After outdoor wind disappears, the sealing element 61 does not pull the wire core 63 any more, at this time, the sliding plate 30 is driven to reset through the tension spring of the sliding plate 30, the sliding plate 30 on the other side is driven to reset through the meshing of the two second racks 45 and the gear, so that the two sliding plates 30 move back to each other, the first conductive element 14 is pulled in the back moving process of the two sliding plates 30, and the diameter of a circle in the middle of the first conductive element 14 is reduced.
The second rack 45 is driven to reset in the moving process of the sliding plate 30, the second rack 45 drives the rotating ring 43 to rotate through the toothed ring 44, the rotating ring 43 extrudes the sliding parts 41 through all the inclined grooves on the rotating ring 43, all the sliding parts 41 move in opposite directions along the straight grooves on the fixed plate 40, circles in the middle of the first conductive part 14 are reduced at equal intervals, the limiting plate 46 is driven to move in the resetting process of the sliding parts 41, the umbrella-shaped part 21 is not pulled any more, and the umbrella-shaped part 21 is reduced under the action of elastic force, so that the fixing range of the third conductive part 24 is reduced.
When the parts are moved and reset to the state in the figure, the outdoor wind treatment process is carried out, and when the outdoor wind appears again, the actions are repeated.
