In one embodiment, the shelf has four layers.
The commodity normal take-out port 11 may be provided in plural.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a control method of the commodity vending cabinet as described above, including the steps of:
When the commodity vending cabinet is electrified and restarted, detecting whether the commodity 100 in the commodity vending cabinet is in a position abnormal state or not;
When the article 100 is detected to be in the abnormal position state, the article transporting assembly and/or the article lane 21 are controlled to operate so that the article 100 in the abnormal position is fed into the article normal take-out port 11 or the abnormal article storage area 12.
In the technical scheme, when the commodity vending cabinet is powered on and restarted, the possibility of abnormal positions of the commodity 100 is described, and at this time, in order not to influence the subsequent order processing flow, the control part of the commodity vending cabinet detects the positions of the commodity 100 through the corresponding detection part and determines whether the positions of the commodity are abnormal, and when the positions of the commodity are in an abnormal state, the commodity conveying assembly and/or the commodity channel 21 are controlled to operate, so that the commodity 100 with the abnormal positions is sent into the commodity normal take-out port 11 or the abnormal commodity storage area 12, and therefore, the problem that the commodity vending cabinet in the prior art cannot normally deliver commodities corresponding to orders after being powered on due to abnormal conditions is effectively avoided, delivery errors are caused, further the phenomenon of purchasing flow of subsequent products is prevented, and the use experience of users is improved.
In some embodiments, the abnormal position state includes a first state, and when the commodity 100 is detected to be at the boundary position between the commodity lane 21 and the commodity transporting assembly (i.e., the position between the platform frame 2221 and the outlet of the commodity lane 21 described above), the commodity 100 is determined to be in the first state, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, the commodity lane 21 is first controlled to operate so that the commodity 100 is completely fed onto the commodity transporting assembly, then the commodity transporting assembly is controlled to move to the abnormal commodity storage area 12, and the commodity transporting assembly is controlled to operate so that the commodity 100 located thereon is fed into the abnormal commodity storage area 12, then the commodity transporting assembly is controlled to move back to the initial position. In a specific embodiment, the initial position can be the position of the lower left corner of the commodity vending cabinet, and of course, the specific initial position can be reasonably selected according to actual needs, so that the commodity conveying assembly is controlled to move back to the initial position, the control system is not required to record and store the specific position of the commodity conveying assembly, and the design of an electrical system is simplified.
In this technical solution, when detecting that the commodity 100 has an abnormal position and is in the first state, that is, in the boundary position between the commodity conveying assembly and the outlet of the commodity channel 21, the commodity channel 21 is controlled to operate first so that the commodity 100 is completely conveyed onto the commodity conveying assembly, thereby preventing the commodity 100 from being damaged or stuck and damaged due to the movement of the commodity conveying assembly when the commodity 100 is in the first state, and after the commodity 100 is conveyed onto the commodity conveying assembly, the commodity conveying assembly is controlled to move to convey the commodity 100 to an abnormal commodity storage area, and finally, the commodity is returned to the initial position to wait for processing of the subsequent order flow.
It can be understood that whether the article 100 is in the first state may be detected by the aforementioned second detecting component, that is, when the second detecting component is the photosensor 3, the light emitted by the corresponding emitting end 31 cannot be received by the receiving end 32 to form a light closure, which indicates that the article 100 is in the first state.
Referring specifically to fig. 5, the abnormal position state further includes a second state, and when it is detected that the article 100 is at the article normal take-out port 11, it is determined that the article 100 is at the second state, the article transporting assembly is controlled to operate so as to prevent the article 100 from being thereon, and then the article transporting assembly is controlled to move back to the initial position.
In this technical solution, the second state of the commodity 100 can be detected and determined by the photoelectric sensor 3 disposed in the commodity normal take-out port 11, when the commodity 100 is in the second state, it is indicated that the commodity 100 is in the commodity normal take-out port 11, in general, the purchaser corresponding to the commodity 100 can take out the commodity 100 normally, but there is a certain probability that the purchaser does not take out the commodity and some commodity is disposed on the commodity conveying assembly, so that the commodity conveying assembly is still controlled to operate to push the commodity possibly disposed thereon into the commodity normal take-out port 11 at this time, and then the commodity is returned to the initial position.
Referring specifically to fig. 6, the abnormal position state further includes a third state, and when it is detected that the article 100 is completely on the article transporting assembly, it is determined that the article 100 is in the third state, the article transporting assembly is controlled to move to the abnormal article storage area 12, and the article transporting assembly is controlled to operate to feed the article 100 thereon into the abnormal article storage area 12, and then the article transporting assembly is controlled to move back to the initial position.
In some embodiments, after the article 100 is fed into the abnormal article storage area 12, a prompt message is sent to prompt a maintenance person to dispose of the article 100 in the abnormal article storage area 12, for example, to lift the maintenance person to put the article 100 in the abnormal article storage area 12 into the article channel 21 again.
It should be noted that if it is determined that the commodity 100 does not have a position abnormality, the commodity conveying assembly is controlled to directly move to the initial position, and at this time, a corresponding result may be fed back to ensure normal settlement of the outstanding order flow caused by abnormal restarting of the commodity vending cabinet.
The control logic flow when the product vending cabinet of the present invention is a meal vending cabinet is further described below in conjunction with fig. 7:
1. After the power is turned on again, whether the meal taking platform is located at the initial position is detected. If the current meal taking process is in the standby state, the current meal taking process is not required to be reset, and if the current meal taking process is not in the initial position, the current meal taking process 2 is required to be executed.
2. When the meal taking platform is not located at the initial position, whether the meal outlet photoelectric sensor (located in the meal outlet) is closed or not is detected. If the meal outlet photoelectric sensor is not closed, the second state shown in fig. 5 is seen, the meal taking platform is located at the meal outlet, the meal taking process is in the state of pushing the meal to the meal outlet, the meal taking platform pushing plate is driven to push the meal out, then the meal taking platform pushing plate returns, the meal taking platform is reset, and the reset is completed. If the meal outlet photoelectric sensor is closed, the process 3 needs to be executed.
3. When the meal outlet photoelectric sensor is closed, the meal taking platform is not positioned at the meal outlet. At this time, the state of the meal taking platform photoelectric sensor 2 (i.e., the aforementioned first detection means, favorite on) is detected. If the photosensor 2 of the meal taking platform is disconnected, the meal is clamped at the gap between the meal taking position (the outlet of the commodity channel 21) and the meal taking platform, as shown in the first state of fig. 4. At the moment, the goods channel is driven to run, the goods channel pushing plate moves, the meal is pushed to the meal taking platform, then the meal is sent to the abnormal meal outlet, and then reset is completed. If the fetch platform photosensor 2 is closed, then flow 4 needs to be performed.
4. When the photoelectric sensor 2 of the meal taking platform is closed, no meal is clamped at the gap between the meal taking position and the meal taking platform. At this time, the state of the meal taking platform photoelectric sensor 1 (i.e., the aforementioned first detection means, the same applies hereinafter) is detected. If the photoelectric sensor 1 is closed, the fact that no meal is on the meal taking platform is indicated, and the meal taking platform is normally reset at the moment. If the photoelectric sensor 2 is disconnected, it indicates that the meal taking platform is provided with the meal which is not pushed out last time, and the meal is sent to the abnormal meal outlet in the third state shown in fig. 6, and then the reset is completed.
Through above-mentioned detection and mode of resetting, can ensure that commodity sell the order that the cabinet was accomplished before the outage after powering up again, can not exist the direct problem that the meal emptys that resets after the outage, improved the reliability of unit. And the re-ordered food can be sent to an abnormal food outlet with heat preservation, so that abnormal temperature of the food is prevented, and the user experience is improved.
