Example 2:
Referring to fig. 2-5, the present invention provides a technical scheme that a pair of tire repair pliers is provided, wherein a holding cavity 13 capable of holding various tire repair articles 3 is provided on a handle 11 of the pliers 1, and the tire repair pliers also comprises a lock 2 provided on the pliers 1 for closing or opening the holding cavity 13, wherein the tire repair articles 3 comprise one or more of tire repair consumables 31 and tire repair tools 32, the tire repair consumables 31 comprise one or more of rubber bottles 311 and vulcanizing agents, and the tire repair tools 32 comprise one or more of wrenches, drills 323, cutters 324 and needles;
Wherein the accommodating cavity 13 is integrally formed with the handle 11.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the handle 11 having the structure of the receiving cavity 13 is manufactured directly by machining or molding, and compared with the mode of attaching the receiving cavity 13 to the handle 11, the machining mode of the integral molding can reduce the difficulty of the process in production, reduce the assembling steps, and has more reliable structural strength and certain practicability.
Further, the handle 11 is formed in a groove shape as a whole to form a receiving chamber 13.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, it should be understood that the slot-shaped receiving cavity 13 is easy to manufacture, but such a structure also easily makes the rigidity possibly insufficient when being used as the handle 11 of the pliers 1, and a person skilled in the art may use a structure capable of increasing the shearing force in the receiving cavity, or select a material with higher strength to solve the technical problem. Of course, the specific dimensions of the receiving chamber 13, the surface of the handle 11, and the direction of the opening of the groove are not limited.
Further, two receiving cavities 13 are provided on the facing surfaces of the two handles 11, respectively.
As an alternative implementation mode of the invention, the technical scheme further limits the orientation of the containing cavity 13 on the inner side between the two handles 11, when the two handles 11 are combined, the occupied space is minimum, meanwhile, the two containing cavities 13 are combined into one, so that the volume for storing the tire repair supplies 3 is maximized, the tire repair supplies 3 with larger specification volume or large quantity, variety and larger consumption, such as glue, can be better stored in the pliers 1, in addition, the notch of the two containing cavities are designed in opposite directions, the corresponding locking piece 2 is designed more compactly, the processing difficulty is lower, and the use is simpler, so that the availability of the pliers 1 as a containing box A is greatly improved.
The appearance is more indirect, the production is easier, and the usability is higher.
Further, the inner shape of the housing chamber 13 includes a square or column shape.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the tubular or groove-shaped handle 11 is not particularly relevant to the specific shape of the housing cavity 13, but the different tire repair products 3 have different structural shapes, and even the same tire repair products 3, such as the rubber bottle 311 or the cutter 324, have different shape specifications, so that the internal shape and size of the housing cavity 13 can be adapted to the intended tire repair products 3. Therefore, the specific shape of the interior of the housing chamber 13 may be a square shape, a column shape, or other shapes, and the present invention is not limited thereto. It is worth noting that the present solution, after being combined with the above-mentioned attachment of the housing cavity 13 to the handle 11, creates a complete set of pliers 1 with a better modular solution.
Example 3:
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 2 is that the housing chamber 13 is shaped to fit each puncture outfit 3.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as mentioned above, the shape of the receiving cavity 13 may be various, but the shape of the receiving cavity 13 may be further optimized, and the present technical solution designs the shape of the receiving cavity 13 to adapt to the shape of various tire repair products 3, so that each tire repair product 3 is attached to the inner wall of the receiving cavity 13 after being stored in the handle 11, thereby reducing shake or collision during carrying and transporting, for example, preventing damage caused by scratches of the rubber bottle 311 and the like by the cutter 324 and the like, which also conforms to the optimization concept in the conventional main tire repair tool 32 package at present, so that the present technical solution can ensure the effectiveness and safety of each tire repair product 3 stored in the handle 11 as well.
Example 4:
this embodiment differs from embodiment 2 in that the handle 11 is tubular as a whole to form the receiving chamber 13.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, since the handles 11 of the existing pliers 1 are of a tubular structure, and are very simple in structure, various tire repair products 3 can be stored directly by using the handles 11 of the pliers 1 as the storage cavities 13, and the design of the locking element 2 can be optimized to have a plug or a stopper, although the space utilization rate is relatively smaller than that of the groove-shaped storage cavities 13, the overall strength of the handles 11 is more reliable, and the technical scheme still has a certain usability.
Example 5:
This embodiment differs from embodiment 2 in that the receiving chamber 13 is attached to the handle 11.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, as described above, the receiving cavity 13 may be integrally formed on the handle 11, or may be attached to the handle 11. The specific attachment mode can be a detachable mode or an inseparable fixed connection mode such as riveting, welding and the like, and the technical scheme is not limited.
Preferably, the accommodating cavity 13 is detachably attached to the handle 11, so that the same pliers 1 can be attached to accommodating cavities 13 with different specifications, the modularized design concept is realized, the technical scheme is promoted to have the characteristic of diversity selection when the technical scheme is applied to pliers 1 products, and the proper pliers 1 form can be selected according to the use habit.
The structure of the accommodating cavity 13 may be a hard structure assembled on the handle 11, or may be a soft package detachably assembled with the handle 11, and the technical scheme is not particularly limited, and the accommodating cavity 13 may be detached to use the pliers 1 alone when the pliers 1 are inconvenient to use.
Example 6:
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 3 is that a fitting structure capable of fitting the shape of each puncture outfit 3 is attached to the inside of the housing chamber 13.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, these structures adapted to the shape of the respective puncture outfit 3 may also be attached to the handle 11 in a modular design, which provides a strong replaceability and thus a better fitting function for different users in the face of different choices.
Example 7:
Referring to fig. 2-5, the present invention provides a technical scheme that a pair of tire repair pliers is provided, wherein a holding cavity 13 capable of holding various tire repair articles 3 is provided on a handle 11 of the pliers 1, and the tire repair pliers also comprises a lock 2 provided on the pliers 1 for closing or opening the holding cavity 13, wherein the tire repair articles 3 comprise one or more of tire repair consumables 31 and tire repair tools 32, the tire repair consumables 31 comprise one or more of rubber bottles 311 and vulcanizing agents, and the tire repair tools 32 comprise one or more of wrenches, drills 323, cutters 324 and needles;
wherein the lock 2 comprises a shaft locking design and/or a non-shaft locking design.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, it is necessary to lock the two handles 11 of the pliers 1 after they have been combined, for the solution described above in which the slot-shaped housing 13 is designed inside the junction of the two handles 11. In the case of the pliers 1, since the pliers 1 mainly include the pliers head 12, the rotating shaft 123 and the handle 11, the modes for realizing locking may include three modes, that is, the pliers 1 provided in the present embodiment may have multiple locking modes at the same time, or may have one mode, and the present embodiment is not limited thereto.
However, in view of the fact that the design of the locking means on the jaw 12 is practically possible, but generally does not do so as not to interfere with the use of the pliers 1, the present solution may further preferably be limited to a locking on the shaft or a locking on the handle 11.
Further, the shaft locking design includes at least one of a knob screw, a key way design, a pin connection, etc. of the two handles 11 on the connecting shaft.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the knob screw, key slot design (e.g. bolt) or pin connection, etc. are already mature and used for locking the rotation shaft 123 at an angle, which is not limited in this technical solution, it should be understood that these shaft locking designs are all simple locking ways in structure, and can provide enough locking torque for application in some pliers 1 with smaller specifications, and thus have a certain feasibility.
As shown in fig. 4-7, the non-shaft locking design includes at least one of a snap lock 23, a slide lock, an electronic lock, a combination lock, a magnet block fit, a rotary lock, a ratchet design, a bolted connection, a pinned connection, a snap design, a keyed connection, and the like.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the non-axial locking design is easier to implement in the actual application of the pliers for tire repair, and the non-axial locking element 2 is designed so as not to occupy additional volume of the pliers head 12 relative to the axial locking design, and thus does not interfere with the use of the pliers 1, and is therefore a more easy to implement embodiment. For a specific non-shaft locking design, the present technical solution may directly adopt the existing conventional locking solutions of the storage box a for storing various tire repair products 3, which are all based on the locking modes on the non-shaft, such as the combination lock, the spring lock catch 23, and so on, so the present technical solution is not limited specifically.
As shown in fig. 2-7, the locking element 2 is provided on the free end of the handle 11.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the design of the locking element 2 at the distal end of the power arm is a common design concept, and when the locking element is applied in the pliers 1, it does not affect the handle 11, so that the user does not affect the use of the pliers 1, and of course, the specific selection mode of the locking element 2 in the present technical solution is not limited.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the lock 2 is specifically that two handles 11 are engaged with each other at the edge of the joint, and the two handles are not separated when no external force is applied after the engagement.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, under the condition that the lock member 2 is designed on the handle 11 and the receiving cavity 13 is groove-shaped and is disposed on the two handles 11 in opposite directions, the engagement is completed on the edge of the joint when the two handles 11 are combined, and compared with other locking modes, the lock member can realize that the lock member is simpler in appearance and firmer after the receiving cavity 13 is locked, so that the operation of opening or closing the receiving cavity 13 is very simple. And the tire repair product 3 in the accommodating cavity 13 can be further arranged in a relatively closed space, so that the service life of the stored tire repair product 3 such as glue and vulcanizing agent is reduced.
Preferably, the locking member 2 comprises a plurality of protrusions 21 respectively provided on two handles 11, wherein the protrusions 21 on one handle 11 are matched with the recesses 22 between two adjacent protrusions 21 on the other handle 11, and the side edge of at least one protrusion 21 is in a snap-fit with the side edge of the adjacent recess 22.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, the two handles 11 form a male-female fit on the edge where the free ends of the receiving cavity 13 meet, so that no displacement of the two handles 11 in the length direction of the rotation shaft 123 occurs after the receiving cavity 13 is locked. The two handles 11 are clamped and connected by means of elastic deformation of the handle 11 material, so that the two handles 11 can be kept in a combined state after being combined, cannot be separated and fall off under natural conditions, and can be pulled apart under certain force.
Through the structure, with a very simple block structure, let two handles 11 merge the back and can not produce axial or not axial ascending skew, not hard up to can keep the parking space that pliers 1 provided stable, ensure that the tire repair articles 3 of depositing in pliers 1 are difficult for dropping, losing, and also very succinct in appearance.
Example 8:
compared with embodiment 7, the difference is that the lock member 2 comprises a cover plate rotatably connected to one side of the upper opening edge of the accommodating cavity 13, and the cover plate is prevented from being opened naturally after being buckled with the accommodating cavity 13 by a locking structure arranged on the cover plate and the handle 11.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the lock 2 mode of the cover plate and the locking structure can be adapted to the slot-like structure or the tubular structure, and the lock 2 mode is more complicated in structure than the lock 2 mode realized by the direct clamping, but has a certain market prospect due to the fact that the lock 2 mode is generally more firm.
The locking structure for realizing the back fixing of the cover plate buckling and accommodating cavity 13 can be a structure such as a spring buckle which is mature in the prior art, and can also be other structures such as a lockset, and the technical scheme is only for illustration, but the prior art has a plurality of modes for realizing the functions, so the technical scheme is not limited to the specific locking structure.
Example 9:
this embodiment differs from embodiment 7 in that the locking element 2 is provided on the jaw 121 and/or the cheek 122.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, although the design of the locking means on the pincer head 12 may have a certain difficulty in terms of implementation, it is possible in practice or in the future to do so, for example by means of magnets, protective sleeves for protecting the pincer head 12, etc., by locking the pincer head 12 to complete the construction of the receiving chamber 13 (of course these means can also be used for locking on the handle 11), and therefore also have a certain implementation. However, the present technical solution is not limited to a specific locking manner, and any concept of designing the locking manner on the clamp head 12 falls within the scope of the present technical solution.
Example 10:
As shown in fig. 4, this embodiment is different from embodiment 2 in that the cheek 122 in the forceps 1 is detachably connected to the handle 11.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the cheek 122 is a middle portion connecting the jaw 121 and the handle 11, and is a position where the rotation shaft 123 of the pliers 1 is mounted, and in general, the cheek 122 is integrally formed with the jaw 121, hereinafter referred to as the binding clip 12.
The detachable connection mode between the clamp cheek 122 and the handle 11 enables the handle 11 and the whole clamp head 12 to be separated from each other, so that the handle 11 and the clamp head 12 can be assembled in an adaptive matching way, the clamp heads 12 with different specifications or purposes can be matched with the handles 11 with different shapes, sizes or functions, and when one of the handle 11 or the clamp head 12 is damaged, lost or cannot adapt to the use situation, a user can directly replace, for example, the clamp head 12 with the clamping function is replaced with the clamp head 12 with the shearing function. Of course, as previously mentioned, the pliers 1 itself is also one of the tools 32, as a spare binding clip 12, which can also be stored in the receiving cavity 13 in the handle 11, to be portable and to prevent loss. In addition, the connection manner between the binding clip 12 and the handle 11 is not particularly limited in embodiment 1, and in some cases, the connection between the binding clip 12 and the handle 11 is more firm due to the integrally formed or permanently fixed connection manner, so that the embodiment has a certain practicability.
Example 11:
in order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention further provides the following technical solutions:
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the combined tire puncture outfit includes the tire puncture pliers according to any of embodiments 1 to 10, and the tire puncture outfit 32 is detachably attached to the pliers 1 so that the pliers 1 can be used as a grip for the tire puncture outfit 32.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, it has been mentioned before that the puncture repair tool 32 comprises a wrench, a drill 323, a cutter 324, a needle, etc., and in the conventional storage box a, there is generally enough space to place the puncture repair tool 32 of a larger size because of the large volume and the large space, and thus there is generally no concern about the use of the puncture repair tool 32. However, in the pliers 1 provided by the present invention, there is a case where the capacity of the storage chamber 13 is insufficient in some specifications, for example, when the pliers are used exclusively for tire repair on a riding vehicle, there is a possibility that the size of the tire repair tool 32 to be disposed is small due to the insufficient capacity of the storage chamber 13, and particularly, the tire repair tool 32 to be disposed does not have a grip, which causes difficulty in use in actually repairing a tire.
In the technical scheme, the tire repair tool 32 is directly assembled on the pliers 1, so that the pliers 1 are directly used as handles of various tire repair tools 32 to form a combined tool, the problem is well solved, and the pliers for tire repair are more convenient to use.
The detachable connection mode can be a connection mode of a traditional existing combined tool, such as threads, buckles, magnetic attraction and the like, the technical scheme is not particularly limited, and the technical scheme is also not particularly limited for the specific position and the specific orientation of the tire repair tool 32 mounted on the pliers 1.
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the tire repair tool 32 includes a mounting portion 321 and a working portion 322, the mounting portion 321 being detachably attached to the handle 11 of the pliers 1.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the working portion 322 is a portion that acts on the tire when the tire repairing work is actually performed on each tire repairing tool 32, and the attachment portion 321 is a portion that is connected to the pliers 1. The connection of the puncture repair tool 32 to the pliers 1 is defined on the handle 11 of the pliers 1, which makes it easier for the user to use the various puncture repair tools 32 more ergonomically in actual use.
Similarly, the connection between the attachment portion 321 and the pliers 1 is not limited, and thus the specific structure of the attachment portion 321 is not particularly limited in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 7, the mounting portion 321 is detachably connected to the working portion 322.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, for some tire repairing tools 32, the handles are not needed, and some tire repairing tools 32 do not need to be needed at any time, so that a mounting part 321 which can adapt to a plurality of working parts 322 with different functions at the same time can be provided, when in actual use, the mounting part 321 is directly arranged on the pliers 1, and by replacing the working parts 322 with different functions, the whole volume of the tire repairing tools 32 can be reduced, the consumable cost is reduced, the occupation of the volume of the storage cavity 13 is saved, the functions provided by the tire repairing pliers are more comprehensive, and the stable and reliable tire repairing function can be further ensured like the conventional storage box a.
Similarly, the mounting portion 321 and the working portion 322 may be detachably connected by a screw thread, or may be otherwise, which is not limited in this technical scheme. In practical implementation, the mounting portion 321 may be provided only in a small amount and stored in the storage chamber 13 alone, or a plurality of connection positions for connecting the mounting portion 321 may be provided on the forceps 1, which is not limited in this technical scheme.
Further, the detachable connection mode of the mounting portion 321 and the handle 11 includes one of a clamping connection, a threaded connection and a sleeving connection.
As an alternative implementation scheme of the invention, the clamping connection, the threaded connection and the sleeving connection are all common connection modes of the combined tool, and the combined tool has the characteristics of convenient assembly and small occupied space of a connection structure, and the technical scheme is not limited to the connection modes, such as the follow-up mode with magnetic attraction and the inner hexagonal sleeve.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the surface of the pliers (1) is also provided with a limiting structure (111) which can prevent the self-deflection of each tire repair tool (32) after being assembled with the pliers (1).
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, since the tire repair tool 32 is rotated during use, for example, the drill 323, the screwdriver, etc., and the pliers 1as the grip needs to be rotated during use, the present solution can solve the problem that the tire repair tool 32 cannot be used normally by limiting the self-deflection of the tire repair tool 32 after being mounted on the pliers 1.
The specific arrangement of the limiting structure 111 may be a mode with a magnetic attraction function and a hexagonal sleeve, or a mode of designing the anti-release structure 3212 and the polygonal shape 3211 at the joint, which will be described later, and it should be understood that any means for preventing the rotation of the tire repair tool 32 on the pliers 1 when the tire repair tool 32 is mounted on the pliers 1 falls within the concept of the present technical solution.
As shown in fig. 4-7, the tire repair tool 32 is snapped into engagement with the two handles 11.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, both the way in which the puncture repair tool 32 is detachably connected to the pliers 1 and the location in which the puncture repair tool 32 is connected to the pliers 1 are defined. The connecting position of the tire repairing tool 32 and the handles 11 is limited at the joint between the two handles 11, namely the central position of the pliers 1, so that the user can be more balanced in stress when holding the handles 11 to use the tire repairing tool 32, and the use experience is better.
As shown in fig. 7, each of the tire repair tools 32 has a polygonal shape 3211 that mates with the limiting structure 111 and mates with a junction between the two handles 11, and the tire repair tools 32 further have a retaining structure 3212 that is located on the upper and lower sides of the polygonal shape 3211 and makes the tire repair tools 32 not axially movable after being mounted, and the polygonal shape 3211 includes a hexagonal shape.
As an alternative embodiment of the present invention, it should be understood that, in combination with the foregoing embodiment 2, the groove-shaped receiving cavity 13 is provided on the facing surfaces of the two handles 11, and when the handles 11 of the pliers 1 are in a combined state, the mounting portion 321 on the tire repair tool 32 is caught by the junction of the two handles 11 and is axially restrained by the polygonal fitting, and the upper and lower surfaces of the wall surface of the receiving cavity 13 are engaged by the upper and lower retaining structures 3212 of the mounting portion 321, thereby constituting the handle 11 as the grip of the tire repair tool 32. The design scheme has the advantages that accessories are not required to be additionally designed on the pliers 1 for detachable connection and assembly of the tire repair tool 32, the production process is simplified by only opening a polygon-shaped opening on the handle 11, and meanwhile, after the tire repair tool is installed, the two handles 11 can be locked by the lock piece 2, so that the tire repair tool 32 is very firm after being assembled on the handles 11, and the tire repair tool is more stable and reliable in use.
Example 12:
the present embodiment is different from embodiment 11 in that the mounting portion 321 is integrally formed with the working portion 322.
As an alternative embodiment of the invention, the integrated tire repair tool 32 is also practical for pliers 1 having a large size and a large volume of the receiving space 13.
Comparative example 1:
specifically, the receiving chamber 13 is provided on the cheek 122 or the mouth 121 of the pliers 1.
In this embodiment, the sizes of the cheek 122 and the jaw 121 are smaller than those of embodiment 1, and thus the design of the housing chamber 13 is not practically suitable.
Comparative example 2:
Specifically, with the lock 2 of embodiment 8, further, the receiving chamber 13 is provided on the non-facing surfaces of the two handles 11.
In this technical solution, since the user needs to hold the handle 11 when using the pliers 1, compared with the embodiment 2, the accommodating cavity 13 needs to be locked when using the pliers 1 to reduce the influence of the accommodating cavity 13 on the user's use experience, and the accommodating cavity 13 has a limited size for accommodating the single tire repair product 3 although the total volume is not reduced too much, so the adaptability is reduced.
The invention has the working principle and the use flow that when the tire is punctured or burst during running, the pliers 1 are taken out, and the storage cavity 13 on the pliers 1 is opened through the lock piece 2, so that various tire repairing supplies 3 required for repairing or replacing the tire are taken out, and a user can utilize the pliers 1 and the taken out various tire repairing supplies 3 to repair or replace the tire. After the tire repair or replacement operation is completed, various tire repair products 3 are put back into the storage cavity 13, and the storage cavity 13 is closed by the lock 2.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art, who is within the scope of the present invention, should make equivalent substitutions or modifications according to the technical scheme of the present invention and the inventive concept thereof, and should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
