Description

改进烟草厂产品质量的方法
本发明属于电子科学领域并应用于由烟草厂衍生的诸工业制造产品领域,诸如香烟,雪茄烟,烟斗烟,一般的烟草及其各种类型。更为具体而言,本发明涉及由烟草厂衍生诸产品的质量改进,并能在烟草加工期间和/或其产品生产期间加以应用。
二次世界大战后,随着香烟的大量生产,肺癌、口腔癌和咽癌病,心血管病以及一般讲对人体严重而又致命的疾病大量增加。很快人们把这一事实与烟草产品,特别是香烟的消费相连系,它们都含有大量有毒的化学物质,在烟草的固态期及其气态期存在。对于前者,固态期,在其燃烧(使用)之前,烟草含有直接有毒的物质,例如沥青,尼古丁一类。对于后者,气态期,在其燃烧(使用)期间产生对人体有害的更多的有毒物质。
针对这一包含在这些产品内以及在其使用期间产生有毒物质的问题,近几年,人们已经使用各种不同的工业产品,如一种或多种用途的收集沥青和尼古丁的过滤器,一般通用的香烟过滤器,以及最近的生物学过滤器,这些,在今天对来自烟草固态和气态期的有毒物质提供了最大可能的预防。这是当今工艺技术的发展水平。然而,所有这些产品都是企图在吸烟阶段通过中间介入来限制烟草物质的毒害作用。今天还没有在产品使用之前,也即在产品到达最终消费者之前作用于固态烟草的有毒物质本身来限止其毒害作用的方法或产品。

本发明提供了一种方法,该方法在消费者使用之前作用于固态烟草,并能在或者烟草工艺和加工和其最终产品生产期间加以应用,或者应用于最终产品本身(香烟包装,雪茄烟和烟丝袋装)。本发明作用于存在的有毒物质,改进烟草的质量,从而由消费者加以使用的最终产品对其健康具有较少的有害影响。本发明对烟草厂工业产品的质量改进提供了一种新的原始方法。质量改进借用对烟草厂工业产品发射由电机或电子装置产生所复盖广阔波长的电磁波而实现,电磁波的发射预先加以编程,并且有受控的功率、应用时间和质量结果。
本发明的优点在于它作用在固态烟草的有毒物质本身并限止其毒性作用,因而达到烟草工业产品质量的明显改进。再者,本方法的极其重要的优点是,改进的开始随该法应用的开始就实现,因而达到明显改进,其所需的应用时间不长,不超过几小时。该法的另一优点是,它具有广泛的工业应用,而且更有甚者,它无需要改或者烟草加工期间或者最终产品(香烟包装,雪茄烟和烟丝袋装)生产期间现有工业的操作规范或制造设备。该法的再一个优点是,它不仅应用于烟草的加工和其最终产品的工业制造阶段期间,而且也直接应用于最终产品,即使在其包装之后或者当它们存放区域时也如此,并且也能容许用于家庭。该法的又一优点在于,对其应用它无需烟草产品和装置加以固定。这样,该法可在船上或运输容器上应用,从而将使其质量改进在其抵达目的地射加以达到。该法的再一个优点是,其应用费用便宜,因它只需十分低的操作成本。
下面借助于非限制例子,并参考所附绘图来叙述本发明,附图说明构成本发明目标的该方法之一种应用形式。
该图说明本发明对最终工业烟草产品和最终包装产品的一种应用方式。
本发明的一种应用方式参考附图加以描述。将包装好的(1)或包装在箱子内(2)的最终工业烟草产品在客户存储温度下放置在存放区域内。在它们附近放置一操作编程过的电机或电子装置(3),后者发射出电磁波(6),并从其上延伸出一末端终止在其发射天线(5)处的管子(4)。电磁波射向最终的工业烟草产品(1)或射向包装在箱子中的产品(2)。发射天线(5)可以构成发射装置(3)的整体部分或者用一管子(4)与之相连。
电机或电子装置(3)产生从1mm覆盖至11,000km宽广波长范围的电磁波(6)连同其由该装置产生的谐波频率,并且所述电源波(6)或者以1mm至11,000Km全波长或者以特殊区域的一个或更多个部分加以发射,从而达到所有烟草元素的共振。这些电磁波归属的频率区域内国际命名的EHL(极高频),HF超高频),UHF(超高频),VHF(甚高频),HF(高频),MF(中频),LF(低频),VLF(甚低频)加以表征。这些电磁波的发射通过装置(3)的电机或电子线路加以编程使之并不连续而是脉冲式的。所发射诸脉冲之间的长度可以是恒定的或可变的时间。所发射诸脉冲暂停之间的长度可以是恒定的或可变的时间。
电磁波(6)的发射可以任何方式加以调制,或者可完全不加以调制。
在对此法加以应用,为了在相同时间内获得相同的质量改进,电磁波(6)的发射能力随电磁波(6)之发射源与工业烟草产品(1)之间距离的每一增量更改,或者甚至随工业烟草产品(1)之量的每一增量更改而增加,反之亦然。同样均对此法加以应用时,为了以相同的能力获得相同的质量改进,应用的持续时间必须随电磁波(6)的发射源(5)与工业烟草产品(1)之间距离的每一增量更改,或者甚至随工业烟草产品(1)之量的每一增量更改而增加,反之亦然。
此外,有可能在同一地方存在从一个以上的装置同时发射出电磁波(6)。为了获得所希望的结果,所提供的同时发射的能力必须始终是低的,但不管是使用一个装置还是多个装置,当应用本法于工业烟草产品时,决不要引起其温度的任何明显增加,也不要使发射力下降至低于0.0001mW。
借助于增加由电磁波(6)提供的总的同时发射能力,本法的用户能够减少所需的时间而达到所选的质量改进水平,电磁波的发射能力必须保持在低水平以便不引起工业烟草产品温度的明显增加,反之亦然,但不要使发射能力下降至低于0.0001mW。
工业烟草产品质量改进的开始随本法应用的开始而发生,而发生明显改进所需的应用时间不长,不超过几小时。
在法应用的持续周期取决于应用本法于工业烟草产品的类型,并与所希望的质量结果成比例。这样,本法应用的持续周期愈长,对本法加以应用的工业烟草产品的质量改进就愈大。
即使在电磁波脉冲发射源与工业烟草产品之间存在诸如长片板,木箱,混凝土和金属之类的材料,除了接地的导体材料外同样也可应用此法。
烟草产品的工艺,制造和商业企业均广泛采用本方法,并且或者在烟草的加工期间,或者在产品的制造期间,或者甚至当最终烟草产品包装之后放在存放区或包装在箱子中时均可加以应用。
该法导致工业烟草产品明显的质量改进,因它针对固态烟草的有毒物质,牵制其毒害作用,因而达到工业烟草产品重要的质量改进,使得消费者所使用的最终产品对其健康具有较少的有害影响。

Claims (13)

1.一种采用电磁波(6)使烟草厂产品(1)质量改进以减少使用其产品所引起有害生物学后果的方法,其特征在于,大量烟草厂产品(1)接收来自覆盖宽广频率范围的合成电磁波发射的电磁能量,所述合成电磁波发射包含确定数量和/或不确定数量的、具有不同标志频率值的众多独立电磁波发射(6),并且所述合成电磁波发射由电子和/或电机装置(3)产生,每一独立发射和/或作为整体的合成发射不连续地运行,而是采用任一脉冲形式、以发射不断被中断和/或功率输出变化从最大至零的方式进行。
2.如权利要求1所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,每一带有标志频率值的独立电磁波发射和/或就其整体而言由众多带有不同标志频率值的电磁波发射(6)构成的合成发射按下以方式运行:伴随有对称和/或不对称的中断持续和运行时间,任何对称和/或不对称的中断持续和运行时间的成分种类,以及对每一独立和/或合成发射的周期性功率输出变化用的任何脉冲形式。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,每一独立和/或合成发射的中断持续时间可以具有从1皮秒至20秒的任何值,而每一独立和/或合成发射的运行持续时间可以具有从1飞秒(femptosecond)至5秒的任何值。
4.如权利要求3所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,每一独立和/或合成发射的中断持续时间为1微秒至2秒,而每一独立和/或合成发射的运行持续时间为1微秒至0.5秒。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,每一独立发射的不同频率的电磁波(6)具有不同和/或相同的功率,并覆盖从30Hz直到300GHz电磁波谱频率的宽广范围或诸范围或整个最宽广的范围,从而所发射的每一带有标志频率值的独立电磁波发射的脉冲激励活动合适地同烟草诸元素的每一原子和/或分子系统的自然脉冲频率相一致以产生谐振环境。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,在从30Hz直至300GHz电磁波谱频率的最宽广范围所产生的、带有标志频率值的、具有诸不同电磁波频率(6)的独立辐射朝着大量烟草厂产品(1)进行辐射。
7.如权利要求6所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,在30Hz至50GHz的电磁波谱频率范围内进行发射。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,在运行时,该法的应用通过至少一个装置发射事先确定和/或不确定的众多不同电磁波频率(6)的独立发射来进行。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,在运行时,该法的应用通过一个以上装置而每个装置发射事先确定和/或不确定的众多不同电磁波频率(6)的独立发射来进行,其中,每一装置发射事先确定和/或不确定的众多本质上不同于和/或本质上相同于其它装置频率的电磁波(6)发射。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,由众多各种不同和/或相同频率的电磁波(6)之独立发射构成的合成发射作为一个整体以及带有特定标志频率值的每一独立电磁波发射均可由任何一种调制型式加以调制。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,也可通过一个以上装置的本质上同时运行或者不同时运行加以应用,这些装置在同一地方发射事先确定和/或不确定的众多不同频率的独立电磁波(6)辐射,其中,每一个发射相同和/或不同功率的电磁波能量。
12.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,朝向烟草产品所发射的总的功率必须在保持低水平下引起所希望的结果,从而在用一个或多个装置对该法加以应用的烟草产品中不发生温度的明显增加。
13.如权利要求1或2所述的烟草厂产品质量改进的方法,其特征在于,其应用的持续时间取决于对该法加以应用的烟草产品的种类,并且所述应用的持续时间与所希望的质量结果成比例,从而使得应用的持续时间愈长,采用该方法而使烟草产品的质量改进就愈大。
