Technical Field

Background
The adjusting device of the slotting cutter of the forming machine is used in a carton forming machine and is used for accurately adjusting the slotting cutter. The slotting cutter linkage adjusting device has the advantages of being simple in structure, easy to assemble, low in cost and convenient to use, realizing slotting cutter linkage adjustment, saving adjusting time in processing, saving cost and improving efficiency.
But among the prior art, the staff sets up the blade on the carousel, and the carousel sets up in the pivot, and the pivot rotates and drives the carousel rotation, and the drive blade is to the carton fluting, when needs are adjusted, rotates through gear pole and rack meshing and drives the carousel and remove in the pivot to adjust the position, because carton kind is diversified, carton thickness also differs, at the fluting in-process, if the carton is thicker, then grooved degree of depth is darker, and the fixed position of fluting sword, therefore grooved degree of depth can't be accurately adjusted.

The invention aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the types of cartons are diversified, the thicknesses of the cartons are different, in the slotting process, if the cartons are thicker, the slotting depth is deeper, and the slotting cutter is fixed in position, so that the slotting depth cannot be accurately adjusted.
In order to achieve the purpose, the adjusting device of the slotting cutter of the paper box processing and forming machine comprises a workbench, wherein the top end of the workbench is fixedly connected with a supporting frame, the top end of the supporting frame is fixedly connected with a protecting shell, a supporting sliding groove is formed in the top end of the supporting frame, a rotating assembly is arranged in the middle of the supporting frame, a slotting structure is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting frame, the slotting structure comprises a second motor, one side of the second motor is in transmission connection with a second rotating shaft, one end of the second rotating shaft, far away from the second motor, is fixedly connected with a rotating rod, the middle of the rotating rod is in equidistant arrangement and sliding connection with a rotating disc, and one side of the rotating disc is provided with a blade.
