Description

Oil-control fluffy shampoo composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an oil-control fluffy shampoo composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Scalp greasiness and hair collapse are hair care problems faced by many people. These problems are often caused by a number of factors such as disrupted scalp ecological balance, unbalanced oil secretion, and scalp cell dysfunction. Excessive grease secretion not only affects the beauty of the hair, but also can cause scalp itching, desquamation and other problems. Therefore, it is important to develop a shampoo composition which is effective in controlling oil and imparting a fluffy feel to the hair.
At present, the oil control hair washing products on the market are various in variety, but the effects are different. Some products may remove scalp grease by adding an effective cleanser, but long term use may break the natural barrier of the scalp, resulting in dry, sensitive scalp. Other products may use natural ingredients such as plant extracts to regulate scalp oil secretion, but the oil control effect and the bulking effect are often not ideal.
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a novel oil-control fluffy shampoo composition and a preparation method thereof, so as to overcome the defects of the existing products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil-control fluffy shampoo composition and a preparation method thereof, and aims to radically improve the micro-ecological environment of scalp, reduce the irritation of scalp, improve the health of scalp, and simultaneously regulate the water-oil balance of scalp and promote the metabolism of scalp by scientifically proportioning various active ingredients, so that the oil-control fluffy effect is achieved.
The oil-controlling fluffy shampoo composition comprises, by mass, 0.1% -11% of active ingredients, 0.15% -1.0% of zinc salts, 0.1% -1.0% of caprylylglycine, 0.1% -0.6% of bis (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide, 0.1% -1.6% of polyquaternary ammonium salts, 0.21% -3.2% of humectants, 0.1% -2.0% of fat-forming agents, 0.1% -1.0% of B vitamins, 10% -30% of surfactants, and the balance of water-containing carriers, wherein the water-containing carriers comprise sodium hydroxide.
Preferably, the active ingredients comprise white willow bark extract, camellia seed extract, aloe vera extract and bamboo leaf extract.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the salix alba (SalixalbaL.) bark extract, the camellia seed (Camellia oleifera Abel) extract, the Aloe vera (Aloe vera L.) extract and the Bamboo leaf (Bambusa leave) extract is (0.05-2.0): (0.1-5.0): (0.05-2.0): (0.05-2.0).
The inventor finds that the oil control and fluffiness effects and scalp health improvement effects of the shampoo composition can be improved by selecting white willow bark extract, camellia seed extract, aloe vera extract and bamboo leaf extract as active ingredients. This is probably because the four plant extracts have synergistic effect, and the phenolic compounds and flavonoid compounds in the white willow bark extract and the bamboo leaf extract have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, so that scalp inflammation and bacterial growth are reduced, and a healthy microenvironment is created for the scalp. The camellia seed extract is rich in antioxidant components such as tea polyphenol and vitamin E, can nourish scalp, protect scalp cells from free radical damage, and can relieve scalp discomfort together with polysaccharide, amino acid and other components in the aloe vera extract, provide necessary nutrition and enhance scalp barrier function. The four plant extracts are compounded, so that not only can the secretion of scalp grease be reduced more effectively and the hair is enabled to be more fresh and fluffy, but also the scalp inflammation and bacterial infection can be reduced, the scalp health condition can be improved, the scalp barrier function can be enhanced, and the damage of external stimulus to the scalp can be reduced. In order to fully exert the beneficial effects of these several plant extracts, it is necessary to ensure that as much as possible of the active ingredient in the plant extract is present.
The preparation method of the four plant extracts is consistent, taking white willow bark extract as an example, the preparation method comprises the steps of cleaning white willow bark, drying, crushing, sieving with a 200-400-mesh sieve, adding water to adjust the water content to 45% -55% to obtain a fermentation substrate, adding a starter, culturing at 40-45 ℃ until the pH value is 4-4.5, taking out, dehydrating, drying to obtain a fermented product, mixing the fermented product with 90% -95% ethanol solution uniformly, performing supercritical extraction, and recovering ethanol to obtain the active ingredient.
Preferably, the starter comprises lactobacillus bulgaricus, streptococcus thermophilus, bacillus subtilis and lactobacillus casei.
The Lactobacillus bulgaricus strain is CICC 25031, the Streptococcus thermophilus strain is CICC 6038, the Bacillus subtilis strain is ATCC6633, and the Lactobacillus casei strain is CICC 20241.
Preferably, the lactobacillus bulgaricus is used for 10 6-107 CFU/g of fermentation substrate, the streptococcus thermophilus is used for 10 7-108 CFU/g of fermentation substrate, the bacillus subtilis is used for 10 7-108 CFU/g of fermentation substrate, and the lactobacillus casei is used for 10 5-106 CFU/g of fermentation substrate.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the fermentation product to the 90% -95% ethanol solution is 1 (30-40).
Preferably, the supercritical extraction is carried out under the conditions that the carbon dioxide consumption is 2-4 times of that of 90% -95% ethanol solution, the pressure is 30-40 MPa, the temperature is 35-45 ℃ and the time is 1-2 hours.
The inventor finds that when the active ingredients are prepared, the fermentation technology is matched with the supercritical extraction technology, so that the oil control and fluffing effects of the shampoo composition can be further improved, and meanwhile, the safety and the stability of the shampoo composition can be ensured. This is probably because the fermentation treatment of the plants is performed by four kinds of fermenting agents, lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus can cooperatively produce lactic acid, the pH value of the system is reduced, the generation of beneficial metabolites is promoted, bacillus subtilis can decompose complex organic matters to release nutrients, and lactobacillus casei is helpful for improving the flavor and the texture of the fermented product. The cooperation of the four fermenting agents not only accelerates the fermentation process, but also enriches the diversity and the biological activity of the fermentation products, and brings more comprehensive health benefits to the final products. The supercritical extraction treatment is carried out after fermentation, and the supercritical extraction can effectively separate and enrich target components due to the characteristics of high efficiency and environmental protection, and meanwhile, the problem of residues possibly caused by traditional solvent extraction is avoided. The combination of fermentation and supercritical extraction not only gives play to the advantages of the fermentation process in bioconversion and flavor formation, but also utilizes the high efficiency and purity of supercritical extraction, and under the synergistic effect of the two, the obtained active ingredient has higher purity and stronger biological activity, effectively retains various active substances and nutritional ingredients in the raw materials, and improves the overall quality and functional value of the product. The preparation method not only optimizes the extraction efficiency of the active ingredients, but also ensures the safety and stability of the final product, and provides powerful support for developing efficient and natural healthy products.
The zinc salt comprises 0.05 to 0.1 percent of zinc chloride, 0.05 to 0.7 percent of zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate and 0.05 to 0.2 percent of zinc gluconate according to the mass percentage of the oil-control fluffy shampoo composition.
The inventor finds that the oil control effect of the shampoo composition can be greatly improved by selecting zinc salt and octanoylglycine with specific components and combining natural active ingredients. This is probably due to the significant synergy between the several components. Zinc chloride, zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate and zinc gluconate serve as zinc salts, zinc ions can penetrate into skin, oil secretion is balanced, sebum production is reduced, and meanwhile, the zinc chloride, zinc pyrrolidone carboxylate and zinc gluconate have a certain anti-inflammatory effect, and are beneficial to alleviating skin problems caused by excessive oil. Octanoyl glycine is used as a mild and effective skin conditioner, has good antibacterial and fat-inhibiting properties, can further inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the skin, and reduces excessive secretion of grease caused by bacterial activities. When the zinc salt and the natural active ingredient are compounded for use, the zinc salt controls grease secretion from the source, the octanoylglycine inhibits bacterial activity, and reduces the cause of excessive grease secretion, and the natural active ingredient provides lasting support for the oil control effect by regulating the skin state and enhancing the skin health. The compound not only improves the oil control efficiency, but also ensures the mildness and safety of the product, and meets the requirements of modern consumers on high efficiency, safety, health and skin care.
The humectant comprises 0.1-2.0% of sorbitol, 0.1-1.0% of trimethylglycine and 0.01-0.2% of arginine according to the mass percentage of the oil-control fluffy shampoo composition.
The fat-reducing agent comprises 0.05 to 1.0 percent of C12-13 alcohol lactate and 0.05 to 1.0 percent of oleamide propyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate according to the mass percentage of the oil-control fluffy shampoo composition.
Preferably, the acid value of the C12-13 alcohol lactate is 0.5-0.7mgKOH/g, the ester content is 70% -90%, and more preferably, the acid value of the C12-13 alcohol lactate is 0.6mgKOH/g, and the ester content is 75% -85%.
In some preferred embodiments, the C12-13 alcohol lactate is purchased from Jining Malus chemical Co., ltd.
Preferably, the pH value of the oleamide propyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate is 6.5-7.5, the HLB value is 17-19, and the solid content is more than or equal to 30%.
In some preferred embodiments, the oleamide propyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate is purchased from Shanghai Sedan Biotech Co.
The inventor finds that the scalp can be effectively moistened by selecting a specific humectant and a specific fat-imparting agent for compounding, and the problem of excessive sebum secretion caused by dry skin is remarkably reduced. This is probably because sorbitol, trimethylglycine and arginine are used as moisturizers, which not only can form a thin and durable moisturizing film on the surface of the scalp to effectively lock moisture and prevent scalp dryness, but also provide necessary moisture for the scalp, and maintain water-oil balance by adjusting the microenvironment of the scalp, thereby avoiding abnormal activity of sebaceous glands caused by water deficiency and reducing excessive secretion of sebum. And C12-13 alcohol lactate and oleamide propyl PG-dimethyl ammonium chloride phosphate are used as lipid excipients, so that the moisturizing degree and the protective force of the scalp are further improved by supplementing and strengthening the natural lipid layer of the scalp. They can form a soft and smooth lipid barrier, reduce evaporation of scalp moisture, and increase softness and smoothness of scalp, so that scalp is kept healthy and moist. The moisturizing effect not only relieves the dry feel of the scalp, but also indirectly reduces excessive sebum secretion caused by dry stimulation. Besides the effects of directly moistening and controlling oil, the compound use of the moisturizing agent and the fat-adding agent can also enhance the barrier function of the scalp, improve the resistance of the scalp to external stimulus, reduce the generation of dandruff and promote the health of the scalp. Meanwhile, the components have good skin compatibility and safety, can care the scalp mildly, and reduce sensitive or inflammatory reactions caused by chemical component stimulation.

Preferably, the volatile matter of the polyquaternium-10 is less than or equal to 6 percent, the ash content is less than or equal to 3 percent, and the viscosity of the polyquaternium-10 in the water solution at normal temperature is 300-500cps when the mass concentration of the polyquaternium-10 is 2 percent.
In some preferred embodiments, the polyquaternium-10 is purchased from Shanghai Meilin Biochemical technologies Co.
Preferably, the viscosity of the polyquaternium-7 at normal temperature is 8000-15000cps, and the pH value of the polyquaternium-7 in the aqueous solution is 5-8 when the mass concentration of the polyquaternium-7 is 1%.
In some preferred embodiments, the polyquaternium-7 is purchased from Starfish environmental protection technology Inc. of Yunfloating city.
The inventors found that the use of di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide and specific polyquaternium salts can form an elastic film on the hair surface, enhance hair elasticity and improve hair fullness. Di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide is a cationic surfactant with good skin-friendly and wetting properties, and can form a film on the hair surface, which can not only reduce friction between hairs, but also lock water, so that the hairs are softer and smoother. The polyquaternium-10 and polyquaternium-7 are compounded to have excellent conditioning and softening effects, and can be adsorbed on the surface of the hair with negative charges to form a uniform protective film, so that the elasticity and toughness of the hair can be enhanced, and the damage of the external environment to the hair can be prevented. When the di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide is compounded with the polyquaternium-10 and the polyquaternium-7 for use, the di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide and the polyquaternium-7 have a synergistic effect, and the film formed by the di (hydrogenated tallow) phthalic acid amide can provide a stable substrate for the polyquaternium so as to enable the polyquaternium to be better attached to the surface of hair, and the polyquaternium further enhances the stability and uniformity of the film through the cationic property of the polyquaternium so that the film is firmer and durable. In addition, the compound can also reduce the grease secretion of the scalp, improve the microenvironment of the scalp, reduce the generation of dandruff, and increase the flexibility and glossiness of the hair, so that the hair is easier to be treated and shaped, has good skin compatibility and safety, can gently care the scalp and the hair, and reduces the sensitive or inflammatory reaction caused by the stimulation of chemical components.
The surfactant comprises 5.0% -20.0% of sodium laureth sulfate, 0.5% -5.0% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5% -3.0% of disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate and 0.5% -3.0% of cocamide MEA (MEA) according to the mass percentage of the oil-control fluffy shampoo composition.

Preferably, the content of active substances in the cocoamide MEA is 85% -88%, and the content of free amine is less than or equal to 6%.
In some preferred embodiments, the disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate and cocamide MEA are available from Guangdong oil technologies Inc.
The water-containing carrier comprises, by mass, 0.1% -0.5% of sodium benzoate, 0.1% -1.0% of phenoxyethanol, 0.05% -0.2% of EDTA disodium, 0.1% -2.0% of sodium chloride, 0.05% -1.2% of essence, 0.01% -0.4% of sodium hydroxide and the balance of water.
The essence is not particularly limited, and includes, but is not limited to, rose essence, magnolia essence, sweet orange essence, vanilla essence, peppermint essence, and the like.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the octanoylglycine to the sodium hydroxide is 3 (1.0-1.2).
The preparation method of the oil-control fluffy shampoo composition comprises the following steps:
s1, adding octanoylglycine and sodium hydroxide into water accounting for 3-7% of the total mass of the water, stirring and neutralizing until the water is completely and uniformly dissolved to obtain a pre-prepared solution;
s2, stirring the rest water and the polyquaternium-10 until the water and the polyquaternium-10 are completely dissolved and transparent;
S3, adding a surfactant into the product obtained in the step S2, heating to 75-85 ℃, and stirring until the surfactant is completely dissolved;

And S5, adding the pre-prepared solution, the active ingredient, the polyquaternium-7, the B vitamins and the rest components into the product obtained in the step S4, uniformly stirring, and standing to obtain the oil-control fluffy shampoo composition.
In some preferred schemes, the mass ratio of the octanoylglycine to the sodium hydroxide needs to be precisely controlled, and meanwhile, in the process of preparing the shampoo composition, partial water needs to be firstly taken and uniformly mixed with the octanoylglycine and the sodium hydroxide for standby. This is probably because octanoylglycine as a weak acidic amino acid derivative, and sodium hydroxide having a strong basicity can precisely control the pH of the shampoo composition by adjusting the mass ratio, which is directly related to the cleansing effect of the shampoo composition, the oil-controlling and bulking effects of the shampoo composition, the mildness to the scalp, and the health care of the hair. The reasonable pH value can not only optimize the performance of the shampoo composition, but also ensure the safety of the shampoo composition and avoid damage to scalp and hair caused by excessively strong alkalinity. Meanwhile, partial water, octanoylglycine and sodium hydroxide are firstly taken and uniformly mixed, so that the solubility and the dispersibility of the components in water can be improved, and incomplete dissolution or overhigh local concentration caused by direct addition into the whole formula can be prevented. In addition, the reaction rate of sodium hydroxide and octanoylglycine in the aqueous solution can be effectively controlled, and adverse reaction is avoided, so that the high quality, stability and safety of the shampoo composition are ensured.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. The invention aims to fundamentally improve the micro-ecological environment of the scalp, reduce the irritation of the scalp, improve the health of the scalp, regulate the water-oil balance of the scalp and promote the metabolism of the scalp by scientifically proportioning a plurality of active ingredients, thereby achieving the effect of controlling the oil and fluffiness.
