Technical Field

Background
With the rapid development of socioeconomic performance, the dependence of various industries on electric power is also increasing. This has led to an increasing demand for the degree of automation of the power system. In recent years, the transformer equipment of a transformer substation is frequently stolen and destroyed, so the safety of the transformer equipment is a current important protection object.
The traditional mode generally realizes the anti-invasion through the anti-theft fence or the popular monitoring and infrared correlation anti-theft alarm system, but the function is single, the anti-theft fence can block the entry of lawless persons to a certain extent, but can not realize timely alarm reminding when the fence is overturned, the monitoring and infrared correlation alarm can not play a role in blocking lawless persons although the anti-theft fence is widely used at present, the anti-invasion fence is easy to damage, the infrared correlation alarm is easy to generate false touch, and false alarm can also occur when flying birds stay.
Therefore, based on the problems, the transformer substation monitoring alarm device is provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The transformer substation monitoring alarm device comprises a machine body, wherein the bottom of the machine body is connected with a mounting base and is used for being fixed on an upright post of a transformer substation fence, the top of the machine body is connected with a fixed footstock, monitoring cameras are arranged in the fixed footstock, a plurality of universal balls are respectively arranged on two adjacent side walls of the machine body in a longitudinal arrangement mode, one end of each universal ball on one side wall of the machine body is fixedly provided with a second connecting ring, the center of each universal ball on the other side wall is connected with a connecting sleeve in a penetrating manner, the inside of the connecting sleeve is connected with a first elastic triggering assembly in a penetrating manner, one end of the first elastic triggering assembly extends to the outside of the machine body and is fixedly provided with a first connecting ring, the other end of the first elastic triggering assembly is positioned in the machine body, and an annular pressure sensor is sleeved outside the first elastic triggering assembly;
The vibration detection device comprises a machine body, and is characterized in that a vibration sensor is arranged in the machine body, a vibration conduction component is connected to an induction end of the vibration sensor, the vibration conduction component is arranged on one side of a first elastic triggering component, a third elastic triggering component is arranged at the bottom of the monitoring camera, the bottom end of the third elastic triggering component extends to the inside of the machine body, when the monitoring camera is impacted, the third elastic triggering component is contacted with the vibration conduction component, a partition plate is fixed in the machine body, a cavity is arranged below the partition plate, a second elastic triggering component is arranged in the cavity, when the machine body is disassembled and moved upwards, the second elastic triggering component is contacted with the vibration conduction component, and one side of the second elastic triggering component is connected with a triggering liquid spraying component;
the surface mounting of organism has the alarm, the internally mounted of organism has controller, power and wireless communication module, and surveillance camera head, annular pressure sensor, alarm and vibration sensor all are connected with the controller.
Further, the first elastic triggering component comprises a sliding rod which is connected with the connecting sleeve in a penetrating and sliding mode, a first metal ball is fixed at one end, close to the vibration conduction component, of the sliding rod, a pressing plate is sleeved on the outer surface of the sliding rod, a side plate is fixed on one side wall of the connecting sleeve, a second spring is fixed at one end of the side plate and one end of the pressing plate, a first spring is fixed between one side of the side plate and one end of the universal ball, and the first metal ball extends to the inside of the annular pressure sensor.

The invention provides a transformer substation monitoring alarm device. The beneficial effects are as follows:
1. The device is combined with the transformer substation guardrail, can better prevent lawless persons from entering, can prevent the steel wire rope connected with the device from entering even if the device can climb onto a transformer substation guardrail, can give an alarm in time by arranging the annular pressure sensor and the first elastic triggering component, and can take a picture by the monitoring camera when a person wants to pull the steel wire rope, and can wirelessly transmit an alarm signal and photo information at the steel wire rope to monitoring personnel so as to realize real-time monitoring alarm and prevent false touch alarm caused by flying birds.
2. According to the invention, through the arrangement of the vibration sensor, the first elastic triggering component, the second elastic triggering component and the third elastic triggering component, when an lawbreaker wants to destroy and disassemble the device, the lawbreaker can be detected and timely send out an alarm signal, so that the safety performance of the device is greatly improved.

As shown in fig. 1-8, the embodiment of the invention provides a transformer substation monitoring alarm device, which comprises a machine body 1, wherein the bottom of the machine body 1 is connected with a mounting base 4 for being fixed on a column of a transformer substation fence, the top of the machine body 1 is connected with a fixed footstock 2, a monitoring camera 3 is arranged in the fixed footstock 2, a plurality of universal balls 5 are respectively arranged on two adjacent side walls of the machine body 1, the universal balls 5 are longitudinally arranged, one end of the universal ball 5 on one side wall of the machine body 1 is fixed with a second connecting ring 7, the center of the universal ball 5 on the other side wall is connected with a connecting sleeve 501 in a penetrating way, the inside of the connecting sleeve 501 is connected with a first elastic triggering component 9 in a penetrating way, one end of the first elastic triggering component 9 extends to the outside of the machine body 1 and is fixed with a first connecting ring 6, the other end of the first elastic triggering component 9 is positioned in the machine body 1, an annular pressure sensor 8 is sleeved outside the first elastic triggering component 9, a vibration sensor 14 is arranged in the machine body 1, a vibration conduction component 10 is connected to the sensing end of the vibration sensor 14, the vibration conduction component 10 is arranged on one side of the first elastic triggering component 9, a third elastic triggering component is arranged at the bottom of the monitoring camera 3, the bottom end of the third elastic triggering component extends to the interior of the machine body 1, when the monitoring camera 3 is impacted, the third elastic triggering component is contacted with the vibration conduction component 10, a partition 101 is fixed in the interior of the machine body 1, a cavity 102 is arranged below the partition 101, a second elastic triggering component 11 is arranged in the cavity 102, when the machine body 1 is disassembled and moved upwards, the second elastic triggering component 11 is contacted with the vibration conduction component 10, one side of the second elastic triggering component 11 is connected with a triggering liquid spraying component 12.
The surface mounting of organism 1 has alarm 15, and the internally mounted of organism 1 has controller, power and wireless communication module, and surveillance camera head 3, annular pressure sensor 8, alarm 15 and vibration sensor 14 all are connected with the controller, play the effect of warning and long-range warning, theftproof that can be better.
The first elastic triggering component 9 comprises a sliding rod 91 which is connected with the connecting sleeve 501 in a penetrating and sliding manner, a first metal ball 96 is fixed at one end of the sliding rod 91, which is close to the vibration conduction component 10, a pressing plate 95 is sleeved on the outer surface of the sliding rod 91, a side plate 92 is fixed on one side wall of the connecting sleeve 501, a second spring 94 is fixed at one end of the side plate 92 and one end of the pressing plate 95, the second spring 94 is always kept in a compressed state in a use state, a first spring 93 is fixed between one side of the side plate 92 and one end of the universal ball 5, stability of the universal ball 5 can be kept, meanwhile, angle change of the universal ball 5 is not influenced when a person pulls a steel wire rope, and the first metal ball 96 extends to the inside of the annular pressure sensor 8.
The vibration conduction assembly 10 comprises a vibration conduction plate 1001, a vibration conduction ring 1002 and a vibration conduction sheet 1003 are respectively fixed at the top end and the bottom end of the vibration conduction plate 1001, the third elastic triggering assembly comprises a mounting plate 201 mounted at the bottom of the monitoring camera 3, a plurality of third springs 202 are connected between the lower surface of the mounting plate 201 and the inner bottom wall of the fixed footstock 2, a flexible protective sleeve 203 is sleeved on the outer surface of the third springs 202 to protect the third springs 202 from water inlet corrosion, a third metal ball 204 is connected to the middle position of the mounting plate 201, the third metal ball 204 penetrates through an opening at the top end of the machine body 1 and extends to the inside of the vibration conduction ring 1002, and when the monitoring camera 3 is hit, the third metal ball 204 can hit the vibration conduction ring 1002.
The second elastic triggering assembly 11 comprises a gear 1101 rotatably connected inside a cavity 102, a first rack 1102 and a second rack 1103 are respectively connected to two sides of the gear 1101 in a meshed mode, a second metal ball 1106 is fixed to the top end of the first rack 1102, a supporting plate 104 fixed to the inner wall of the cavity 102 is arranged at the bottom of the first rack 1102, a pressing block 1105 is fixed to the bottom end of the second rack 1103, the pressing block 1105 extends to the inside of the mounting base 4, and a fourth spring 1104 is fixed between the pressing block 1105 and the supporting plate 104.
The triggering spray assembly 12 comprises a liquid storage cylinder 1202 fixed on the upper surface of the support plate 104, a piston rod is arranged in the liquid storage cylinder 1202, a connecting plate 1201 is fixed at the top of the piston rod, the connecting plate 1201 is fixed with one side of the second rack 1103, a liquid inlet valve and a liquid outlet valve are arranged on the surface of the liquid storage cylinder 1202, the liquid inlet valve is connected with the liquid storage tank 1203 through a pipeline, and the liquid outlet valve is connected with a spray nozzle 1204 on the surface of the machine body 1 through a pipeline.
The surface of the sliding rod 91 is provided with a through hole, before the machine body 1 is installed, the through hole is used for inserting the setting rod 13, the steel wire rope E is convenient to install, the side wall of the machine body 1 is fixed with the protective cover 103, and the protective cover 103 is located on one side provided with the first elastic triggering component 9.
Mounting holes 401 are formed in the surface of the mounting base 4, and the mounting holes are conveniently fixed to the upright posts of the transformer substation fence through bolts and nuts.
The working principle is that as shown in fig. 7, D is the device, E is a steel wire rope, C is a transformer substation fence in the prior art, the two devices are arranged on two upright posts of the transformer substation fence through bolts and nuts, the state of the universal ball 5 and the first connecting ring 6 at one side provided with the first elastic triggering component 9 is as shown in fig. 3, the positioning rod 13 is limited at the position of the first elastic triggering component 9, then two ends of the steel wire rope are arranged on the first connecting ring 6 of one device and the second connecting ring 7 of the other device, the steel wire rope can play a role of further blocking relative to the transformer substation fence, the positioning rod 13 is removed, the first elastic triggering component 9 cannot move backwards too much under the action of the steel wire rope, when a person tries to pull the steel wire rope to pass through the transformer substation fence, the steel wire rope tilts under the pulling action, the first metal ball 96 contacts the annular pressure sensor 8, and when the pressure value is detected to exceed a preset value, the controller controls to send an alarm and simultaneously remotely transmit an alarm signal to a remote control center for monitoring and remotely transmit a monitored photo to a remote control center;
When someone tries to cut the steel wire rope, the second spring 94 pushes the first metal ball 96 to move backwards under the action of no external force after being cut, so that the first metal ball impacts the vibration conduction assembly 10, and the vibration sensor 14 detects that the vibration conduction assembly gives an alarm;
When someone tries to strike and destroy the monitoring camera 3, the third spring 202 plays a certain role in buffering under the action of external force, and the monitoring camera 3 is rocked when being struck, so that the third metal ball 204 is in contact with the vibration conduction assembly 10;
when someone tries to disassemble the device, as shown in fig. 6, after the bolts and nuts are disassembled, when the device is lifted upwards, the pressed pressing block 1105 is released to move downwards under the action of no external force, so that the first rack 1102 is driven to move upwards, the second metal ball 1106 is impacted on the vibration conducting component 10, an alarm is triggered, meanwhile, when the pressing block 1105 is released to move downwards, the second rack 1103 is driven to move downwards, the connecting plate 1201 moves downwards, and the piston rod presses the liquid storage barrel 1202 to spray liquid in the liquid storage barrel 1202.
