Abstract
Provided is a powdery cleanser composition which is capable of increasing properties for preventing a solid state dirt from reattaching without damaging cleansing properties and useful for washing clothes by formulating specific proportions of an inorganic phosphate, polyethylene glycol, a specified copolymer and mirabilite with a detergent.
Description
The present invention relates to the clothing powder detergent composition.
Clothing is composed of the following components with washing composition: tensio-active agent, and it can make the dirt solubilising on the fiber, therefore makes its dissolving or is dispersed in the washing lotion; Sequestrant is used to remove the material (as calcium and magnesium) of failure surface promoting agent performance; Alkali has the decomposition of promotion dirt and the effect of solubilising; The high-molecular weight compound is used to disperse dirt; And other detergent builder.
An effect of detergent builder is to prevent the redeposition removed from clothing.Example with builder of this usefulness comprises Tri sodium Phosphate, polyacrylic acid and polyoxyethylene glycol. An example as the prior art of using these builders, can be referring to " the Detergentcomposition having improved physical properties and solubility in cold water " that disclose in the U.S. Patent No. 4657693 (having improved physicals and energy dissolved detergent composition in cold water), said composition contains tensio-active agent, Tri sodium Phosphate, polyoxyethylene glycol and polyacrylic acid.Yet said composition is preventing that the performance aspect the solid soil redeposition is still abundant inadequately.
The present inventor has carried out extensive studies to address the above problem.Found that the problems referred to above can be resolved by following method: the multipolymer and the saltcake of inorganic phosphate, polyoxyethylene glycol, vinylformic acid and toxilic acid are mixed with specific ratio, and then to wherein adding tensio-active agent and alkali.
Therefore, powder detergent composition provided by the present invention contains 15-30% (weight) inorganic phosphate, the multipolymer of 0.05-2.0% (weight) vinylformic acid and toxilic acid, 0.05-2.0% (weight) polyoxyethylene glycol, 15-40% (weight) saltcake, tensio-active agent and alkali.
In other words, powder detergent composition of the present invention contains tensio-active agent and alkali, it is characterized in that also containing 15-30% (weight) inorganic phosphate, the multipolymer of 0.05-2.0% (weight) vinylformic acid and toxilic acid, 0.05-2.0% (weight) polyoxyethylene glycol, and 15-40% (weight) saltcake or sodium sulfate.
Preferable detergent composition of the present invention also contains 0.1-5% (weight) crystalline silicate (crystallinesilicate), when its consumption with 0.1% (weight) is scattered in 20 ℃ the deionized water, the pH value of given maximum is 11 or higher, and the HCl aqueous solution that such basicity needs 5ml 0.1N at least is reduced to 10 with the pH value of above-mentioned aqueous dispersions by 11.

The concrete example of used vinylformic acid and maleic acid comprises vinylformic acid/maleic acid, vinylformic acid/copolymer-maleic anhydride and part salt thereof (partial salt).
According to the present invention, in the phosphorus-containing detergent that contains tensio-active agent, alkali, inorganic phosphate and saltcake, the multipolymer and the polyoxyethylene glycol that add vinylformic acid and toxilic acid improve performance.
The example preferably that is used for inorganic phosphate of the present invention also has orthophosphoric acid salt and pyrophosphate salt except triphosphate.More suitable is, the content of Tri sodium Phosphate is at least 80% (weight) in whole phosphoric acid salt, and the content range of ortho-phosphoric acid and tetra-sodium is respectively 1-5% (weight) and 2-5% (weight), and these content are all in dry substance.Basic metal is counter ion preferably, is more preferably sodium and/or potassium. The content of inorganic phosphate in detergent composition is 15-30% (weight), is 17-25% (weight) preferably, and these content are all in dry substance.
The multipolymer that is used for vinylformic acid of the present invention and toxilic acid except sequestering action is arranged, also has the solid dirt particles on the clothing is distributed to effect in the bathing, and its another effect is to prevent that these particles from depositing (staiing) again to clothing again.Sneak into molecular weight for from the multipolymer of hundreds of to ten ten thousand in order to reach this purpose, to be preferably, it is represented by following formula (I).In general, this multipolymer prepares by random polymerization.
