In the middling fine separation equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a concentrate chamber 42 is adjacent to a tailing chamber 43, the upper ends of the concentrate chamber 42 and the tailing chamber 43 are open, a separation device 2 is positioned above a working pond 4, a concentrate outlet of the separation device 2 is positioned above the concentrate chamber 42, and a tailing outlet of the separation device 2 is positioned above the tailing chamber 43.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fine middling separation equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a first mounting piece 46 is arranged at the upper end of a mixing chamber 41, a crushing device 3 is arranged on the first mounting piece 46, and the discharge end of the crushing device 3 is positioned above the mixing chamber 41.
In this embodiment, breaker 3 erects in the top of compounding room 41 through first installed part 46, and breaker 3's discharge end also is located the top of compounding room 41, so, breaker 3 obtains that the third middling can directly enter into compounding room 41, need not to set up auxiliary structure such as chute or pipeline, can improve middling fine separation equipment's compactness, makes things convenient for middling fine separation equipment's arrangement, reduces overall cost.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the above-mentioned first mounting piece 46 is of a plate-shaped structure, and has good stability, the periphery of the first mounting piece 46 is connected with the upper edge of the mixing chamber 41, and the upper edge of the mixing chamber 41 is the frame of the open end of the mixing chamber 41, so that the first mounting piece 46 with a plate-shaped structure can also seal the open end of the mixing chamber 41, and therefore the third middlings discharged by the crushing device 3 can be prevented from splashing everywhere when entering the mixing chamber 41. Of course, in the present embodiment, the first mounting member 46 may also be provided as a beam, a frame structure or the like, which can achieve the purpose of supporting the crushing device 3 in the present embodiment. The first mounting plate is provided with an opening corresponding to the discharge end of the crushing device 3, the third middling discharged from the discharge end of the crushing device 3 can enter the mixing chamber 41 through the opening, and further, the first mounting piece 46 is provided with an opening corresponding to the second conveying pipeline 53, so that middling medium can be injected into the mixing chamber 41.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the medium coal fine separation equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a medium mixing chamber 44 is adjacent to a mixing chamber 41, a second mounting piece 47 is arranged at the upper end of the medium mixing chamber 44, a screening device 1 is arranged on the second mounting piece 47, the discharge end of the oversize material of a first screen assembly is positioned above the mixing chamber 41, the discharge end of the undersize material of the first screen assembly is positioned above the medium mixing chamber 44, and the discharge end of the oversize material of the second screen assembly is positioned above the feed end of a crushing device 3.
In this embodiment, the oversize material of the second screen assembly is discharged into the crushing device 3, and in order to improve the integrity of the fine separation device for middlings, the screening device 1 is disposed beside the crushing device 3, so that the purpose of conveying the first middlings discharged from the second screen assembly into the crushing device 3 can be achieved by only providing a structure such as a chute. Further, the oversize material of the first screen assembly is directly discharged into the mixing chamber 41, and the undersize material of the first screen assembly is directly discharged into the mixing chamber 44, so that the mixing chamber 41 is preferably disposed adjacent to the mixing chamber 44, and the oversize material of the first screen assembly is discharged into the mixing chamber 41 through the chute, so that the first mounting member 46 is also provided with an opening for receiving the oversize material of the first screen assembly. The above mentions that the mixing chamber 41, the mixing chamber 44, the concentrate chamber 42 and the tailing chamber 43 are arranged in a "pan" shape, so that the concentrate chamber 42 and the tailing chamber 43 are located on the same side, and the mixing chamber 41 and the mixing chamber 44 are located on the same side. The screening device 1 is arranged above the medium combining chamber 44 to improve the integrity of the fine medium coal separation equipment, and a second mounting piece 47 is arranged at the upper end of the medium combining chamber 44 and used for mounting the screening device 1.

The clean coal recovery module and the middling coal recovery module are conventional arrangements of a raw coal sorting system, and therefore are not described in detail herein. In this embodiment, the concentrate product and the tailing product of the middling fine separation device are returned to the raw coal separation system through the conveying system for recovery. The conveying system further comprises a third conveying pump 56, a third conveying pipeline 55, a fourth conveying pump 57 and a fourth conveying pipeline 58, wherein one end of the third conveying pipeline 55 is communicated with the concentrate chamber 42, the other end of the third conveying pipeline extends to the clean coal recovery module, the third conveying pump 56 is arranged on the third conveying pipeline 55 and is used for conveying concentrate products in the concentrate chamber 42 to the clean coal recovery module, one end of the fourth conveying pipeline 58 is communicated with the tailing chamber 43, the other end of the fourth conveying pipeline 58 extends to the middling recovery module, and the fourth conveying pump 57 is arranged on the fourth conveying pipeline 58 and is used for conveying tailing products in the tailing chamber 43 to the middling recovery module. Concentrate products and tailing products return to the raw coal recovery system through the conveying system, so that the medium coal fine separation equipment and the raw coal separation system can be better combined, and the economic benefit is improved.
Preferably, in this embodiment, for ease of arrangement, the first, second, third and fourth transfer pumps 52, 54, 56 and 57 are arranged side by side and on one side of the concentrate and tailing chambers 42, 43 of the working tank 4 to improve the integrity of the middling fine separation apparatus, the structure is more compact, ease of arrangement, and ease of maintenance of the four transfer pumps.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the fine middling separation equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention is characterized in that a first conveying pump 52 is arranged on a first conveying pipeline 51, and at least one of a densimeter, a magnetic substance detector and a pressure gauge is further arranged on the first conveying pipeline 51 and used for detecting separation parameters so as to avoid influencing middling reselection.
The third embodiment of the invention also provides a coal separation system, which comprises the middling fine separation equipment and the raw coal separation system. The coal sorting system provided by the embodiment can realize the recleaning of the middlings and recover the clean coal in the middlings, and has better economic benefit.
