The patent application with the application number of CN202021560166.6 discloses a tobacco shred metering groove detection device of a YJ118 type cigarette making machine, which comprises a photoelectric sensor matrix, dustproof collodion, a metering groove body, a reflecting plate, a nozzle, an installation back plate and a PLC.
In summary, when detecting the processed cigarettes, it is required to detect whether the cigarettes have the condition of lacking tobacco shreds, whether the cigarettes are mounted in place or not, and whether the cigarettes are mounted or not, and meanwhile, it is required to distinguish good cigarettes from bad cigarettes so as to avoid partial bad cigarettes and good cigarettes from being mixed and packaged, thereby preventing the influence on the quality of the cigarettes.
For this purpose, we propose a photoelectric detection device for a cigarette making machine.

The working principle of the embodiment is that when the requirement for detecting cigarettes is met, the cigarettes are placed into the detection frame 101 from the feed inlet 106, the cigarettes fall onto the stress frame 1091 through the inclined plate 107, when the cigarettes pass through the inclined plate 107, the inclined plate 107 presses the stress frame 1091 under the action of the gravity of the cigarettes, so that whether cigarettes are lack in the detection frame 101 is detected, the cigarettes are distinguished from the cigarette paper and the filter part of the cigarettes by using the vision equipment arranged in the detection frame 101, the cigarettes are regulated by the driving motor 203, so that the positions of the cigarette ends are kept consistent after the cigarettes fall into the first connection frame 201, and then the stress frame 1091 is overturned by the double-shaft motor 205, so that the regulated cigarettes fall into the first connection frame 201, and the accuracy of photoelectric detection of the cigarettes is improved.
Referring to fig. 5-7, on the basis of the first embodiment, the present invention provides a technical solution, wherein a second connection block 209 is fixedly connected to an outer wall of a side of a second connection frame 208, which is far away from a first connection frame 201, a second detection light source 210 is fixedly connected to a side of the second connection block 209, which is near the first connection frame 201, a first connection rod 211 is fixedly connected to a side of the second connection block 209, which is far away from a second stress frame 1091, a third connection block 212 is fixedly connected to an end of the first connection rod 211, which is far away from the second connection block 209, a third detection light source 213 is fixedly connected to a side of the third connection block 212, which is near the first connection frame 201, and the second detection light source 210 and the third detection light source 213 are used for detecting cigarette ends and cut tobacco regions of cigarettes.

The working principle of this embodiment is that in the process of cigarette detection, firstly, the first detection light source 108 is used for carrying out illumination detection on the cut tobacco region, and then the second detection light source 210 is used for carrying out preliminary detection on the cigarette paper and the filter tip region. Then, the first hydraulic rod 215 pushes the driving roller 219 to the first connecting frame 201, the second servo motor 220 rotates the cigarettes inside the first connecting frame 201 by means of the driving roller 219, and finally, the third detection light source 213 performs secondary detection on the cigarette paper and the filter tip region, so that dead angle regions during cigarette detection are reduced.
Referring to fig. 8, on the basis of the second embodiment, the auxiliary assembly 221 includes a rotating frame 2211 fixedly connected with the output end of the first servo motor 214, the inner wall of the rotating frame 2211 is fixedly connected with second hydraulic rods 2212, the number of the second hydraulic rods 2212 is two, the two second hydraulic rods 2212 are symmetrically arranged with the central axis of the second sliding frame 2213 as the center, the output end of the second hydraulic rod 2212 is fixedly connected with the second sliding frame 2213, the inner wall of the second sliding frame 2213 is fixedly connected with an elastic cloth 2214, and one end of the elastic cloth 2214 away from the second sliding frame 2213 is fixedly connected with the first connecting frame 201.
The outer wall of the second slide frame 2213 is rotatably connected with a first rotating rod 2215 through a rotating shaft, one end, far away from the second slide frame 2213, of the first rotating rod 2215 is rotatably connected with a second rotating rod 2216 through the rotating shaft, one end, far away from the first rotating rod 2215, of the second rotating rod 2216 is rotatably connected with the first connecting frame 201, and the first rotating rod 2215 and the second rotating rod 2216 are used for improving stability when the second slide frame 2213 moves.
The working principle of this embodiment is that after the detection of cigarettes is completed, the quality of cigarettes is differentiated according to the quality of cigarettes, the first servo motor 214 drives the rotating frame 2211 to rotate, the second sliding frame 2213 is pushed towards the side of the receiving bin 104 by means of the second hydraulic rod 2212 after the second sliding frame 2213 rotates to a proper position, so as to ensure that the cigarettes can fall into a designated area of the receiving bin 104, and the first rotating rod 2215 and the second rotating rod 2216 can enhance the stability of the second sliding frame 2213 in the moving process.
