上。实际上,在这种喷雾型分散器中,该分散器主体中的组合物可由使用者通过抽吸装置的能量由喷雾型分散器的顶部调节方向,该抽吸装置是由该使用者起动的。更特别地,在该喷雾型分散器顶部,迫使组合物通过障碍物,如格栅或锥形物等等,以提供冲击促使液体组合物雾化的动力,即促使液滴的形成。
本发明的组合物也可以制成拭纸的形式,此处“拭纸”的意思是用后可丢弃的加入了本发明液体组合物的纸巾。于是,本发明也包括拭纸,如用后可丢弃的加入了本发明液体组合物的纸巾。在该拭纸浸渍的优选的制作中,更优选地用该液体组合物浸渍。优选地,该拭纸包装在塑料盒中。这种制作的优点是,使用者可更快地使用清洁组合物,甚至可在户外使用,即不需要把本发明液体组合物倒在待处理的表面上并用布将其擦干。换句话说,甚至可使表面的清洁一步完成。
本发明包括清洁表面的方法,其中本发明的组合物涂在该表面上。
此处“表面”的意思是包括坚硬表面如浴室、厨房、地板、桌面、冰箱、墙壁、瓷砖、清洗表面等等的任何表面。
本发明的清洁表面方法中,该组合物可以以其纯的形式或其稀释形式涂在待消毒的表面上。
此处“稀释形式”的意思是在此处清洁方法中使用的以液体或固体形式存在的组合物,可由使用者稀释,典型地用水稀释至其重量的1000倍,优选地至300倍,更优选地用水稀释至其重量的80至30倍,最优选地稀释至60至40倍。
本发明方法的优选的实施方案中,该组合物以其稀释形式涂在待清洁表面,如坚硬表面上,组合物涂覆后,不需要冲洗该表面;实际上,该表面上没有留下可见的残余物。
本发明在下面的无限制的实施例中加以说明,其中除非另外说明,所有百分数都是基于重量的。
下面用于测定清洁和光泽效用的测试方法如下:清洁测试方法
在标准的瓷盘上涂油脂/颗粒物质而弄脏,然后烘焙该盘。然后将测试组合物涂在海绵上,然后放在加德勒仪器上。加德勒仪器测定达到95-99%清洁程度盘子所需的擦拭次数。如此(即不稀释)及用水稀释浓度为1.5%进行性能测定。光泽测试方法
把五毫米的测试产品施加在浸湿的海绵的一面。把浸湿的海绵用均匀的压力从顶部至底部在预先用异丙醇清洗过的黑色瓷砖上压一下。在经专家鉴定人分级前,把涂有产品的瓷砖干燥10分钟。用浸湿的海绵但不用测试产品重复上述测试,作为对照基准。
经专家鉴定估计产品成膜/成条痕的比面积。把表示成膜/成条痕量的数值归于每一产品。对于测试结果,用了0-4的等级
0=测试产品与对照基准间无差别,即测试产品的成膜/成条痕性能很差。
4=测试产品与对照基准间有明显差别,即测试产品不成膜/成条痕。

Claims (14)
1.一种清洁组合物,包含含有烷基硫酸盐及甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂的表面活性剂体系,其中烷基硫酸盐对甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱的重量比为5.5∶1至100∶1,其中组合物的pH值至少为4。
2.根据权利要求1的清洁组合物,其中上述烷基硫酸盐对甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱的比值为10∶1至50∶1,优选地15∶1至30∶1。
3.根据权利要求1和2中任一项的清洁组合物,其中烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂是那些分子式为ROSO3 -M+的物质,其中R代表含有6至24个碳原子,优选地6至16个碳原子,更优选地8至14个碳原子的烷基基团,并且M代表水加溶阳离子。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项的清洁组合物,其中该组合物还另外包含溶剂。
6.根据权利要求5的清洁组合物,其中该溶剂选自于丙二醇衍生物、2-(2-烷氧乙氧基)乙醇类化合物、2-烷氧乙氧基乙醇类化合物、苯甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、二醇及其混合物,优选地选自于丙二醇衍生物和2-(2-烷氧乙氧基)乙醇类化合物。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项的清洁组合物,其中该组合物还另外含有过氧漂白剂。
8.加入根据权利要求1-7中任一项的清洁组合物的拭纸。
9.根据权利要求1-7中任一项的清洁组合物,其中该组合物包装在喷雾分散器中,优选地包装在触发喷雾分散器中。
10.清洗表面的方法,通过在该表面上涂上权利要求1-7中任一项规定的组合物。
11.根据权利要求8的清洗表面的方法,其中该组合物在涂在该表面以前,用水稀释至其重量的1000倍,优选地至300倍,更优选地用水稀释至其重量的80至40倍,最优选地稀释至60至30倍。
12.根据权利要求11的方法,其中该表面在涂过该组合物后,不需要冲洗。
13.烷基硫酸盐及甜菜碱或磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂体系在清洁组合物中的应用,以提供给用该组合物清洗的表面以清洁和光泽。
14.权利要求1-7中任一项规定的溶剂在清洁组合物中的应用,以提供给用该组合物清洗的表面以清洁和光泽。
