当真空,例如由一个真空泵(未示出)产生的真空,作用于口414时,空气和液体被吸入入口410内。该入口最好是管状的,并且该管的轴线与上腔相切。来自于外科场所的液体在上腔形成一个涡流,开始了空气和残渣从液体的分离。该涡流由一隔板416终止。液体和空气随后通过将残渣从液体中去除的过滤器412。液体和空气在重力和存在于上下腔之间的由过滤器412的存在而产生的压力梯度共同作用下通过过滤器412。
一种第二液体,最好为一种阻凝剂,通过口418导入上腔内的液体。例如,一袋阻凝剂可悬挂在容器上方并由一柔性管与口418联接。该口418的底部由一多孔盘420覆盖,该盘又与上腔联通。吸入上腔的阻凝剂的量主要取决于上腔内的真空度。因此,如果真空加大,通过入口410吸入的液体量加大,通过口418吸入的阻凝剂量也加大。这使得阻凝剂在收集液和阻凝剂的混合物中的比例当真空度被控制时保持恒定。而且,由于该盘为上腔提供了一个相对大的表面积,在口418内的压力可容易地加到足够大以将所需量的阻凝剂吸入到液体中,而无需利用另一个为入口410内所需的真空度而设的机械泵。
在最佳实施例中,作用于口414的真空压力是这样控制的,即,该真空压力只根据与口410相通的收集管内液体的探测结果而增加(比如约-100毫米汞高)。当系统确定了收集管内无液体,比如利用检测出收集管的压力降超过一限定值,真空压力便减到很小程度(比如约-20毫米汞高)。这样,当系统不收集液体时,极少量的或根本没有阻凝剂由于减小的真空而被吸入腔内。
盘420最好用一种已知的多孔材料制成,比如烧结的聚乙烯制成,具有10微米到20微米范围内的孔。另外一种选择是,可单独采用一机械阀或者阀同该多孔盘一起采用。阻凝剂的流畅通过取决于如下变量,如盘材料的疏水性、厚度和几何形状;或者在使用阀的情形下,则取决于阀的开启压力和节流。
收集在容器内的液体422储存在下腔内,该腔还包括用来通过一排出口424排出液体422的装置。该排出装置最好包括一个辊子泵,该泵包括一个已知结构的辊子组合426,该辊子组合安装后可绕一水平轴旋转。一个辊子泵需要一模板与该辊子组合共同作用,根据本发明,该模板形成在容器的底面内。因此,一个柔性出口管428与一个紧邻一个位于容器底部内的凹部430的排出口424连接,该容器的底部形成辊子泵的模板。出口管428通过和口424和一个夹子432的联接,刚好支承在模板430的下方。当容器入在辊子426上时,管428被向上推,与模板430接触,并在模板和辊子之间受压。收集液随后借助于辊子426的旋转而排出。
需要的话,可在排出口的上方设置一第二过滤器434,为液体在排出前进行再净化。
所附权利要求范围内的改变,对熟知本行业的人士是显而易见的。
权利要求书
按照条约第19条的修改
1.用来收集液体的装置,构成如下:一个由一个上部件和一个下部件形成的容器,其特征在于,所述的上部件包括一个形成于一个外壁和一个内壁之间的上腔,所述的内壁形成一个与所述下部件联通的内腔,一个与所述内腔联接的真空口用来从所述容器中导出空气以降低所述容器中的压力,一个液体入口用以将一第一液体响应所述容器中降低的压力而导入所述上腔,及用来将所述液体从所述容器排出的装置。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,还包括一个用来将一第二液体响应于所述降低的压力而导入所述上腔并与所述腔中的所述第一液体混合的第二个口,与所述第二个口相连的用来控制进入所述上腔的所述第二液体流量的装置,以使吸入所述容器中的所述第二液体的量相对于吸入所述容器中的所述第一液体的量成一基本固定的比例。
3.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,所述的与第二个口连接的装置是一个多孔盘。
4.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,所述上腔接收来自所述容器外部的所述第一液体,并在此于所述第一液体中形成一个涡流。
5.根据权利要求4的装置,其特征在于,所述的排出装置包括一个与所述下部件连接的排出口。
6.根据权利要求5的装置,其特征在于,所述排出装置还包括一个与所述排出口连接的柔性管和一个形成在与所述柔性管紧邻的下部件中的辊子泵模板。
7.根据权利要求6的装置,其特征在于,所述模板形成在所述下部件的一个底表面内。
8.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,所述液体入口与所述上部件相应定位以在所述第一液体中形成一个涡流。
9.用来收集和排出液体的装置,其构成为:一个用来接收所述液体的容器,一个用来将所述液体导入所述容器内的液体入口,一个用来允许所述液体流出所述容器的排出口,一个与所述排出口连接的用来输送排出液的柔性输出管,和一个在紧邻所述柔性管的所述腔体内的凹形部当利用辊子通过所述排出口抽出所述液体而将所述柔性管推入与所述凹形部啮合时,该凹形部形成一个模板用来配合所述柔性管。
10.根据权利要求9的装置,其特征在于,所述凹形部在所述容器的底部内。
11.根据权利要求9的装置,其特征在于,所述容器包括一个上部件和一个与所述上部件液体相通的下部件,所述的液体入口在所述上部件内切向定位以在导入所述上部件的所述液体中形成一个涡流。
12.根据权利要求11的装置,其特征在于,所述上部件呈筒形。
13.根据权利要求11的装置,还包括一个与所述下部件相通的真空口。
14.根据权利要求13的装置,其特征在于,所述真空口与一个形成于所述上部件内的内腔相通,所述内腔与所述下部件相通。
15.根据权利要求13的装置,还包括一个夹子,用来支撑所述柔性输出管的一端。
16.根据权利要求13的装置,还包括一个位于所述上下部件之间的过滤器,用来从所述液体中去除粒状物,所述液体从所述上部件通过,进入所述下部件。
17.根据权利要求9的装置,其特征在于,所述容器包括一个上部件和一个下部件。所述的上腔形成在一个外壁和一个内壁之间,所述内壁形成一个与所述下部件相通的内腔。还包括一个与所述内腔相连的真空口用来从所述容器中导出空气从而降低所述容器内的压力。
Claims (12)
1.用来收集液体的装置,组成如下:一个容器;用以从所述容器中导出空气来降低该容器内压力的装置;用于使第一液体响应该容器内降低的压力而进入该容器的装置;用于使第二液体响应该容器内降低的压力而进入该容器并与该容器内所述的第一液体混合的第二装置;和从所述容器排出所述液体的装置。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于,用以导入所述第二液体的所述第二装置包括一个入口和位于所述入口内用来控制进入所述容器中所述第二液体流量的装置,从而使吸入所述容器中的所述第二液体的量相对于吸入所述容器中的所述第一液体的量成一基本固定的比例。
3.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,所述用来控制所述第二液体流量的装置由一个多孔盘构成。
4.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,所述容器包括一个吸入腔用来接收来自所述容器外的所述第一液体,并在此于所述第一液体中形成一个涡流。
5.根据权利要求4的装置,其特征在于,所述容器还包括一个收集腔,与所述吸入腔液体联通。
6.根据权利要求5的装置,其特征在于,所述的排出装置包括输出装置,它从所述收集腔形成一个液体出口。
7.根据权利要求6的装置,其特征在于,所述的排出装置还包括一个与所述液体出口联接的输出管和一个辊子泵模板,该模板形成在与所述模板相邻的所述收集腔内。
8.根据权利要求7的装置,其特征在于,所述模板形成在所述收集腔的一个底表面内。
9.根据权利要求2的装置,其特征在于,所述容器包括一个吸入腔,用来接收来自所述容器外的所述第一液体,并在此于所述第一液体中形成一个涡流。所述容器还包括一个收集腔和允许液体与所述吸入腔联通的装置。
10.根据权利要求9的装置,还包括一个在允许液体与所述吸入腔联通的所述装置内的过滤器,其特征在于,所述过滤器除去所述液体中的残渣。
11.用以收集和排出液体的装置,构成如下:一个容器,用来将液体导入所述容器的装置,用来将液体从所述容器中排出的装置。其特征在于,所述的排出装置包括一个形成于所述容器中的辊子泵模板和一个紧邻所述辊子泵模板的柔性管。
12.根据权利要求11的装置,其特征在于,所述辊子泵模板在所述容器的底部是一凹形部。
