The invention provides an aluminum template capable of being recycled and repeatedly used and a preparation method thereof, which solve the problems that the aluminum template is easy to damage, short in service life and low in repeated use times.

And the aluminum template body can be repeatedly used for a plurality of times, after the UV coating on the PET film layer is damaged, the peelable adhesive layer can be peeled off from the aluminum template body, a new peelable PET protective film layer (peelable adhesive layer+PET film layer+UV coating) is adhered, and the sustainable use performance of the aluminum template body is maintained.
Preferably, the UV coating is prepared from UV gloss oil, and the thickness of the UV coating is 15-40um. The UV coating provided by the invention has scratch resistance and stain resistance.
Preferably, the UV gloss oil is cured by an excimer lamp, and the surface of the UV coating can form a microstructure by adopting an excimer lamp curing method, so that the UV gloss oil has a better scratch-resistant effect.
Preferably, the PET film material layer is a BOPET film material layer, and the thickness of the PET film material layer is 30-150um. PET film material layer is as the bearing film material of strippable glue film and UV coating, also plays the effect of protection aluminum mould board body simultaneously, if it is too thin, then easily damaged under the exogenic action, reduces its guard action, and PET is as a hard plastics, if too thick its fragility is great again, takes place brittle failure easily in the bonding process. Therefore, BOPET film materials are selected as PET film material layers, and the thickness is controlled to be 30-150 mu m, so that the BOPET film materials are not easy to damage, have proper flexibility and cannot be subjected to brittle failure in the bonding process.
Preferably, one surface of the PET film material layer, which contacts the UV coating, is subjected to corona treatment. By the method, the adhesive force of the UV coating and the PET film can be improved.
Preferably, the peelable adhesive layer is a polyurethane peelable adhesive layer or an acrylic peelable adhesive layer.
Preferably, the adhesion force between the strippable glue layer and the aluminum template body is 8-30N/25cm. If the adhesive force is too small, the adhesive is not firm, so that the film layer is detached, if the adhesive force is too large, the aluminum template body is difficult to detach from the aluminum template body when the strippable PET protective film material needs to be updated after the aluminum template body is repeatedly used, and residual adhesive is easily left on the aluminum template body.
Preferably, the thickness of the strippable glue layer is 20-100um. Further preferably, the thickness of the peelable adhesive layer is 20-50um. The thickness of the peelable adhesive layer is related to the adhesive force, and the excessive thinness or the excessive thickness can have the adverse effect, namely, the excessive thinness can lead to unstable adhesion, and the excessive thickness can be difficult to separate from the aluminum template body.
In addition, the thickness of the PET film material layer and the thickness of the strippable adhesive layer are increased, so that the cost is increased.
As a general inventive concept, the present invention provides a method for preparing an aluminum template that can be recycled, comprising the steps of:
s1, rolling UV varnish on a PET film layer, and then carrying out UV curing treatment to form a UV coating on the PET film layer;
S2, rolling the peelable glue on one surface of the PET film material layer away from the UV coating, and then drying to form a peelable glue layer;
and S3, attaching the strippable glue layer to the aluminum template body to obtain the recyclable aluminum template.
Preferably, between the step S2 and the step S3, the method further comprises the steps of covering the strippable glue layer with a release protection film, tearing off the release protection film before the strippable glue layer is adhered to the aluminum template body;
The thickness of the release protective film is 10-50um, and the adhesion force between the strippable glue layer and the release protective film is 2-5N/25cm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the aluminum template capable of being recycled and repeatedly used can be directly pasted with the strippable PET protective film material layer (the strippable glue layer, the PET film material layer and the UV coating), wherein the aluminum template body after being pasted with the strippable PET protective film material layer has excellent demolding effect, and the aluminum template body can be protected by matching the layers, so that the aluminum template body is prevented from being corroded. After the UV coating is damaged, the strippable glue layer can be stripped from the aluminum template body, a new strippable PET protective film material is adhered, and the aluminum template body can be adhered with the strippable PET protective film material layer again for use, namely the template body can be reused for a plurality of times.
2. The aluminum template with the strippable PET protective film layer can achieve the effect of protecting by using the coating alone, the aluminum template is repeatedly used for a plurality of times, the single service life is more than 30 cycles, and the overall service life of the aluminum template is long.

S1, coating UV gloss oil on a PET film layer 3 in a roller way, and then solidifying by adopting an excimer lamp to form a UV coating 4 on the PET film layer 3;
s2, rolling polyurethane peelable glue on one surface of the PET film material layer 3 away from the UV coating 4, and then drying to form a peelable glue layer 2;
And S3, attaching the strippable glue layer 2 to the aluminum template body 1 to obtain the recyclable aluminum template.

The PET film material layer 3 is a BOPET film material layer, the thickness of the PET film material layer 3 is 70um, and one surface of the PET film material layer 3, which contacts the UV coating 4, is subjected to corona treatment.
The peelable adhesive layer 2 is an acrylic peelable adhesive layer, and the adhesive force between the peelable adhesive layer 2 and the aluminum template body 1 is 25N/25cm. The thickness of the strippable glue layer 2 is 50um, and the acrylic strippable glue layer is prepared from acrylic strippable glue.
The preparation method of the aluminum template capable of being recycled for multiple times comprises the following steps:
S1, coating UV gloss oil on a PET film layer 3 in a roller way, and then solidifying by adopting an excimer lamp to form a UV coating 4 on the PET film layer 3;

The peelable adhesive layer 2 is a polyurethane peelable adhesive layer, and the adhesive force between the peelable adhesive layer 2 and the aluminum template body 1 is 16N/25cm. The thickness of the strippable glue layer 2 is 35um, and the polyurethane strippable glue layer is prepared from polyurethane strippable glue.
The preparation method of the aluminum template capable of being recycled for multiple times comprises the following steps:
S1, coating UV gloss oil on a PET film layer 3 in a roller way, and then solidifying by adopting an excimer lamp to form a UV coating 4 on the PET film layer 3;
S2, rolling polyurethane peelable glue on one surface of the PET film material layer 3, which is away from the UV coating layer 4, and then drying to form a peelable glue layer 2, covering a PE release protection film on the peelable glue layer 2, and performing hand rolling to obtain a coiled film material;
And tearing off the PE release protection film before adhering the peelable adhesive layer 2 to the aluminum template body 1, wherein the adhesion force between the peelable adhesive layer 2 and the centrifugal film is 3N/25cm.

Comparative example 1:

The peelable adhesive layer 2 is a polyurethane peelable adhesive layer, and the adhesive force between the peelable adhesive layer 2 and the aluminum template body 1 is 6N/25cm. The thickness of the strippable glue layer 2 is 15um, and the polyurethane strippable glue layer is prepared from polyurethane strippable glue.
The method for preparing the aluminum template which can be recycled for multiple uses in this comparative example is the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2:
An aluminum template for a building comprises an aluminum template and a UV coating coated on the aluminum template.
The preparation method of the aluminum template for the building comprises the following steps:
spraying UV varnish on the aluminum template, and then curing by adopting an excimer lamp to form a UV coating on the aluminum template to obtain the aluminum template for the building.
Performance test:
The aluminum templates of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were tested for appearance after 30 cycles of recycling and difficulty in recycling the aluminum templates again, and specific test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, examples 1-3 are adhered with the aluminum templates of the peelable PET protective film layer (peelable adhesive layer 2+PET film layer 3+UV coating 4), the protection effect is good, and the UV coating is only partially worn after 30 times of recycling, namely the recycling frequency is more than 30 times. If the thickness of the peelable adhesive layer 2 is thin, the adhesive force is weak, for example, in comparative example 1, the number of times of recycling of the aluminum template to which the peelable PET protective film layer is adhered is reduced, mortar is adhered after the protective film layer is partially peeled after 20 times of use, and in comparative example 2, the UV coating is directly coated on the aluminum template, and after the coating is partially worn, the aluminum template needs to be smelted for reuse.
