Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种夹层建筑构件的制造方法,所述建筑构件包括一芯部,和在所述芯部两相对的主表面上的表面层,所述芯部由矿物棉薄板(lamellae)组成,所述薄板相对该建筑构件为纵向伸展并且其纤维基本上垂直于表面层,所述方法包括通过用粘合剂将表面层固定到芯部的相对的主表面上而将表面层结合到芯部上。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种改善的制造夹层建筑构件的制造方法,所述方法使得可以对建筑构件进行连续动作的制造,同时还使得可以生产较小的批量,甚至是制造单件的建筑构件。为了实现该目的,本发明的方法的特征在于,该方法包括以具有一希望长度的区段向第一和第二表面层供应材料,所述区段顺序地设置,以使得前一区段的下游端与下一区段的上游端接靠或与其之间留有间隙,然后所述区段被临时接合在一起用于形成表面层材料的连续串,然后将该串结合到芯部的相对主表面上以产生夹层建筑构件的连续串,所述建筑构件串具有基本上彼此对齐设置的第一和第二串表面层材料的接合处,然后在表面层材料的接合处切割构件的连续串。
在本发明的方法中,表面层材料的相继区段优选地以这样一种贴边方式接合在一起,即,彼此相对的相继区段的端部彼此之间保持一距离,因此切割动作基本上仅施加到芯部上。
本发明的方法使得可以连续动作地生产薄板产品以及具有端部轮廓的构件。值得注意的是该薄板产品包括例如刨花板、纤维板构件和石膏板。

具体实施方式
图1a示意性地示出表面层材料的区段10、11在生产线上的顺序布置和在A处用以提供顺序构件之间的接合5的贴边/包边(taping)。优选地通过贴边形成结合,以使顺序构件的彼此相对的端部之间保持一个间距,该间距优选地与在后续分割建筑构件的切割步骤中使用的切割工具,例如切割锯的刀片,的厚度一致。在所描述的该实施例中,表面层材料的区段10和11的长度不相等。所述区段还可以在材料、颜色、宽度、厚度及其它性能方面彼此不同。当然,顺序的区段也可以彼此完全相同。结合在一起的表面层材料的区段构成一表面层材料串12。还可以构思通过各种薄膜(film)连接件、机械紧固件或塑料焊接进行临时结合。
施加到建筑构件的相对主表面上的表面层材料串彼此分开制造,并且用于每个建筑构件的相对主表面的表面层材料可以彼此相同或不同。
图1b示出一矿物棉芯部2及其构造。芯部2由矿物棉薄板区段7-9组成,其纤维面垂直于表面层材料(在图1b中垂直于纸面)地位于成品建筑构件中。薄板区段优选地由通用的矿物棉板材制成,其中纤维位于一个基本上与该板材的主表面平行(co-directional)的平面中。然后将该板材切割成其宽度与待制造的建筑构件的芯部的厚度一致的长条。在下一步骤中,将该长条翻转90°并彼此横向连接成一薄板结构的矿物棉垫,该垫连接在前一垫的后面,以使得各垫的薄板在其纵向方向相对于相邻的薄板移置以形成芯部2的一个连续的构造,如图1b中所示,其中相邻的薄板区段7-9具有彼此交错的薄板区段的邻接接头7a、8a、9a。例如,公开文献US5313758公开了制造这样一种芯部的方法。
图1c通过示例示出一种将芯部2和表面层材料串12层压以生产一种建筑构件的连续串13的方法。一布胶装置6用于将一种粘合剂或某种其它结合剂施加到靠近芯部2的表面层材料12的内表面,然后表面层材料串12由辊式传送机18a和18c朝向由辊式传送机18b输送的芯部2的主表面贴靠并被运送至一层压机构(未示出),并经受包含在该层压机构中的压力构件19之间的适当压力负荷P。在粘合剂层固化后,通过一切割装置16的刀片17切割建筑构件串13,以在表面层材料的接合处5使建筑构件1分开,该接合处5优选地在顺序的表面层区段的端部之间具有一个间距(图1c的下部相对于上部以稍微放大的比例示出以使得该接合处间距更清晰),从而切割操作基本上只作用在芯部2和将顺序的表面层区段彼此连接在一起的贴合带上。这大大地延长了刀片的使用寿命,并且减少了切割操作所需要的动力需求。
实施本发明的另一种构思为,施加至其中一个主表面上的表面层材料包括一种由均匀、一体的材料,例如从一卷材上伸展出的塑封钢板,组成的连续材料,并且只有施加至相对的主表面上的表面层材料由上述表面层材料区段10、11组成,所述区段可以彼此相同或不同并且彼此临时连接以形成一连续的串。因此,例如通过锯切进行的建筑构件的切割在一个主表面上的临时连接的区段10、11的接合处5实施,从而由一体的材料组成并位于相对的主表面上的表面层材料将在一相应的位置处被切割。该方案适用于例如在希望采用各种正面材料而内表面保持不变时。
图2a和2b稍微详细地示意性描述了一建筑构件1,它具有一个芯部2,该芯部的每一相对主表面分别具有表面层3和4,在本实施例中其纵向边缘具有榫槽结构。
图3示意性地示出一种实施形式,其中表面层材料包括一具有型面的塑封钢板。该平滑的板材料从一卷材20上展开并传送到一切割装置21以切割具有一期望长度的表面层材料区段23,该表面层材料区段供应至一型面形成机构22以使其纵向边缘形成所期望的型面,例如榫槽。该型面形成机构还可以用于在板材料表面上形成各种槽图案,例如用于装饰和/或加强目的。此外,还可以根据需要设想在该板材的短侧(端部区域)进行型面加工,或者可选择地向端部区域提供单独的端部构件以生产盒式构件。
型面形成机构22后面是将具有型面的区段23a运送至一个装配线上将该区段与前面的区段优选地通过贴边临时连接起来,如图1a所示。横跨表面层材料宽度的紧密贴边是最优选的连接技术,因为这样在层压过程中施加至芯部2的粘合剂或其它结合剂不会渗出接合处而弄脏该机构和/或待生产的建筑构件并可能导致机械故障。
图4a-4d示出通过本发明的一种方法制造的建筑构件的几个实施例,其中芯部2包括至少两种不同的薄板。
在图4a中,一边缘薄板20由一种在其耐熔性能方面比芯部的其它薄板更强和/或更好的矿物棉材料制成。该薄板元件20还具有例如用于电缆的通道28。在图4b中,除了一边缘薄板21外,一位于中央的薄板22也由一种比薄板25更结实的矿物棉构成,而且,边缘薄板21一体地具有通风管30和薄板元件22一体地具有通风管29和电缆通道28。在图4c中,边缘薄板23一体地具有一个用于容纳例如隐藏在一壁结构内的建筑框架元件的构造31。该边缘薄板23由比薄板25更结实的材料制成。图4d描述了一个实施例,其中一最外面的薄板24形成有一个容纳电缆通道28的构造32,并且芯部还具有一个位于中央的薄板元件22,该薄板元件22具有通风管29和电缆通道28。此外,在图4d的实施例中,表面层材料由一种与图4a-c的实施例相比更厚的建筑板组成,图4a-c的实施例的表面层材料优选地包括塑封钢板。表面层材料26和27可包括例如一包括石材的板、纤维板或石膏板。
薄板还可具有与其一体地做成的支靠在表面板上的固定件或支架元件,以用于各种接合需求。所述固定件或支架元件在将薄板结合到表面板的过程中可靠地粘附到表面板的内面上。
Claims (9)
1.一种夹层建筑构件(1)的制造方法,所述建筑构件包括一芯部(2),和在其两相对的主表面上的表面层(3,4),所述芯部(2)由矿物棉薄板(7,8,9)组成,所述薄板相对于建筑构件在纵向延伸,且在所述薄板中纤维面垂直于所述表面层,所述方法包括通过用一种粘合剂将所述表面层固定到所述芯部的相对主表面上而将表面层结合到该芯部上,其特征在于,所述方法包括以具有一希望长度的区段(10,11)向第一和第二表面层供应材料,所述区段顺序地设置,以使得前一区段的下游端与后一区段的上游端接靠或与其之间有一间隙,然后所述区段被临时接合(A)在一起以形成一表面层材料的连续串(12),然后将该串结合到芯部(2)的相对主表面上以产生夹层建筑构件的连续串(13),所述建筑构件串具有彼此对齐的第一和第二串表面层材料的接合处(5),然后在表面层材料的接合处(5)切割(B)构件的连续串(13)。
2.一种根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所述表面层材料的区段通过贴边、借助一薄层材料或利用机械固定件被临时相互接合。
3.一种根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括使用在其材料和/或颜色和/或尺寸方面不相同并且被临时接合在一起用于形成表面层材料的连续串(12)的表面层材料的区段。
4.一种根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,至少一些表面层材料的区段由具有型面的金属薄板制成,所述金属薄板首先被切割(21)成一期望长度(23),进给至一型面形成机构(22)进行成型加工,并在成型加工后传送至一用于将该板与其它表面层材料区段结合的生产线。
5.一种根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,一表面层材料区段的纵向端在该区段与其它区段临时接合之前设有带有型面的端部区段。
6.一种根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所述建筑构件(1)的相对表面层(3,4)由彼此不同的材料组成。
7.一种根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,所述芯部(2)通过使用至少两种在其耐熔性、强度或其它性能方面彼此不同的薄板(20-25)制成。
8.一种根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,至少一种薄板一体地具有一通道构件(28,29)。
9.一种夹层建筑构件(1)的制造方法,所述建筑构件包括一芯部(2),和在所述芯部两相对的主表面上的表面层(3,4),所述芯部(2)由矿物棉薄板(7,8,9)组成,所述薄板在建筑构件纵向延伸,且在所述薄板中纤维面垂直于表面层,所述方法包括通过用一种粘合剂将所述表面层固定到所述芯部的相对主表面上而将所述表面层结合到所述芯部上,其特征在于,所述方法包括以具有一希望长度的区段(10,11)向至少一表面层供应材料,所述区段顺序地设置,以使得前一区段的下游端与后一区段的上游端接靠或与其之间留有间隙,然后所述区段被临时接合(A)在一起以形成一表面层材料的连续串(12),然后将该串结合到所述芯部(2)的一个主表面上,所述芯部(2)的相对侧的主表面结合有一由期望长度的表面层材料区段组成的对应表面层材料串或结合有一由相同材料制成的连续表面层材料,以产生夹层建筑构件的一连续串(13),所述建筑构件串(13)在存在于至少一个主表面上的所述表面层材料串的接合处(5)被切割(B)。
