Further, a plurality of guide grooves are formed in the cutter positioning frame, a plurality of guide blocks which are in sliding fit with the guide grooves are fixed on the upper side of the outer pressing plate, step screws penetrating through the first base plate are connected between part of the guide blocks and the upper template, the second elastic piece is arranged in the guide grooves and is abutted to the tops of the guide blocks, and a plurality of step screws are also connected between the inner pressing plate and the upper template. The upper vent hole and the lower vent hole are used for stabilizing the air pressure of the upper surface and the lower surface of the cake support, so that the adsorption effect during demolding is avoided.
Further, the number of the first elastic pieces is several, and the first elastic pieces are distributed annularly along the periphery of the inner pressing plate, and the distribution range of the first elastic pieces corresponds to the third backing plate. The aluminum alloy block has the effects of high strength and light weight, the quality of the aluminum alloy block can be effectively reduced, and the stainless steel can meet the strength and wear resistance requirements of the parts.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the characteristics that 1, the invention simultaneously has the functions of bonding and trimming the base paper, the foam board and the surface paper, and 2, the invention adopts the upper template, the lower template and the inner pressing board which are made of aluminum alloy materials, thereby realizing larger weight reduction effect.

The upper template, the lower template and the inner pressing plate are all aluminum alloy blocks, the first base plate, the second base plate, the third base plate and the outer pressing plate are all stainless steel plates, and the cutter positioning frame is made of carbon steel. The aluminum alloy block has the effects of high strength and light weight, the quality of the embodiment can be effectively reduced, and the stainless steel can meet the strength and wear resistance requirements of the components.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the inner platen is provided with an upper vent hole 152 penetrating through the second pad plate, and the bottom of the lower recess is provided with a lower vent hole 250 penetrating through the lower die plate. The upper vent hole and the lower vent hole are used for stabilizing the air pressure of the upper surface and the lower surface of the cake support, so that the adsorption effect during demolding is avoided.

The trimming principle of the embodiment is that the surface paper, the foam board and the bottom paper are sequentially placed on the male die of the lower die plate to ensure that the surface paper, the foam board and the bottom paper are approximately opposite, the protruding part of the surface paper is completely matched with the lower concave part, the whole body is trapped in the surface paper, the bottom surface of the bottom paper is coated with quick-drying glue, then the upper die assembly is pushed to be pressed down by the press machine, the outer pressing board and the second backing plate are firstly contacted with the bottom paper, the edge parts of the surface paper and the bottom paper are pressed on the third backing plate, the protruding parts of the foam board and the surface paper are also completely pushed into the lower concave part and are abutted with the bottom of the lower concave part, the elastic force of the second elastic piece and the first elastic piece applied to the outer pressing board and the inner pressing board is continuously increased along with the continuous pressing of the upper die assembly, the pressure of the outer pressing board is used for keeping the outer edge of the paper straight, the inner pressing board is prevented from wrinkling in the trimming process, the pressure of the inner pressing board is used for increasing the pressure of the pasting part, and the pasting is firmer; in the process, the annular cutter in the blade accommodating groove gradually stretches out and cuts the surface paper and the bottom paper until the annular cutter is abutted against the third backing plate, the trimming process is completed, but the embodiment also needs to keep the state for about 2 seconds, the pressure is about 2T to increase the adhesion firmness between the papers, then the upper die assembly is pulled by the press to reset upwards, initially, the outer pressing plate and the inner pressing plate are kept fixed under the rebound action of the elastic piece, the annular cutter starts to retract gradually into the blade accommodating groove, so that the cake support and the slitter edge can be ensured not to be clamped on the annular cutter, then the outer pressing plate and the inner pressing plate are separated from the cake support, and the cake support and the slitter edge can be taken out at the moment.
