Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于治疗肝胆疾病的药物——肝胆治。全部选用纯中药制取,夏枯草、山栀子、黄芩、茵陈、玉米须、大黄、柴胡、郁金、姜黄、木香、炮山甲、甘草等,可制成汤剂、片剂、口服液等剂型。该药是纯中药配方,无毒副作用,集消炎溶石、排石、保肝护胆为一体,具有见效快、疗程短、药源丰富、全愈率高等优点,对肝内胆管结石、胆总管结石、胆结石、急慢性胆囊炎、肝囊肿、急性肝炎有特效,有效率达95%以上,全愈率达70%。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于治疗肝、胆疾病的中药。
目前治疗肝、胆结石、炎症、囊肿的常用药有胆石通、消炎利胆片、地王排石饮液等。胆石通、消炎利胆片对胆囊炎有效，但全愈率低，对肝内胆管结石无明显疗效，而地王排石饮液对肝胆结石虽有一定疗效，但全愈率低，对人体产生副作用，无保肝护胆的作用，而且价格昂贵，患者不易接受。
本发明的目的是提供一种见效快，疗程短，集消炎、溶石、排石、保肝护胆为一体，全愈率高的肝胆治药。
本发明采用以下配方制得：
夏枯草5～15重量份 山栀子5～15重量份
茵陈5～15重量份 玉米须10～30重量份
黄芩5～15重量份 大黄1～5重量份
柴胡5～15重量份 郁金5～15重量份
姜黄3～10重量份 木香3～10重量份
甘草5～15重量份 炮山甲1～10重量份。
按以上配方可制成汤剂、片剂、口服液等多种剂型。
本发明是纯中药配方，无毒副作用，集消炎溶石、排石、保肝护胆为一体，具有见效快、疗程短、药源丰富、全愈率高等优点，对肝内胆管结石、胆总管结石、胆结石、急慢性胆囊炎、肝囊肿、急性肝炎有特效，有效率达95％以上，全愈率达70％。
本发明是将祖传秘方经发明人进一步研究、创新、改进而得。配方为：
夏枯草5～15重量份 山栀子5～15重量份
茵陈5～15重量份 玉米须10～30重量份
黄芩5～15重量份 大黄1～5重量份
柴胡5～15重量份 郁金5～15重量份
姜黄3～10重量份 木香3～10重量份
甘草5～15重量份 炮山甲1～10重量份。
配方中茵陈可用绵陈替代，玉米须可用金钱草替代，黄芩可用黄连替代，大黄可用芒硝替代，木香可用枳壳、香附替代，炮山甲可用川芎、丹参、桃仁、红花、三棱、乳香、没药、王不留行、元胡等通血活经药替代。
方解：君药清肝利胆，祛湿解毒，选用夏枯草、山栀子、黄芩、黄连、茵陈、绵陈、玉米须、大黄、金钱草等。臣药疏肝解郁，行气化瘀，消肿止痛，选用柴胡、郁金、姜黄、木香、香附、枳壳等，佐以甘草调和诸药，缓急止痛、清热解毒，加强解毒利胆作用。使药用炮山甲、丹参、王不留行、川芎、元胡、桃仁、红花、乳香、没药、三棱、莪术之1至2味即可，起到活血通经，引药到病所的作用。君、臣、佐、使配伍，从而达到疏肝利胆，行气散瘀，溶石排石，祛湿解毒，通经止痛的疗效。
实施例：
汤剂：称取夏枯草8g、山栀子8g、茵陈3g、玉米须15g、黄芩8g、大黄3g、柴胡6g、郁金8g、姜黄4g、木香4g、炮山甲5g、甘草5g。将以上药材放入瓦罐，加冷水1500毫升，浸泡10分钟，用中火加热至沸，后用文火煎15～20分钟，取汁。药渣再加冷水300毫升用中火煎沸5分钟，取汁。将两次药液合并。分2～3次，一日内服完。
片剂：称取夏枯草4kg、山栀子4kg、茵陈4kg、金钱草8kg、黄连2kg、柴胡4kg、郁金4kg、姜黄2kg、甘草3kg。将以上药材选净放入锅中，加冷水600kg浸泡30分钟，中火加热至沸，改文火煎30分钟，取汁；药渣再加入200kg冷水煎沸20分钟，取汁，两次药液合并，文火浓缩成稠膏约4～5kg，为①。另外，量取大黄1.5kg、木香3kg碾成粉状，加入50％乙醇10kg浸泡，用渗漉法提取浸出液，并加入炮山甲粉末1kg混合，得②。将①、②混合均匀，制粒后，在50～60℃温度下干燥得约3kg颗粒，压片，得约1万粒，用羟丙基甲基纤维素薄膜包衣，装瓶，得成药。

1．一种纯中药剂肝胆治，其特征在于采用以下配方制得：
夏枯草5～15重量份 山栀于5～15重量份
茵陈5～15重量份 玉米须10～30重量份
黄芩5～15重量份 大黄1～5重量份
柴胡5～15重量份 郁金5～15重量份
姜黄3～10重量份 木香3～10重量份
甘草5～15重量份 炮山甲1～10重量份。
2．如权利要求1所述的肝胆治，其特征在于：茵陈可用绵陈替代，玉米须可用金钱草替代，黄芩可用黄连替代，大黄可用芒硝替代，木香可用枳壳、香附替代，炮山甲可用川芎、丹参、桃仁、红红、三棱、乳香、没药、王不留行、元胡等通血活经药替代。
3．如权利要求1所述的肝胆治，其特征在于：可制成汤剂、片剂、口服液等多种剂型。
