背景技术
烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂广泛用于从餐具洗涤剂到沐浴露到洗发水的各种商业应用,因为它们具有令人期望的清洁和起泡性质。然而,由于烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂在水中的溶解度有限,因此烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂在含水组合物中的使用构成制剂方面的挑战。

发明内容
一种稳定的含水表面活性剂组合物,该稳定的含水表面活性剂组合物包含:
a.按该组合物的重量计,约1%至约30%的表面活性剂体系,该表面活性剂体系基本上由烷基硫酸盐、优选地C6-C20烷基硫酸盐、更优选地C6-C20烷基硫酸钠组成;
b.按该组合物的重量计,约0.05%至约15%的疏水剂,该疏水剂优选地选自由以下组成的组:精油、香料、它们的成分和它们的组合;和
c.按该组合物的重量计约70%至约90%的水;

含水表面活性剂组合物可以是胶束分散体或水包油乳液。
含水表面活性剂组合物可包含具有约2nm至约500nm、另选地约4nm至约400nm、另选地约5nm至约100nm的强度平均粒径的颗粒。含水表面活性剂组合物可包含具有小于约1微米、优选地小于约500nm的强度平均粒径的颗粒。平均强度粒径可根据下文描述的粒径测试方法来测量。
含水表面活性剂组合物可以是澄清的,因为澄清对使用者而言意味着纯净。含水表面活性剂组合物可基本上不含染料或着色剂。含水表面活性剂组合物可以在使用之前与稀释剂(例如,水)一起混合的浓缩组合物的形式或以在使用前无需消费者稀释的即用型组合物的形式提供给消费者。

疏水剂

本文所描述的含水表面活性剂组合物可包含按组合物的重量计约1%至约20%、或约1%至约18%、或约2%至约15%、或约3%至约10%的烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂。烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂可任选地来源于可再生脂肪醇,其中“可再生”是指来源于可再生成分(例如,植物)并且包含可再生碳的脂肪醇。优选地,烷基硫酸盐表面活性剂是非乙氧基化的。

溶剂
含水表面活性剂组合物可任选地包含按组合物的重量计约1%至约45%、或约1%至约30%、或约1%至约25%、或约1%至约15%的一种或多种溶剂。液体含水表面活性剂组合物可包含一种或多种溶剂和水。
合适的溶剂包括醇,诸如一元醇或多元醇。优选醇是乙醇、丙醇和异丙醇例示的低分子量伯醇或仲醇、优选地异丙醇。还可以使用一元醇和多元醇,诸如包含2至约6个碳原子以及2至约6个羟基基团的那些(例如,乙二醇、甘油和1,2-丙二醇(也称为丙二醇))。

防腐剂

含水表面活性剂组合物可被包装在至少部分透明或半透明的容器或瓶中。容器可包括透明部分,诸如窗口。透明或半透明瓶状件在约410nm至800nm的波长下可具有大于25%的透光率。可使用的瓶材料包括但不限于:聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚酰胺(PA)和/或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚氯乙烯(PVC);和聚苯乙烯(PS)。

HunterL.a.b的测定(CIE)b*值
使用Hunter L.a.b测量黄色的形成。(CIE)方法。使用HunterLab ColorFlex分光光度计(HunterLab,11491 Sunset Hills Road,Reston,Virginia 20190)来测定b*值。所使用的方法在“User’s Manual for ColorFlex EZ Version 2.2”中有详细描述。
HunterLab ColorFlex分光光度计使用氙气闪光灯来照射样品。然后,通过色散光栅将样品反射的光分离为其分量波长。然后分析沿可见光谱(400-700nm)不同波长的光的相对强度,以产生指示样品颜色的数字结果。
浊度方法
浊度计用于测量含水表面活性剂组合物的浊度。该仪器以比浊法浊度单位(NTU)测量液体的浊度。对浊度进行测量的方法在以下参考文献中有详细描述:来自Hach公司的Hach 2100Q和2100Qis用户手册,第6版,2021年8月。如果样品在分析之前不均匀,则将样品倒置,直到它看起来均匀,然后倒入分析物小瓶中进行测量。
该测量方法通过评估主要浊度光散射信号与透射光散射信号的比率来确定浊度的定量值。该特定的评估方法提供介于0至1000NTU之间的值,其中NTU值越大指示组合物更浑浊。在每个测试样品中间,可以测量水对照组以确保正确的设备操作。例如,水可具有约1.11NTU的浊度,异丙醇可具有约0.15NTU的浊度。据信,活性成分、特别是疏水性活性成分的乳化的改善产生较低的NTU值。
温度稳定性
通过用样品组合物填充24盎司PET小瓶来测量温度稳定性。将小瓶密封并在5℃下加热12小时至14小时。然后将小瓶移至25℃达10小时至12小时,从而完成一个低温循环。这再重复两次,总共三个低温循环。在5℃下最终温育之后(并且在小瓶升温至室温之前),观察小瓶是否有任何浊度或相分离的可视化迹象。在25℃下最终温育之后,使用以下对小瓶的浊度和b*值进行评估:浊度和上文描述的Hunter L.a.b.(CIE)方法。
粒径测试方法
通过光散射数据技术来测量粒径。利用Malvern Zetasizer Nano ZSP(MalvernPanalytical,英国马尔文)等来测定粒径。用于仪器控制和数据采集的软件是MalvernZetasizer软件版本8.01.4906(Malvern Panalytical)。除非另外指明,否则所有样品都保存在25℃下。
在聚苯乙烯一次性比色皿(目录号759070D或等效物)中进行测量。使用一次性移液管(VWR,目录号414004-004或等效物)将1mL样品加入比色皿中,打旋,然后丢弃。使用一次性移液管将另外1mL样品加入比色皿中。将盖子放在比色皿上,并且用无绒镜片纸擦拭比色皿的所有侧面。根据制造的规范将比色皿装入仪器中,以确保在测量期间光线正确进入样品中,并关闭封盖。
根据制造的规范准备好仪器。通过具有以下设置的软件进行粒径测量:
1)在“测量”章节下,选择“手动”选项。然后将“测量类型”设置为“大小”。

Claims (9)
1.一种稳定的含水表面活性剂组合物,所述稳定的含水表面活性剂组合物包含:
a.按所述组合物的重量计,1%至30%的表面活性剂体系,所述表面活性剂体系基本上由烷基硫酸盐、优选地C6-C20烷基硫酸盐、更优选地C6-C20烷基硫酸钠组成;
b.按所述组合物的重量计,0.05%至15%的疏水剂,所述疏水剂优选地选自由以下组成的组:精油、香料、它们的成分和它们的组合;和
c.按所述组合物的重量计70%至90%的水;
d.选自以下各项的任选的成分:pH调节剂、钙盐、硼酸、酶、染料、着色剂、防腐剂、荧光增白剂、染蓝剂、消泡剂、漂白剂、增稠剂、聚合物、优选地抗再沉积聚合物、溶剂、螯合剂、树胶、粘结剂和它们的组合;
其中疏水性活性物质与烷基硫酸盐的比率为1:.66至1:20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稳定的含水表面活性剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含选自由以下组成的组的溶剂:异丙醇、乙醇、乙二醇、乙二醇醚、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、乳酸乙酯、乳酸丁酯、硬脂酸丁酯、甘油、山梨糖醇和它们的混合物。
3.一种稳定的浓缩型含水表面活性剂,所述稳定的浓缩型含水表面活性剂包括:
a.按所述组合物的重量计,大于30%至75%的表面活性剂体系,所述表面活性剂体系基本上由烷基硫酸盐、优选地C6-C20烷基硫酸盐、更优选地C6-C20烷基硫酸钠组成;
b.按所述组合物的重量计5%至40%的疏水剂,所述疏水剂优选地选自由以下组成的组:精油、香料、它们的成分和它们的组合;和
c.按所述组合物的重量计10%至65%的水;
d.其中疏水性活性物质与烷基硫酸盐的比率为1:.66至1:20。
4.根据权利要求3所述的稳定的含水表面活性剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含选自由以下组成的组的溶剂:异丙醇、乙醇、乙二醇、乙二醇醚、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、乳酸乙酯、乳酸丁酯、硬脂酸丁酯、甘油、山梨糖醇和它们的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含水表面活性剂组合物,其中所述pH调节剂选自由以下组成的组:苹果酸、柠檬酸、富马酸、腐殖酸、乙酸、柠檬酸一钠、柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸二钠、柠檬酸三钠、柠檬酸三钠二水合物、柠檬酸三钠五水合物、乙酸钠和它们的组合。
6.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的含水表面活性剂组合物,其中所述组合物包含疏水性活性物质与烷基硫酸盐的重量比为1:1至1:10、优选地1:1至1:5。
7.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的组合物,其中所述组合物具有小于20NTU的浊度和0至5的b*值。
8.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述的组合物,其中所述组合物具有2.0至12.0的pH。
9.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中将所述组合物包装在透明或半透明容器中。
